recently I took my trailer in to RV Ready the worst experience Marcus the service manager told me to bring the trailer he told me it would me ready in 3 to 4 day I could pick up I went down on the 5 day he said he needed 1 more week 3 almost 4 weeks later Marcus never touch the trailer I went to the sales office to talk to the manager there was no better he was very rude I asked his name he would not give it to me RV Ready the hole staff is unprofessional rude and they need to clean up the service dept and parts it is really filthy dirty just think those are the people working on your trailer PS don’t know who ESSAM K is from RV ready but he needs to stop apologizing for the staff and clean up the mess there Go down the street to GIANT were it is clean and there professional

I purchased my Alpine 5^th wheel at the Ontario RV show back in 2014. We love the trailer and our experience with the sales staff was excellent. When we picked up the trailer, James gave us a thorough walk through to explain all the functions. I have had plenty of after market work done through the service department. I added a washer/​dryer, a satellite antenna, a TV in the storage compartment and a few other items. There work was excellent on all the installations.

The managers working there were really cool and helpful. Easy to talk to about problems with. The service dept does a great job. I highly recommend going here.

Here we go again! Found out we have only 2 batteries not 4. After all the rain we went into our motorhome to find it flooded in the bedroom. So ruined 1000.00 mattress. Called owner, SAMMY he said it’d your problem. So we fixed it to find out the roof was cracked and the area around the solar panel wasn’t sealed. We were told when we bought it we would have 4 batteries and the coach had been checked. More lies…

We recently purchased a new travel trailer from them and had nothing but a great experience. The sales team did a good job and the service department staff that did the walk through with us was top notch.

I drove into RV Ready off the street in my motorhome, being a relatively new and inexperienced owner at a somewhat advanced age and traveling alone. It was the Saturday afternoon before Christmas and I was leaving town the following day, but I had been smelling something overheating and was afraid to start out without knowing the seriousness of the problem. Even though Marcus, the service manager, and his crew were very busy with other jobs that they had to get out, he took the time to listen to my problem and he and his master electrician, Oscar, found the origin of the problem and resolved it, all the while treating me with kindness and reassurance. I am so grateful to them for taking time out of a busy Saturday to assure my safety on the road, especially since they received no benefit from helping me. They are my Christmas angels!

Our first experience with RV Ready was with the Service Dept for our Motorhome. Marcus, the service manager, and his crew are always great to deal with! Even with being busy guys, when we broke a part on our door the day we were leaving for a trip, they had us swing by on our way out and fixed it right on the spot! We highly recommend the service department!
When it came time to sell our RV, we decided to do a consignment with RV Ready. What an easy process! A little bit of paperwork and a few weeks, our RV was sold. Couldn’t have been any easier!!! Great team of people, professional and easy to work with!

I really love their service department. Marcus is amazing and always goes above and beyond to service our coach. Our new flooring transformed our older coach to look new. I always have loved dealing with Marcus for the past 2 years. I will always bring my coach to him!

We purchased a used Class A diesel pusher form Mark Phillips at RV Ready. He was very patient with us as this was a big purchase for us. He explained everything in the coach and the way it operates and answered all of our questions. He was so good at explaining everything to us, even my wife drove the coach! Mark is a very knowledgeable person and we would not hesitate in buying from RV ready in the future because of him. James did the walk-​through with us and explained all of the systems and maintenance items. Great purchasing experience.

RV Ready did a great job in helping me with getting my Sunstar motorhome. Sammy and Marcus both went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure I was happy. From picking me up at the airport to a panic phone call at 10 p. m at night; I felt like they genuinely cared about my safety and satisfaction. I ended up having a problem with my batteries after I brought the motor home back to my hometown which is hundreds of miles away and they coordinated and paid for new batteries so I could pick them up in my local city.
I really enjoyed working with this dealership. I only gave 4 stars because I felt like there were a few customer care items that were left off that I wish hadn’t been. Maybe a list of items that the motor home was missing since it was a used RV would have been helpful. It would not have changed my decision to know these items but it would have been nice to have a heads up. These things were all minor but to get 5 stars I would have liked to have had all the flaws/​or missing items pointed out. It is very difficult to catch everything in your walk-​thru.
I do love my motor home! And so very happy that I bought it from RV Ready. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Sammy and Marcus you guys are terrific!

Some of the worst service I have ever gotten! We bought a coach went on one trip and had many many problems with it after the sale… a 3 – 5 day turn around in service turned into almost 30 days! When they called for us to pick it up because it was READY… we get there and it is not ready!!! Waited over 3 hours and still waiting! After they sell you a coach they could care less…

Trust these guys. I have never over paid with any Repairs. Marcus, the service manager, takes care of you and will give you more than you asked for. Great place for RV repair.

This dealership only prides itself on «SERVICE» after the sale. What about «SERVICE» during and up to the sale? Don’t get me wrong, Service is good when you need it… but…this dealership does NOT budge one red cent on the prices of their units! How can you get good service when you don’t buy the unit? No «haggle» and rock bottom prices they claim. They offer no online pricing or any Military, police/​firefighter and even special online discounts (Odd, as which most of the dealerships in Southern California do offer to their customers). Again, they will not negotiate even a single dollar! If you want to purchase full asking price with no room to negotiate, go with these guys. They will take your money and offer the excellent «service» once you spent all your hard earned money to get your rig in the first place! I suggest going with Richardson’s RV, Giant RV or even RV Supercenter in Temecula/​Murrieta. AT LEAST they make the effort to work with YOU, the CUSTOMER, on what fits your budget and negotiate a reasonable price for the unit you really want to own. We plan to purchase from other dealers just for that reason alone. Good luck everyone!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing my Weekend Warrior from RV Ready. The lot is clean and has a large inventory that can accommodate all budget ranges. The staff is friendly and attentive.
The financing process was smooth. Nick asked me a few questions and got it all set up. When I returned to pick up my RV all I had to do was sign a few papers and it was done.
Marcus, the service manager, had a vast knowledge about products, services and the RV that I purchased. He was very personable and helpful answering all my questions and made insightful suggestions as well. He recommended setting my truck up with weight distribution, a sway bar and brake control for the trailer. The installation was clean and professional looking and the products make a HUGE difference in towing. He knows his stuff! Needless to say, I confidently purchased the reasonably priced five-​year warranty RV Ready offered. I know Marcus will take care of my RV should I need to exercise my warranty and definitely take my Weekend Warrior back to RV Ready for any and all services I need to have done.
James gave me a walk through of the RV before I left the lot to take it home. He was friendly and made jokes while he showed me how everything worked. He is VERY thorough in the walk through. When I left I felt like I had full knowledge on how to operate my RV. James taught me how everything worked the way they did and that helped me remember the proper way to use my camper.
Everything about my purchasing experience at RV Ready was perfect. Five stars for RV Ready. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this fine establishment.

Everyone is very friendly. We worked with Marky P and Dave for the buying process. It was fast and easy. James showed us how to work everything and was very knowledgable on every aspect of the trailer. I highly recommend going to RV Ready.

They have a great selection of inventory and have some of the best salesmen! We bought our trailer from Todd and he was outstanding! Really nice and knew exactly how to help us! I would recommend RV Ready and Todd to anyone out there!

We purchased a 2011 fifth wheel from these fine people and we could not be any happier with their treatment of us. They have been more than accommodating with any issue that has come up. I totally would recommend making a purchase from them. Markie P. was a great salesman.

So let me start out by saying my situation is unusual. I don’t know anything about RV’s but I do know quite a bit about people. My family had to move our aged mother out of the area and find a placement for the 58 year old brother who has lived with her for some years; you may have one of these in your family, the guy who never works and finds a way to get disability insurance from the government to spend on gambling or drugs. I am a shrink by profession and work with all kinds of people, and am basically open to working with people in honest ways. So when we ‘found’ these people we began to work with them. And they were fantastic. Every person I met — all on the telephone — was top notch. I shared what we needed and together they worked with me to carve out the right way. Each person did his part but I saw consistent integrity, honesty, and good sound judgment. I doubt I will ever join the ranks of the owners of recreational vehicles, but I would trust these guys anywhere, anytime.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional sales staff and management I’ve ever dealt with. Nick, partial owner, back peddles and is two faced. I hear Sammy is the owner to talk to if you’re having any issues at all but I’ve never met him in any of my visits to this lot. Their actual service department is great, but their salesmen have never heard of «service after the sale.» I’ll go to them for maintenance service but I’ll never refer a sale to them.

Okay. first I am going to say that the «review filter» Unilocal has is an absolute joke. If you take the time to enter the code to see the list of very good reviews RV Ready has received, you easily see that those few who posted unfavorable reviews are the type of people who complain about everything.
The woman who complained about the paint job bid… Let me start by saying that she wanted the exact same type of paint job RV Ready did for us, (as a matter of fact, Marcus showed her the pictures of our coach as an example of his work), but didn’t want to pay the very reasonable price for the quality of work and design capabilities. She basically wanted a custom pain job at an Earl Shieb price. I read her other reviews, and sadly she has nothing really nice to say about anyone, so I guess you should really consider the source before taking anyones reviews for granted. I guess when someone can’t get away with ripping off a quality establishment off or get their own way, they find everything and anything bad to say just to feel better about themselves.
As a matter of fact, read the reviews in my history, I have not been very kind to many establishments, and I say it how it is. To with Unilocal deciding to hide two very good reviews that I have posted for RV Ready, which I think is a load of crap, and a really poor policy. I will follow-​up with this and hope that Unilocal doesn’t decide to «censor» or «hide» this post like they did my originals.
We purchased our RV from RV Ready and had an outstanding experience. So good was our experience that when we decided to do a full restoration and remodel of our 1998 Adventurer 37WW, we gave Marcus in the service department a chance to see what he could come up with. We can both say that working with Marcus on the pan design, and the design of the interior remodel was an even better experience than the outstanding experience we had when we first purchased the coach.
The work we had done wasn’t cheap, and rightly so because you truly do get what you pay for, and we got top-​nothc service and spectacular work at a very fair price! TO be honest, I would have been very concerned if they quoted us any less for all the work they actually ended up doing
They gutted the entire bedroom to the bare walls, reconfigured it to hold a king bed and reconfigured the cabinet design. They installed a stacking washer and dryer, laid very high quality linoleum and carpet throughout the coach, and did a spectacular full body paint, which Marcus spend 6 very patient months emailing back and forth with design and color concepts before we came to a final decision.
They also installed two new flat screen tv’s, satellite dish, rewired the coach for our electronics, and cut out a huge section of the driver side outer wall because the fiberglass bubbled. They replaced the de-​laminated area so well, you would never be able to tell they did any body work to it at all.
The paint job was just perfect in every way. He quality of the cabinetry work was absolutely perfect, and the experience we had with Marcus and his entire service team was 5-​star quality.
As of today, October 02, 2013 we dropped the coach off at RV for more work that we wanted to have done. Considering we live in Washington, we had many choices of alternative places to have the work done, but with the outstanding service we have received, it is worth every dime in gas to bring our coach back to RV Ready.
You can’t imagine how good it feels to pull into an RV park with a 1998 Winnebago Adventurer and fit right in with 300k + coaches, and even how much better it feels when the owners of those 300k+ coaches complement us on how beautiful our coach is, both inside and out. Marcus and his team deserve all the credit in the world for producing an absolutely beautiful 1998 coach that can sit proudly next to coaches 10 times the cost.
We can;t thank the guys at RV ready enough for the outstanding service, patience, and top quality work. I have restored at least 10 vintage muscle cars that have trophied in shows, so I know quality work when I see it, and I am extremely critical and very hard to please, so this, and my previous reviews stand on their own merits.
