I tried numerous Yoga studios over this past summer and I found that while there were numerous good classes offered, nobody had the healing power that Carol Berlin offers. The day after one of Carol’s classes I woke up in the morning and the stiffness that I ordinarily feel was gone.
For music lovers, Carol also always has unique, beautiful music playing calmly in the background in which Carol has a talent for matching music to movement. Were very blessed in Teaneck, NJ to have this beautiful, creative studio here!!!

Carol Berlin has to be one of the best yoga teachers on earth. She has encouraged my physical and spiritual growth. All yoga postures are modified for each individual.
Each class starts with a concept to encourage mindfulness. The studio is enchanting!
I hope to experience the other teachers classes as well.
