YOU MUST CALL GABRIEL!!! It was a Saturday afternoon and I was in desperate need of a plumbing solution. I took a chance and called Gabriel because of the reviews he got on Unilocal.I am SO VERY THANKFUL I did!!! I am writing this to help other people out… If you need someone who is genuine, honest, extremely hard working, very polite, respectful, has your best interest at heart, is an expert on any kind of home repairs and remodeling, please call him!!! There needs to be a way to rate him in a way that gives him a way above average marking. Just call him and see for yourself. I am comforted to know that I now have him as my only contact to help me if ANY problem arises with my home. Thank you Gabriel! You are exceptional in what you do!!!

I’ve used Gabriel for several Handyman jobs over the past few months. He has been great to work with, a very hard worker and has done some awesome things for us that we have needed to get done. He is now one of my preferred vendors and very realiable!

I had a job that had gone very badly by an incompetent workman. Gabriel came to my rescue. He quickly saw what needed to be done to correct the situation. Outstanding job, worked hard, quickly and efficiently.

Called & spoke to Gabriel, he told me to please email him with details (address & contact info). He said he would be able to come out the next day; he would call to confirm details before arriving. Well next day, no call & no contact at all. I texted him and asked for status, I received no reply from him at all.
The professional thing to do was to say he wasn’t interested in job instead of wasting our time!
We found another handyman that did an amazing job.

I purchased my home in July of this year and, although it looked turnkey, there wound up being dozens of hidden issues we uncovered once we moved in (sound familiar, anyone???).
After having gone through several handymen and contractors to get much of it done, I was a little burnt out. Each of the individuals I had used had their positive attributes, but in general I had yet to find someone who could be punctual, provide a quality job, and finish on schedule (or anywhere close to schedule).
I found Gabriel through Unilocal,and have to say that he is a genuinely nice, honest guy who I believe has a high level of integrity. And beyond that, he does truly quality work, with a high attention to detail, and a work ethic that is, to put it bluntly, far superior to that of most handymen and contractors.
I hired Gabriel to complete my biggest single interior project thus far: installing a surround sound system in a room with 2 exterior walls and rafters running in the wrong direction. That may not sound like that big of a job — but having already had it assessed by 3 people prior to Gabriel, I was aware of just how challenging it actually was to complete it to the standard I wanted.
Gabriel spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me the first day, discussing the job, materials, etc. It came through immediately that he was knowledgeable, had the correct tools, and in general knew what he was doing.
On the day of the install, he called me 20 minutes before arriving (at my request) and arrived promptly on time. That was a first in and of itself!
He worked extremely hard throughout the day, taking no breaks that I could see, and did an absolutely outstanding job. The job wound up taking longer than he had anticipated, but not unduly so and it wasn’t out of line with the time estimates I had heard from other contractors.
Even though the job took longer than expected, he stayed late to finish the main portion of the project (another first!), then asked me if would be OK if he came back the next day to paint over the drywall repairs to be sure that everything was dry and looked good. This wasn’t a request to add cost (he held to the price we originally discussed, and never mentioned charging me more) nor to get out of work (everything but a few minutes of painting was done). He just honestly wanted the job to be perfect, and was willing to sacrifice an hour of his time traveling back and forth the next day to ensure that the work was of the highest quality.
Upon completion of the surround sound, I asked Gabriel to handle several additional tasks, including a couple of furniture assemblies and a wall mounting of a TV. Each job was performed with the same level of expertise and attention to detail as the surround sound was, and all came out fantastic.
I should offer the caveat here that Gabriel is not the cheapest handyman out there — but if I’ve learned one thing through this process, it’s that you truly do get what you pay for. So take it for what it’s worth — but as a cost conscious individual working on a shoestring budget, I definitely feel that the little extra money yields a far greater return in value, and will definitely be using Gabriel for all of my future handyman needs!

Gabriel has come to the rescue many times! He does quality work and always finishes the job in a timely manner. He’s super knowledgable, from air-​conditioning, construction, electrical, to plumbing, he does it all. My husband and I purchased a fixer upper and Gabe has been our go-​to handy man for all of our problems. He is easy to get a hold of (even on Sundays), always on time, and his prices are very resonable for the quality of work he provides. I feel very comfortable having him in the house when my husband isn’t home which is major for me. I highly recommend him to family and friends. I’m so glad we stumbled upon him. We even have him on call for our rentals when problems arise. Thanks Gabriel! Keep up the quality work :)
