Description

Specialties

Specializing in Southwest Riverside County. Including Riverside, San Diego and Orange Counties. Brian brings his clients the benefit of 35 years of experience, combined with unmatched skills, knowledge, dedication, and a passion for realizing their real estate goals.

History

Established in 1980.

Brian’s passion was ignited back in 1978 when he was at SIU. He had envisioned a career in broadcasting and advertising, but that changed after he and Laura (his wife of 35 years) purchased a home to fix up. Thanks to the broker who helped them, Brian became fascinated with the entire process. In 1980 he decided to become a real estate agent — and he has never looked back.

In 1981 they sold their Illinois home and moved back to Brian’s childhood territory in Southern California. Settling in North San Diego County, Brian began building a reputation as the agent who finds a way to get things done.

Business Owner

Brian Way’s clients have the distinct advantage of 35 years of experience, unmatched skills, knowledge, dedication and passion.

Not only has Brian trained other agents, but he has also managed offices with Better Homes and Gardens, Coldwell Banker, Prudential, and Keller Williams.

Brian has years of experience in Short Sales, Land Trusts, Owner Carried Financing, Lease Options, Investments, Investment groups, Residential Land, First Time Home Buyers and Estate Properties.

Brian’s past clients refer their friends and family to him without reservation because they know that they can trust him to give his honest opinion, even if it means «No Sale.» They know that they can trust him to protect his clients with a «Win-Win» or «No-Deal» way of negotiating, and to work tirelessly to resolve any issues.
