Jersey Mike’s Subs

Awesome food… way better then subway but pricey though. I guess its worth coming every other weekend. We are die hard subway fan so i choose subway every other three days and jersey mikes once a month just for better different taste.

I was not impressed. $ 7.95 for a six inch turkey sub was a little much. I would have rather gone to subway and I don’t care too much about subway. All I can say is they turkey sub I make at home tastes better. Also they don’t have anything about calories so it’s hard to figure what to eat if you’re watching that. Obviously people love this place for some reason I don’t know why but I don’t see myself going back. I’ll try a place once and I did with this one;)

I’ve heard about how great Jersey Mike’s is for some time. So, I decided to stop by and see what the hype was about.
I let them know right away that I was new. The guy behind the counter (Ben) immediately gave me a big warm Welcome! Ben then took his metal pointer and proceeded to give me the run down on all the goodness they offer right off their large menu. Based on my input, he suggested I try the Big Kahuna, hold the mushrooms and add chipotle mayo. OMG… It was soooo tasty!
While I enjoyed my yummy samich, I have to say that my favorite part of the experience was the fun banter I exchanged with Ben and Danielle. Truly some of the funnest restaurant workers/​human beings I’ve been silly with.
If you didn’t know any better, you’d think that Ben was the franchise owner. I saw him interact with bunches of customers while I sat in a food coma and he made them all laugh and feel welcome. Make sure you ask for him. He’s awesome.
I LOVE excellent customer service. It’s so rare.
Oh, and to top it off, I got a FREE Rookie Cookie! «Mmmmm!» =D

Top-​notch, great quality sandwiches! I have never been disappointed. The staff is very fun and friendly, and they all seem to love working at Jersey Mike’s. They give a great deal of money to local schools as well. A great business to frequent!

Food is great. Staff is friendly but a little slow especially when your on your lunch hour. The JM on 79 is fast efficient and friendly. It’s hard to find a balance but gotta find a way. Customers don’t want to rush to eat on their lunch hour.

What a great experience today just after the lunch rush. I was very glad to see the employees working enjoyed their job and were nice and welcoming. It was clean and well organized. I’ll definitely be back to order something else. As a first timer I ordered the Big Kahuna which was really good and has a LOT of jalepenos. Not bad but I will remember to order half of that lol. Talk about a mouth on-​fire. To all the workers thanks and keep it up!

A+ for the great customer service. We came in during the lunch rush and the employees were so great! Moved the line along pretty fast and had fun doing it.

I go here and only here for their Italian hoagie and Cheesesteak sandwich!!! I guess you can say I’m obsessed with them.

I eat here every Friday, so far the last 3 months I’ve been treated very well, great food and great customer service. The people that work here

What can I say… This location particularly provides the best subs and best service! When we came in today there was this gentleman that walked around and asked if we needed anything else. Once my husband was done with his sub, the same gentleman came up and asked if he would like him to throw his trash away for him. This same gentleman ran out to the parking lot because I left my purse at the table (8 months preggo!). Overall, great service and great subs… subway who? Jersey Mikes is the way to go peeps!

This seems to be the newest location in Temecula and I was shocked last Saturday when I came in around lunch time and there was nobody in line!
Inside, I think this Jersey Mike’s is definitely the biggest compared to the one on Sky Canyon and Murrieta Hot springs.
I ordered my usual #7 and was in and out in under 10 minutes! This restaurant is in a great location… why it wasn’t busy at all beats me. So if you’re in a hurry, give this place a shot and tell me if I’m crazy!

Today was my first experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs and I am impressed! The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to, they all had smiles on their faces and I felt very welcome inside the establishment. My entire family was happy with our orders which were as follows:
1. Chicken Parm (Reg.) — My son said it was the best sandwich he had ever had, he wished he’d ordered a giant so he could have had leftovers for dinner haha.
2. Club Sub (Giant) — My husband said it was good, it was huge! He had some for lunch and dinner and we still have leftovers.
3. Buffalo Chicken Wrap — My husband said this was mediocre; it wasn’t bad but also wasn’t very impressive. He preferred the sub.
4. Turkey Wrap — YUM! I loved it! It was huge, I had half for lunch, was planning on finishing it for dinner but I couldn’t. I’m still full 7.5 hours later. Very generous amount of turkey meat and it tasted nice and fresh!
5. Kids Turkey (plain) — My girls gobbled it up!
Overall I was happy with the food, everything tasted much more fresh than other sandwich establishments. It was much cleaner and we will definitely be returning. :)

I went to Jersey Mike’s last week for the first time.
The staff was really friendly and put up well with my elderly father asking silly questions about subway.
The sandwiches were ok. About the same quality as a subway but less choice of veggies and condiments.
Over all nice ambiance in the restaurant and friendly staff made it a good experience. But the food was nothing special.

When you buy a sandwich that cost $ 15, you should expect it to be prepared with care. I understand this is a newer store, but the Jersey Mke’s brand should be the best. The very young staff doesn’t know the menu or the order in which their sandwiches are assembled. Communication between the sandwich line and cash register is poor. Most of the young ladies working seem lost and unconfident. But it happens when businesses expand faster than they can properly care for their staff.

I am a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike’s subs so needless to say when I found out they were opening a store right next to my work I jumped up for joy. They had gotten my order wrong & said they were going to mail me coupons which I really didn’t think were going to come after awhile. I wasn’t sure about the customer service at this particular store but what do you know after 2 weeks the coupons came in the mail with a letter apologizing. Seriously that is so freaken awesome. Customer service & quality of food go hand and hand and I believe Jersey Mikes has gone beyond that. Thank you so much everyone at Jersey Mike’s that makes this place RAD!!! Keep up the good work & the great food!

Amazing !!! Okay so the location is a bit hidden but easy to access. This was my first time going there and I was very impressed, very spacious clean and the menu is easy to read with good sub selection. The staff was extremely friendly and upbeat, they answered all my questions and recommended Mikes Way for my Tuna sub, I ordered the mini sub size, but was still filling! They are not shy about adding the ingredients, and kept the interaction with me all the way to the register, which to me you don’t have that experience at any other sub place in town ! This will be my new stop. Thanks

The Jersey Mike’s franchise keeps growing, with about 5 stores now within the Temecula/​Murrieta Valley.
I came by during the pre-​opening event as well as the first day of business and was surprised to learn that many people still aren’t familiar with this sandwich brand. That might change with the opening of this centrally located store, accessible right off the I-​15 freeway across from the Promenade Mall.
In a gist, Jersey Mike’s is known for their large subs. With a range of deli cheeses and meats like turkey, ham, salami, cappacuolo and Philly chicken or steak, you can decide to order a cold or hot sub, wraps, or salad versions from their menu. Sandwiches come in three sizes: Mini, Regular, or Giant. The standard is to top it off Mike’s Way with mayo lettuce, tomato, onion and «the juice» (oil & vinegar) on either white or wheat bread. I usually like getting one of the Clubs (#8 or #9) because they get the bacon right.
It’s only their first week open, but expect this place to be a prime lunch option with high traffic.
