Business Owner
rica Monson and Alexandra (Alex) Rios have over 10 years of combined experience within the event planning industry. This makes them not only experienced but highly passionate as well.
Erica was introduced into this industry at a very young age thus making event planning almost second nature to her. After her undergrad, she began working on her master’s degree in business management with the hopes of opening up her own event planning company one day. Soon after, Erica met Alex. Those dreams became a reality and Dreamcatcher Events was born.
Erica and Alex are known to both work hard and play hard. Alex is a devoted mother who incorporates her Puerto Rican heritage into her everyday life. She is extremely family oriented so much of her free time is spent with them. Weekly family dinners are often a focal point in her household incorporating her love of food and cooking into family time. At home she finds herself constantly hosting making her a great entertainer.
