What a ridiculous place nothing but. 4 dollar candy to bars to snack on. stayed at Hilton last night and candy bars were 1 dollar. Marriott should be ashamed. Not happy with this hotel.

Clean, beautifully appointed rooms, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. My room has a lovely western view of the mountains. Really relaxing.

Got a suite and the layout of the room is terrible. The a/​c-​heater system doesn’t work. The tv is on one side of the room so if you’re laying in the other bed you can’t really see. You can basically see through the glass door to the bathroom and shower. For a suite it’s tight for 6 people. Won’t stay here again.

This is our second time here in a month. Great hotel. Very clean. Free and easy parking and it’s close to the freeway. Their breakfast is actually really good… Eggs, oatmeal, sausage, yogurt and a lot more. It’s walking distance to old town too. The front desk people are really nice and will tell you all about the area. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a 3 day meeting session. Very good little breakfast with hot and cold options. Happy hour was good but the chardonnay was not great so I had beer. Easy to get to with major shops a 5 minute drive away on the other side of the highway. Perfect for walking to old town for dinner and not worrying about designated drivers. The highway and A/​C noise is distracting for sleep but I always travel with earplugs so I was fine. Odd number rooms face the highway in the back (I was in 333) so get an even numbered room facing the front of the building.

Great Place to stay, Clean and Comfortable. The girls at the front desk are always quick, and courteous. Will always choose this location when I am in the area.

Came here for Christmas weekend for the kids. Loved loved this hotel and for the prices they offered, what a bargain. Great breakfast buffet in the morning, clean and cute rooms, comp water and milk at 2am we had a baby, wonderful indoor pool, nice staff and so close to our destinations. Will def go back again

It’s a nice hotel if you don’t want to sleep. The freeway traffic noise is unbearable! Beware where your room is located. Hooray they finally changed our room so we slept better. But the sink backed up in the bathroom with a disgusting smell! This is not a hotel I would want to come back to!

I had the worst sleep of my life! Came down to Temecula with my 2 aunts, slept on the couch bed and I literally felt like I was sleeping on slinky’s with sheets on top of them. The people upstairs sound like they were having a parade all night, and had to call the front desk a couple of times, gave up on calling them finally and lived with the noise. The room was cute, but poorly planned! They have sliding doors for the bathroom, which is extremely noisy in the middle of the night and the doors had frosted glass windows, so as soon as the light came on in the bathroom it illuminated the entire room. Def won’t stay here again if I am looking to sleep

Had a very quiet stay and great continental breakfast, very peaceful and clean, all the staff were nice especially the housekeeping staff, thank you.

I give this hotel two stars because of my awful experience with management. Apparently, the front desk staff misunderstood who would be making payment upon arriving at the hotel for the weekend of my best friends wedding. To me it seemed fairly simple. The groom made the reservation under his name and card. The front desk staff did not understand their check in procedures well enough to inform me.
When I gave my feedback and asked to have the situation rectified I received condescending emails and in the end I had to bother a bride and groom on their honeymoon. The whole ordeal was stressful and extremely inconvenient.
Also, who puts a bridal party on separate floors and charges the bridesmaid who’s name wasn’t on the reservation? Take some responsibility for your incompetence. Blaming your guests for your staff’s mistakes? I’ve been working in customer service for almost 10 ten years and I normally don’t write such passionate reviews or often give bad feedback but this was an exception for mistreatment of a customer. Unacceptable.

I’ve been here at the Springhill Suites Marriott for at least a month now due to me flooding my house. The pools are really nice– the indoor pool is heated but the outside pool is cold– just how I like it! Continental breakfast is really nice! There’s waffles, sasusages, hot chocolate and more! My only problem is with the WiFi. It kept lagging out when I play with friends on my PS3.
UPDATE: Left the hotel a few days ago, sad that I left. 5 stars for you, Springhill suites!

Positives — friendly staff, modern rooms /​hip atmosphere (newer hotel feel), free breakfast, walking distance to old town Temecula
Negatives — our room smelled like weed when we checked in (we didn’t complain because it was unclear whether it was coming from a nearby room or our room itself), you can see shadows /​outlines of whoever is in the bathroom through the bathroom door screen things
We didn’t experience any noise issues as other reviewers have complained but we were there on a Wednesday night. On that note, we also only paid around $ 120 so my satisfaction might be directly related to the deal we got.

Pros: Easy to locate off the freeway. Modern and somewhat clean rooms. Nice staff.
Cons: Urine scented bathrooms, bad lighting, transparent bathroom doors, no room service, clogged shower drains.

Absolutely filthy rooms. We had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We had a rate we booked and when we checked in they would not honor the rate saying we never had it. Finally a manger found it after several hours. No apology. Nothing. The whole lobby reeked of bug spray which makes me wonder. Checked into our room to the most filthy stained (brown stains, you guess what it was) carpet and blood on the ceilings. Blood! Revolting! The staff was absolutely indignant about it. They didn’t clean it after we asked about it. At that point we demanded to check out early and left. I’d never stay here again. Rude staff and the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed it. I love Marriotts, but was shocked by this Springhill.

I felt so bad for my mom after she spent over $ 1,200 on a three night stay for two rooms. She took us on a girls’ weekend and thought she had picked a fantastic hotel.
Pros: Happy Hour, breakfasts, friendly front desk service, easy access to the freeway
Cons: Our room smelled! Mildew, dirty feet, Cat or Dog urine. It was difficult pinpoint because it was so disgusting. Even the housekeepers sprayed the floors down with a homemade scent in a spray bottle and commented how much our room smelled (on the very first day). We attempted to move to another room, but the three rooms we were offered smelled like mildew as well. My mom’s room did not smell; neither did the hallways. I wiped down the air conditioning unit and saw quite a bit of mold and mildew. We attempted to air out the room by opening the window, but that just meant that we heard all of the drunk guests rolling in after 2 am each morning.
Room was never cleaned before noon. We left one day at 5 am, returned at 1:00 pm and it still hadn’t been cleaned.
Had to call downstairs for bath towels after our room was cleaned, and towels were never replaced.
When I called the front desk after the first night to complain about the odors in our room, I was told that a manager would contact us. She never did. I am upset that my mom paid for these rooms and was never contacted or compensated.
Our refrigerator did not work. I had to pull it out and plug it into a different outlet.
Set up is strange. I don’t like the transparent bathroom sliding doors. Water pressure was horrible in the showers. The shower heads seem like they waste a lot of water.
Very disappointing stay.

After moving out of my home, I booked a night here before driving out of the overrated town of Temecula. The young ladies working the reception that evening were great. I had to sign a «no noise» policy, separate from everything else. Unfortunately, it seems no one else seems to have any regard for other patrons. There was loud partying going on until past 3am. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but it was definitely on my floor. The sinks also did not drain properly. Turn on the water and the bowls quickly filled up until you turned the water off; then they’d slowly drain. The shower heads also sprayed everywhere. The room was otherwise clean, beds comfy and smelled clean.
Olivia (who is awesome!) was working reception in the morning. I informed her of the noise and plumbing issues and she quickly offered remedy in the form of compensation, which was great, because hotels in this area are not cheap and for the price and the signed noise policy, I should have had a better night’s sleep and functional plumbing.
Breakfast was so-​so (my dad thought it was great), but the make your own waffle gimmick was pretty neat. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.
Free wi-​fi, no password or user ID required. Free breakfast included. I was tired and didn’t use any of their amenities (pool, gym, etc.); just walked across the lot to the Mexican restaurant and then went back to try to sleep.
2 stars for the inconveniences.
5 stars for Olivia (did I mention she’s awesome?) and the other girls at the front desk.
If I had to return to the area and needed a hotel, I’d consider giving this place another chance just because the staff is pretty cool.

Girlfriends and I stayed at the hotel last Wednesday for my sister’s bachelorette party. I originally had booked the casino, but was unimpressed with their pool. From check in the service was kind and quick. The accommodated early and late check in for our party. From the happy hour & morning breakfast that’s included, to the spacious rooms– staying here you get value! Also great central location. We ubered everywhere and never paid more the 10 dollars even out to the wineries!
I would stay here again despite the major hiccup our trip endured. My sister’s car was stolen from the back lot on the property. Although Temecula is considered by locals and visitors as a «safe» community, crime still happens. My sister had left many things for her wedding in her car including her dress. Don’t tempt crime– bring valuables inside the hotel and make sure you car is secured! The staff was great in helping us, very cooperative with the police. I know these things happen and it wouldn’t deter me from staying at SpringHill Suites again.
