I’d give zero stars if Unilocal allowed it! They don’t know squat about business insurance. After cancelling, we continue to receive bills. It’s been dealt with via phone and in person. Mr. N himself indicated he had to fire someone who made terrible mistakes and assured we wouldn’t receive notices anymore. We continue to get audit notices, late notices & have just received a bill for over $ 900. He said if we got anymore to call the 800#…yet they refer us back to him saying it’s cancelled but we owe this money. All if our accounts w/​SF have always been auto pay. There was no balance due when we cancelled. This office is a joke! If you really need to use SF, go to a different office!!!

Horrible experience with this office. I had been a State Farm customer for almost 9 years in California then Texas, and upon moving back to California I was unfortunate enough to be transferred to this office. My insurance instantly doubled, not only because they didn’t honor my loyalty to State Farm (claiming that since I moved from out of state, I was a considered a «new» customer, which had never happened before when I moved), but they took my driving record back SIX years to an accident I had in spring 2008 and took away my good driver’s discount… a discount that I had as far back as 2011 when I was with State Farm in California.
On top of that, my wife was also on the policy, having an accident where she rear-​ended someone back in 2011. After insuring both of us in April and being sent a nice welcome letter, they promptly sent a follow up letter saying that they couldn’t insure us because of her accident and they were dropping BOTH OF US completely. I was met with very rude service over the phone by Mingrid who didn’t transfer me to Jerrod despite my request, and when I told then I would be looking elsewhere they made no effort to keep me. I left a voicemail about my transfer and they still haven’t called back.
I’m with a different insurance company now saving much more money on a better policy. My experience with State Farm overall had been positive until this, but AVOID this office!

Top notch customer service! Mingrid and Jerrod are always very friendly and responsive. Mingrid helped us find all the insurance we needed. I would recommend this office to anyone!
