Ive now been to Enterprise 4 times, yesterday was my fourth and final time. My appointment time was at 3:00. I got there about 2:45 and they took me back at 2:50. At 4:05 i walked out with my mouth numb and that was it. Waiting over an hour and 15 minutes and the only thing the doctor had done was numb my mouth. I am normally a quiet person and just go about my business but i work and have bills to pay so i cant afford to just sit in a seat for over an hour with nothing done. All the girls in the office are very nice; especially the woman who deals with your insurance and billing. Ive never had a problem with any of the employees; heck one of them felt bad for me yesterday and turned on netflix for me to watch ha. If you have all the time in the world, then you wont have the problem i have and im sure you will not have a bad experience. I do recommend the insurance lady, she has a Hawaiian accent i think. Enterprise Dental Group was Palm Plaza Dental Care. 41690 Enterprise Cir N #114, Temecula, CA92591 (951) 296‑9661 Don’t worry, they have a New Name, but the same olé’ Crappy Service. The front desk service was good but I had two separate cleaning appointments. Which resulted in No cleaning, Just the upsale.

Dentist was ok… the front office is terrible. 2 hour wait time for a ½ hour appointment. They mix up charts all the time. My wife called to confirm an appointment this week and got so frustrated she hung up. I didn’t believe her until I tried it. She was right. Some giggling clown answered the phone, and couldn’t answer a simple question. I can’t believe the Dr. would allow these people to represent the office. I agree with everybody posting here… run…run…run away.

By far the worst dental office I have ever been to. I made an appointment for the usual x-rays and teeth cleaning. I waited well over an hour to be called back. When they finally called me back, the one dental assistant that I saw was running around and doing more work then anyone else. They are severly understaffed. After my x-rays I sat again in the chair for another 45 minutes and then the doctor finally came in to look at my teeth. He did not seem knowledgeable at all and said he would fill out my perio chart later. What the heck! Then he left the room and the dental assistant informed me that they«didnt have time» to clean my teeth because they were running behind schedule. So basically, I wasted 3 hours of my life for nothing. My appointment was for a teeth cleaning and they didnt have time!!! They tried to have me sign something but I didnt sign it and I promised them I would never be back. I am not a person who gets worked up over anything but this had me very angry. My advice: go somewhere else!

Very inconsistent doctors… every time we go its a different person. Sometimes good… sometimes bad. How do we keep going there?

Most of the staff members are nice, which is why the rating is 2 stars. I think the service offered by the dentists is inconsistent. I had a filling on the right side of mouth. I had to get it redone b/c it still kept hurting – that side is okay now. Then, on another visit, I had to get a filling done but on the left side. The sensitivity was suppose to go away in two weeks. I’ve had it redone twice. It still hurts. It has been months. I’m looking for a new dentist. Also, on a side note, one time they were cleaning my teeth and they actually made my gums bleed throughout the entire procedure. They said it was my fault for not being a regular flosser. It’s true, I may not floss everyday but really? Bleeding every single time you touch my mouth? Thanks for the«gentle» touch.
