I took my 2014 Camaro in to have a back-​up camera installed. I was given a variety of options, and they had everything in stock. I went with the license plate camera and screen on the rear view mirror. The work was neat, done on-​time and it ended up costing less than the quote over the phone. I am very happy with the service and the product I purchased.

Ray and Linda helped me so much and were so great honest dealer so no need to question their integrity they redid my entire audio system that Pacific stereo messed up. This is one of the best audio shops out here I’ve had a few systems put in my vehicle in other states and this is by far the best! Thank you, yall rock

Very frustrated they had a guy work on my car that screwed it up. I have had to go back so many times I want my original radio back in and they won’t do it. This is my final try to see if radio works properly that they put in. With that said I want to thank Anthony for his help the guy who is one of their friends who helped I don’t know his name and the last guy that got my speakers going. The owner did rent me a car last visit while they figure why my air bag light was on and she did upgrade my radio which I am having issues with but hopefully today got it resolved. I did have to replace the harness for my airbag because it had a direct short unfortunately I had to replace air bag also 840.00 later. All because of the guy who installed original radio. They did fire him but it didn’t do me a lot of good.
The owners brother who runs the shop I give one star to. I was so irritated when I left today. As I said earlier the three guys mentioned above I truly want to thank for there efforts today!

Had a back up sensor installed July. It has never worked correctly. Brought back for repair/​adjustment and it worked for a day or 2. Now all it does is loud constant beep when in reverse, not at all what it is supposed to do. Called to bring my car back for another repair but they could not accommodate me on the day I needed and was told a manager would call well, nothing so far. Frustrated with product and poor service.
Still have not had the problem corrected. A new system was to be ordered. They canceled our install appointment because it was not in. No one has called to reschedule. They have our money and we have no back up alarm. I want my money back. Poor customer service. Happy to report that the company ordered a completely different system, installed it and all is working fine. Just too bad it took so long to get it right.

Went here after I had Auto Stereo of Riverside, do a terrible job of recommending me two way speakers (for my front doors which have tweeters) on my two week old Mazda 3. They disconnected my tweeters rather than recommending a component set for the front. Days later I had checked the work they did I removed the door panel to see crossovers were hanging with no zip ties, I had rattle on the passenger side door (they «fixed» with dynomat). The amount of unprofessional work they did and not even giving me the courtesy to tell me the tweeters would be disconnected really infuriated me.
Now here I was at Audio Addiction, these guys are complete professionals. Got a nice set of components, they fixed the wiring beautifully! They put my two ways to the rear doors, and to top it off they installed my LED headlights. The guys are really down to earth they drove me to work while they did the work and even offered to pick me up. This forever will be my audio shop of choice, they took their time to do professional work.
Remember good work takes time!

I had previously went to Advanced Car Stereo last year… BIG MISTAKE! I was never completely happy with the work they did. PLUS… I had to go back several times because they didn’t; put back my door panels correctly, my passenger window wouldn’t go down, I couldn’t put a cd in without pushing it hard and so on.
Then I went to Audio Addiction today… they took one look at the previous job and found many mistakes. So I had them fix all the mistakes Advanced Car Stereo had done…$ 700 later… my system sounds AMAZING. I never knew my sound could sound so clear. Linda and Ray were AWESOME. They weren’t trying to sell me a bunch of things just to fill their pocketbooks. Very truthful. The installer, Carlos did such a great job… a true artist.
If you want quality work… go to Audio Addiction.
Oh…I forgot to mention… I got new front speakers… The ones ACS installed had a hole in the cone of the speaker where they drilled. I asked Carlos why that happened… He said it happens once in a while BUT we replace them when we make that mistake. Need I say more?

Ray and Anthony are phenomenal. Anthony was informative about the car stereos and helped my daughter and I pick one out– pressure free. The radio install took about an hour and the job was done to perfection. AMAZING. My daughter loved the end product.
We picked a Kenmore radio w/​aux cord, usb port, and blue tooth. Anthony took the time to show my daughter how the radio works. Excellent service and product that did not break the bank.
Thanks to Ray and Anthony… (I called four places this morning and I picked Audio Addiction because Ray gave me a rough estimate over the phone.) Family owned business and their attention to detail and customer service exceeds other corporation/​chain companies.

By far the best and most professional in town! Ray is awesome when it comes to helping to decide which items you TRULY need in your vehicle. he won’t just sell you a ton of things just for sales purposes. I have used a couple of other audio service stores previously but have found that the professionals at Audio Addiction are the specialists! After I had such great success with 2 of my vehicles I recently brought my boat in for a complete audio overall! It sounds fabulous, the installation is sleek and clean and I could not be more happy!

Me and my husband went in today to look at upgrading our sound in our truck. We needed financing and where approved super easily for 2500 bucks. We got everything installed. They where so kind they even brought us back to our house since we only had one car at the time and they didn’t want to make us wait. We Will def be coming back for more upgrades in the future!

This place is awesome! I have been a frequent customer over the past 5 years. Today I took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in to get a couple headrest mounted video screens installed. I’ve only been to a few audio shops in my life, but whenever I came in, all I ever got was a lotttt of upselling. I literally came in once to another shop down the street for a $ 10 aux cord, and the guy came back with «why don’t you just replace your entire radio?» Come on dude… needless to say, I walked out of that place immediately.
Luckily, that wasn’t the case here at Audio Addiction. I needed a new radio for a used vehicle that my dealership had because the CD changer in it wasn’t working. I walked in, looked at their selection and within 2 days, the radio was installed and the car was even delivered to me so the guy can show me how to work it!
All in all, customer service was great and I would definitely come back for my personal car…

Audio addiction is one of the greatest audio shops I have ever been to. I got attended right away, and the stuff is very friendly. i had the honer to meet Carlos who installed my radio, and Ray who helped me so much with my car, I was having problems with the amp in my car but Ray found a solution an hooked me up with a great JVC. I love it, with all the pretty colors on it. Couldn’t be more happier, I will definitely be returning to do more to my car. Thank you all so much for the service. OHHH BIG PLUS they don’t only help u but also ACKNOWLEDGE you about the things that they put in your car.
