Ortho-​Bionomy is a unique form of bodywork that uses optimal positioning and gentle compression to allow your body to achieve it’s own ideal posture. The result is a end to pain and a reduction in tension that you may not have even realized you were holding, leading to a greater sense of ease and comfort in your body. Sessions are conducted fully clothed and are structured around finding the most comfortable position for you so they are never painful and the results are often so amazing they must be felt to be believed.

Our mission: after a complete analysis of your posture, movement patterns — be it restriction or hyper mobility, and goals, we will work together to help your body reach its maximum potential. The health benefits of working as a team include: injury prevention and/​or recovery, easing the pains and aches elite athletes often suffer from, and overall well being.

Business Owner

Luca has been practicing Ortho-​Bionomy for over 9 years. His interest in healing started after he was involved in a series of motor vehicle accidents and found that traditional therapy didn’t seem to help. He discovered alternative therapies gave him greater relief, and he began to seek ways to use them to help others who were also suffering. After beginning a study in traditional medicine in Italy Luca discovered his true passion was alternative therapy which led him to the Swedish Institute in NYC where he became a massage therapist. It was there that he experienced O-​B for the first time, and he realized that this was the treatment he had been searching for. Luca attended his first seminar shortly after, and he has not stopped taking classes and learning ever since. He has completed the Advanced Practitioner Program and is currently training to become a registered Ortho-​Bionomy instructor so he can share this life changing body work with others.
