me it is important to be the way my budget. the same brand the same product why i supposed to be paying then it worth!!!

I used to love coming to Kmart when the old employees that had good attitudes and great customer service. Now they have new employees with bad attitudes. I had a better experience shopping at Walmart than I did here. I’m taking my shopping to Walmart from now on.
First of all, if there is a customer waiting to be rung up for their items. Don’t continue your pointless conversation with your co-​worker.
Second of all, if the customer has an issue with the purchase price because the price tag said something different. Don’t get an attitude.
Third of all, when the customer proves you wrong when you lied and said that there was no tag for it that said clearance. Don’t get mad and start talking about the customer. Apologize for not doing your job correctly.
Moral of the story, you’ll have better luck with Walmart.

Customer service is hit and miss here just like the product selection. It’s a mellow store, no crowds, no hostility and usually no line too.

I have been too many different Kmarts and have grown up with one down the street from me in Arizona. I used to love KMart but This place was terrible and after reading the reviews it seems that it’s the normal there. By all means it was my fault on letting my kids run around and I take blame for that we just got out of a 8 hour road trip and were exhausted. The kids were running and a salesperson named Jennifer yelled at them in the middle of the store which is not the normal for a store. My kids are very well behaved and they just had a lot of energy and we make sure they don’t run around but this one slipped instead of her being courteous she yelled at my 3 and 4 year old boys. They told her a“Yes Ma’m and walked over to us. We then talked to the manager Ted and he blew it off perhaps wanting to not have to deal with conflict but it seemed he did not care and was ok with running the 2 star review store. I will not shop here or at any Kmart again, thank you KMart I will just spend my money at the Target down the road.

I can’t even give them a star we order item online to be picked up the next day at the Temecula Kmart. Well they emptied our cart and gave it all to someone else. This will be the last time that my whole family shops at Sears or Kmart. Let them sell and then take it away from you is totally wrong. Screw u both Sears and Kmart

I really prefer not to write unfavorable reviews; however since Unilocal is my «go-​to» for a realistic snapshot if I want to waste my time or spend money at a business it’s the right thing to do. For context, the three to four times I’ve been in there in the past two years I’ve been looking for things related to my kids (baby care, clothes, school supplies, bed linens, and toys/​bikes). With that said, their prices are/​were not remarkably lower than Target or Walmart. I had hoped that the relationship with Sears might influence selection and or price of some items. Not so in my case. Some of their clearance items were great prices, but they were not sizes I was looking for. So, if the prices aren’t worth coming in, the selection on sizes and variety are not worth coming in for, maybe their customer service? No! The two representatives I spoke and interacted with during my visit this past week were very upbeat and friendly. That has not historically been my experience. That said, I don’t care how friendly you are if I have to wait in line for 10 – 15 minutes to buy 3 things. I don’t understand if their computer system is complicated, their inventory tracking is screwed up causing challenges at check out, the clerks are not properly trained, or what. I literally wait less time in a Costco line on a busy weekend. It was honestly such an uneventful and painful shopping experience I don’t plan on visiting this Temecula store or any other KMart as long as I have a choice. The only reason I gave them two stars (which I equate to a D) was because of the genuine positive attitude of the two employees I interacted with in Layaway and at checkout. And, possibly if the had a whopper of a sale it *might* be worth the aggravation. Definitely a below average shopping experienced for me– EVERYtime.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This store is soon dirty and dark and to top it off has the worst customer service ever!

I think Kmart is grossly underutilized but that’s ok, more for me! The girls clothes are good quality and nicely priced, especially when they have sales which is almost always. They even have Monster High and Disney! When people ask me where I buy her clothes, I tell them Kmart and they seem surprised. Kmart surely turned themselves around and have come along way to remain competitive. I hope people will realize that and start patronizing the store.

Love Kmart and the prices, i miss little Caesars but thats ok! Armida helped me with finding some clothes for my littles ones. very patient and nice!

Place is dead, workers aren’t helpful, register people are SLOW and the store loos like it’s going out of business.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. They dont even bother pretending to care.

Its been a long time since I have been to. Kmart. And I have to say that not much has changed. I still like browsing around the store. This particular location is smaller than other Kmart stores that I have been too.
The absolute highlight of this trip to Kmart was the Nicki Minaj clothing section. The collection is a really bright and outlandish collection.
In this store there is a Little Ceasars.yummy. The prices are fairly reasonable for food.
I would go back to this store again. It is a nice location near other stores and restaurants.

Quiet store. If you want peace when you shop, then this is the store for you… However when I was shopping and couldnt find and item I was looking for, there were no available associates to help me find it. I ended up leaving my basket where it was and leaving the store.

This place needs help! Very Dirty, smells like chemicals. Prices are marked up! I would recommend going somewhere else

Horrible experience! First time at Kmart and it was only because we received a Wii game for Christmas that we already had so since we were given the gift receipt then we came to exchange it for a different one. I waited 40 minutes for someone to finally open the locked video game case for me and get me the game I wanted. I had asked 5 different people for help and no one had the key to help me or knew who had it. Finally the last person I asked was able to help me but made me wait 10 minutes before doing so. Never again! I hate this store.

The only pro I can find of this Kmart is that it’s open on Thanksgiving day and that they have a Little Caesars inside the store…
Other than that, I have found it very hard to return to this Kmart. The store is pretty disorganized, employees are hard to find, and I just can’t find good deals here?
It’s in a pretty decent location, but I would definitely drive the extra 2 miles down Ynez to get to Target…

The only reason I go there is for the layaway but never again. I waited 15 minutes for the one layaway guy they have there because it was a final payment. The page button was broken so I walked all the way to the front, they paged him.
I walked all the way back and waited another 10 minutes walked all the way back to the front again they paged him again after 30 minutes I had to start yelling to get anyone’s attention. Finally a poor girl from another department had to help me even though she didnt know much about the layaway dept she helped me. NEVER AGAIN!

I don’t go to Kmart often like I use to. I go there only when Target and Walmart don’t got what I was looking for.
