Feel Better clinic specializes in customized therapeutic work utilizing a combination of different techniques like deep tissue, trigger point, sports, myofascial release and swedish, among others, to get the most optimal result for your needs. Sessions on specialized modalities are also available such as Thai massage, Lymph Drainage, Prenatal/​Pregnancy massage and Hot Stone Therapy.

The primary goal is to provide you the results you are seeking when getting your bodywork, whether it’s relaxation, chronic pain relief, pain management or increasing your range of motion.

Established in 2013.

This clinic is established in the premise that we could help more people more efficiently by allotting more, unrestricted time with you before, during and after each session. It also allows us the freedom to use an array of other techniques not typically offered in regular, member-​based facilities.

My journey to becoming a therapist was long, but my passion for the work had always been there since before the profession itself became popular and gained wide acceptance. After many years of finding the right path to lead me here, I am excited that I’m finally able to work doing what I love. Massage is not only work, it is my passion and I share my gift and passion with my clients, focusing on helping them achieve the well-​being they are seeking… whether it be relaxation, pain relief, stress management, injury prevention/​recovery.

I’m a kettlebell coach and a personal trainer and when I get a massage, I need someone who can find the knots and the issues and put me back together right. Mayette is just that person! I love that she builds time into the appointment to sit down before hand and really find out what you need that day… you never feel rushed at all… the room and the music is relaxing and soothing… and Mayette herself is the perfect blend of therapist and wonder worker. Nice firm hands and an amazing knowledge of the human body. Some of the best massages I’ve gotten are from Mayette, and I’ve gotten a lot. You can’t go wrong booking an appointment with her! You owe it to yourself to find out what an excellent massage feels like!

I went to massage school about 30 years ago and I’ve been looking for a good therapist in Temecula. I finally found one! Mayette is the best therapist I’ve seen, period! She is knowledgeable, intelligent and sensitive. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and I’m sure she can help almost any one who sees her. She certainly helped me. In fact, she’s so good, I’ve sent several friends to her and they all agree, she’s the best!

Mayette is amazing! One of the best massages I have ever had. I went in for therapeutic treatment, for back muscular pain. Mayette’s assessment was detailed, and I could tell she had extensive experience and knowledge in massage therapy. I left feeling like I had finally found relief and experienced a professional treatment. I will be a regular now, it has taken me ages to find a massage therapist, Mayette is honestly 5 stars!

Not only is Mayettes consultation chart thorough but so is her massage!
Nice building, excellent room location, cute décor, thorough consultation, good music, great massage.
She really listens and feels where you are in pain. Her nails are trimmed done perfectly so her pressure is perfect with slow deeper tissue. She is immensely knowledgeable about the body so if you feel pain in a certain area, she might work from a different attachment sight to help release the area. She makes you feel safe, comfortable and relaxed on the table. Her energy is great and she’s so genuinely nice.
She has the perfect amount of dim lighting, comfortable bedding, and a nice heating pad. She even has a Thai area for Thai massages.
Her massages are worth the $, unfortunately at this time, I just don’t have the $ to see her as often as I’d like.
A great treat, but I’d like to be able to see her as more of a necessity than a luxury, specials would be ideal.

I had a groupon deal and I got 90 minutes custom for $ 51 and plus a coupon for 20% off but when I went to go book an appointment for my grandmother last minute, I saw that Saturday was full. So I called Mayette’s number and if there was anyway that I could an appointment for my grandmother. Mayette asked how old my grandmother was and I told her that my grandmother was 82 years old. Mayette was very obliged to help people In pain and she was very accommodating. Not only that she told me what my grandmother can do to manage her pain.

Had my first Thai massage today. It was AMAZING!!! It was so good that I signed up for a membership. I plan on going as often as I can! I am so glad I purchased the groupon for this place! Mayette was great! She was very informative with everything. She help me understand where all my aches were coming from. The pressure was perfect and was not painful… She didn’t rush me out even though my time was up and she also took the time to give me advice on certian stretches that will help my problem areas! I was in an accident and my whole body ached. I was confined to my bed for a period of time then having to use a wheelchair and my muscles had atrophied. I had so much pain in my entire body but specifically my lower back, shoulders and hip area. It was difficult to lay down or sit comfortably. It was awful. I went to one of the massage places advertised on Unilocal that had many good reviews. The girl had no idea how to massage the pain away, it was a waste of time, energy and money.
Through conversation, I found Mayette… and relief.
From entering her door, I was immediately welcomed. Her place is quiet, calm and soothing just as she is. Mayette asks what’s going on and listens — really listens when you say this hurts or this is sore. She is sincere when she says she will help ease the pain away. She has this incredible way of laying her hands on you and locating pain, following it and finding the source and working it out of you.
Mayette is extremely knowledgable with the human body, she knows where the tendons and muscles are and how to stretch or work out the tension, knots or what have you, that causes you pain or irritation. She was able to work my atrophied muscles so I could bend, move, sit and lay with comfort. I went home feeling like I never was in an accident and that feeling lasted several days — to my amazement.
My accident was a bad one and being confined to a wheelchair was tough. My body would quickly atrophy and I would see Mayette and Feel Better. As my body healed, I «graduated» to crutches and new muscles or lack of, would start hurting. I can honestly say there is no one other than Mayette who I would trust with my broken bones, to fix my aches and pains. Why waste your time, energy and money on massages that don’t actually help you? Mayette is my one in a million, go to person for pain relief. Feel Way Mo Betta!

I am new to the area and had been in search of a new massage therapist to help with a nagging injury in my lower back that I’ve had for years. My search is most certainly over after my visit to Mayette at feel better massage. The experience was a ten out of ten. From the moment I sat down I knew I was in great hands. After reviewing my preliminary questionnaire she asked very poignant questions to get a better understanding of exactly what was hurting and what was the root cause. After a quick and efficient understanding of the background she gave a phenomenal message. She was great at listening for what was the right level of pressure at the right places. She was also great at keeping me engaged but not letting things get so chatty that you are taken out of the experience. I will be going back on a regular basis for this exceptional service!

I was hurting from my lower back from previous injuries and was really tight and in pain from a recent motorcycle accident, I searched for licensed massage therapists in the area and decided to give feel better massage a try… I am so glad I tried feel better massage! I have gotten massages before from other places but none of the massage therapists that I had seen had focused so much on healing me as feel better massage did. Mayette worked wonders for me, she focused from day one on listening and understanding what my problems were and where exactly my pain was, she’s a therapist who really cares about your symptoms and does everything she can to help you feel better, she finds the issues in your body and does a great job in healing them, her place has a nice relaxing atmosphere and Mayette is a sweet, caring, tough and lovable lady who’s a pleasure to see whenever I have any issues with my body or just simply need a relaxing massage.
