America’s Tire Store – Temecula, CA

This tire co goes by two names… America’s Tires and Discount Tires. I’ve bought two sets of tires and rims from them in Round Rock, TX and two sets of tires and wheels in the Temecula store. I found some tires and wheels on line: TSW Snitterton wheels and Falken tires Pro G4’s.
Eric the manager at the store met the on line price and enabled me to spend money in my city which I felt better about. And also having a local business I could come back to for warranty and free tire rotations!
They offer great service and have always been very professional. Highly recommended these guys!

This tire store sets the standard by which all others should be judged: clean, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, competent, competitive prices. When it comes to my cars, I’m fussier than ten old maids and I would never go anywhere else.

Very professional staff with great prices. I have purchased tires for both of our cars and am happy with the experience. Your wait times will always be short. I Like the way I get a rotation reminders and easy appointment scheduling on their website.

The employees here are so great. Superb customer service! They even fixed my tire for free. We alway buy our tires here as well because they have such great service. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

I have taken past cars here, so when I needed to get my current tires rotated and balanced, I knew if be going back to these guys.
For some reason, my situation is never an easy one. ;) However, Brett made certain I had a terrific experience. I showed up right before they closed last night and was offered to have my car done in 45 minutes. Let them know I’d be back in the morning. My car now has run flats and I was experiencing a leak in one of them. Brett was very knowledgable and advised that though they are not able to repair all brands, the tires I have they could fix. Long story short I had more than one tire with a leak and didn’t know it. They repaired both tires, rotated and balanced. Competitive pricing and stellar service. There are a lot of places to go for tires in town but only one I’d recommend! The staff is consistent as you can tell that a high level of customer service is their standard simply the expectation and culture of this location. Thanks Brett for taking great care of me!

Had to come in because my flat tire warning light thingy came on … They did an air pressure check. Just had to leave a review — yes of course it was excellent service and they were extremely nice — very prompt too. But the five stars are from extremely CONSISTENT EXCELLENT service— we have been going here for years — the guys behind the desk have changed but the quality hasn’t. I’ve always gotten great deals on tires here and they have always been good about taking out all the nails and little tidbits I seemingly go out of my way to find on the road …

Totally redeemed themselves the other day when I had to have a slow leak fixed. Made an appointment and this time they got my truck right in. Gabriel came outside to meet me when I was pulling in. He checked out my tread and suggested rotating all the tires at the same time and switch the sides they were on for better wear on the tires. Told me it should take 30 – 45 minutes and had it done in 35! The guys were all hustling in the bay this time, didn’t see anyone standing around or walking slow. Hope I don’t have to go back soon but will buy my next set of tires from them for sure.

Great place for tires not only do they have great prices but they have great customer service overall. Edgar was the gentleman who helped me and within no time he had me in & out on my lunch break very professional environment and staff keep it up guys!!!

Come in here all the time for the free air pressure checks, purchase of tires, and had a great experience buying rims here!
Came in today because my dad is a new diesel truck owner, first time with a diesel and such a big vehicle. We went in to make sure the tire pressure was okay and Mac was so helpful and great the whole time! Wasn’t condescending or degrading like some car mechanics can be when you’re trying to learn about your new vehicle, and was just so attentive and answered all the questions he was able to. Haven’t had a bad experience here ever, everyone always seems to be in a good mood. Always have to appreciate mechanics being patient and not trying to screw you over with prices or anything else like some can be. Definitely would recommend taking business here.

Such a great experience and good customer service. From the phone call to the store visit everything was easy and smooth and people were so nice and helpful. Gabe was super friendly and helpful over the phone and Matt helped me when I got there and everything was so easy. Thank you both for the friendly customer service. Made spending a lot of money a lot easier.

I changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars only on the fact that Dan called to make things right. That shows he cares about customers. No hard feelings Dan. I will probably try using this place in the future.

Amazing service and time efficient! I didn’t have an appointment and I needed my car back by a certain time and was told it would take an hour and a half. Sure enough, it took exactly that much time. Everyone was friendly and you can tell that they value their customers. I will absolutely be back and will never go anywhere else for tires!

Drove up to Temecula to look at model homes and got a bad flat just as we were almost at the first model stop. Turned out to be a screw in our tire. We came in just for a patch but decided to get a new tire on the recommendation of this place. All the guys we spoke with were very courteous and accommodating, even gave recommendations on where to grab lunch.

I was extremely stressed out at the prospect of urgently needing new tires with only 6 months left on my lease. Thankfully, Erik Watkins compared prices for me with all of their suppliers and found me a great deal. He even moved mountains to get them in the same day. Everyone at this location is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They make sure customers save money and leave happy.

I had an issue yesterday at this location.
Both the supervisor and store manager called me to make it better.
Today they took care of me and went the extra
insure I stay a loyal customer .
Which I will.

These guys are great! Had a nail in my tire and they repaired it for free — everyone else wanted to charge $ 20+!!!

Made anminute appointment at the tire store and the rotated and balanced my tires really fast after I made appointment I will always buy my tires here at America’s tire store very good customer service and they were very nice to work with thank you

The general manager, Dan and his staff are the most knowledgeable respectful and professional tire company I have ever dealt with. I grew up in a family of mechanics and married into another family of mechanics and know generally speaking they have a bad reputation. Consequently, I Ihave always been very skeptical of going to outside sources to do business They are honest professional and as an added bonus offer the best deal I have been able to find in the Inland Empire.
Having grown up in the automotive business I believe I am a good judge when it comes integrity in the industry. Dan and his staff of young man will treat you right and give you the best honest deal you can get.

Wow. Thanks to HerrKooleD VW Club president Seb for recommending this place. I called ahead to make an appointment. And when I was sure that I would be late, I called back and rescheduled for a later time. The man with the radio voice! He took my call the first time and assured me that everything would go smoothly. I purchased whitewalls from Coker Tire Company for a vintage VW bug.
It went smoothly. When we arrived they were really busy, but they still acknowledged every single one of their customers. An hour later my bug had new shoes, the old ones were gone, and I was on my way to the club meeting at Yellow Basket. My whitewalls were cleaned and they even opened the door for me. From beginning to end they made sure the car was taken care of. I’ll recommend this place to every single one of my VW buddies for sure!
