Crafted slow and served fast, Bushfire Grill offers farm-​fresh food at prices that everyone can afford. Rooted in the idea that food should authentic and be naturally nutritious, Bushfire Grill only serves chicken and meat that is humanely raised and free of hormones and antibiotics, in addition to emphasizing locally-​sourced ingredients from California farms.

Bushfire Grill serves a nearly entire gluten-​free menu and exclusively offers grass-​fed, USDA certified organic beef. Chuck and brisket are ground daily in-​house and the patties are minced by hand to ensure only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality are used in each burger.

Specialties include: seven varieties of lamb and beef burgers, free range grilled peri peri chicken, slow cooked braises and rice bowls, delicious hand crafted sandwiches, baby back ribs, and a large assortment of fresh salads and seasonal vegetables.

Almost everything is made in house to ensure only the finest ingredients are used, including grinding our own burger patties, smoking & curing our own Duroc bacon, baking our own organic focaccia bread & gluten free hamburger buns, our unique dressings, sauces and much more.

Bushfire Kitchen also caters to small and large groups.

Established in 2012.

Founded in the summer of 2012 by cousins Clive and Brandon Barwin, Bushfire Grill offers guests a fast-​casual, rustic setting where farm-​fresh cuisine can be enjoyed.

Committed to a socially-​sustainable future and health-​conscious lifestyle, almost every menu item is gluten-​free and made in-​house.

Bushfire Grill’s burgers are ground in house using grass-​fed, USDA certified organic, antibiotic and hormone-​free beef, which is humanely raised on local family farms.

Prior to Bushfire Grill, the Barwin’s created Melt Café & Gelato Bar, a casual bistro concept with 13 locations across the nation.
