While really shopping around for an upgrade for our 99 Corvette, we ran across Mobile Sound. what a find! Knowledge, fair, honest and, wait for it… they did not try to upsell us to death! Even guaranteed our satisfaction and said we could return for upgrades or tweeking after install. Great people, great local business!

This guys are awesome great customer service i bought a stereo for my Lincoln Navigator like a month ago and needed some extra wires kit unable to find no where near by well they did at no extra charge for the hustle, thank you guys so much I’m really happy enjoying my road trips with this cool sound looking forward to buy another stereo for my second car soon

Great customer service. Went there to get a key fob programmed, turned out it was the wrong one. Nafez the guy in the store took the time to look online for a fob that would work. Turns out the kind I need is discontinued. So we talked about a sub and amp system for my truck, gave me a great quote. Will definitely be coming back for that install when I get time.

Honest and friendly place. The price they quote me was very reasonable for their service. Comparing to Best Buy.
Con:
Brace yourself for a very comfortable and confident installer that toss your stuff around and sorta misplace or lost your items because he tossed it somewhere during prepping.
This place is great! Although you might wonder what’s up with the 3 stars than? Just for the waiting time that I had to wait before getting service. And the installer was so comfortable of what he was doing, he kinda threw my things around as he was prepping to install my subwoofer. Just to clarify, he did not puncture or broke anything, but he did misplace one of the connector from my wiring kit. Just look as if he could might have damage it internally. :-) but he was great all and all. Very informative guy. The owner’s son was cool. I had to wait almost 1 hr (due to the weekends, they only had one installer tech) to be service but he was there choppin it up gave me some pointers on fixing up my ride. Cool little place. Thanks guys, I will come back for your great service.

The guys here at Mobile Sound Concept have helped me out several times with custom and OEM stereo items. They were able to add a name brand sub woofer to by Infiniti for a competitive price as well as an Aux-​In plug on an OEM stereo that is very hard to work with. They did a great job!

Bill was very professional and reasonable on pricing when I got deck installed.
I’ve been to other car stereo shops in north county and Mobile Sound Concept was only one where they were not pressuring you to make a sale.

These guys went over and above with the service they provided. I have a vintage Jaguar and wanted to getting it up to date with Bluetooth. They researched the best solution and installed it fully concealed with zero modifications needed to my car! Couldn’t be happier and fully recommend them.

Mobile Sound Concept was able to correct a problem I had with my radio and sirius after market connection. Both Bill behind the desk and the tech were very helpful in fixing it quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price.

My apologies for forgetting the Owners name. I brought my car here to be fixed by the HORRIBLE system installed by Audio Sport. The Owner was SO SO NICE and took the time to listen to my HORRIBLE experience and when he asked me where I got it put in, I told him and he was all, Oh… This place will work with you and make sure you are SATISFIED with your purchase. He even told me that if I didn’t like something, they could change it out! You don’t find many places like that these days. This place did such an AWESOME JOB, that I get excited to drive my car and listen to my music! I cannot say enough how HAPPY I am with what they did for me! And if I have any problems, I was told to come back. They are really about customer service and making sure you get what you want. THANK YOU MOBILE SOUND CONCEPT, YOU GUYS ROCK! I wanted to upgrade my 2004 Toyota car stereo and be able to get a USB port. I didn’t want anything fancy or need new speakers. These guys were so quick and helpful. They gave me what I wanted and never tried to push anything else on me. Installation was was and affordable as well. I would highly recommend this shop.

This is a great business that is well maintained and the professionalism demonstrated by the staff was above reproach. I took my 2002 Explorer in for an upgrade and MSC did a fantastic job of helping me outfit the best system for my vehicle that was within my personal budget limitations. I delivered my vehicle to them on Saturday at 1000 and they were done by 1:00. The system sounds really nice and the woofer added a little swag to the entire setup. I purchased an entire package and was given a very fair price. Again, the cleanliness of the store and the professionalism demonstrated by the staff was superb. I will return again and let them install a system in my second truck. I highly recommend MSC.

Best car audio store in Escondido. There customer service is excellent. Bill and his son understand what it takes to run a good business, offer good customer service at a fair price. Price was inline with other excellent installers and believe me I shopped around. Give them a try and they will meet your expectations.

I recently bought a new car and needed to get a system hooked up. I had no idea what I was doing, so the owner helped me out himself. I ended up getting a JL Audio system and they matched and beat the online prices I showed them. The job was clean and fast and came with a one year warranty. I will definitely come back with my other car!

This is a team of great and well committed workers. Had a new car stereo with blue tooth and USB in place of my Volvo 2007 model. Very fast and efficient installation of the new radio. My car now has a new sophisticated look.

Had them install a sound system on my F250. Went in and it was a clean shop. The salesman and staff were very cordial and helped me pick out a stereo and speakers that could fit my budget. Once we picked out the set they went to work. They were fast and the quality was high. No wires to be seen, the system sounds amazing, and the price was very fair. Would definitely recommend to a friend without worry.
