Temecula Valley Event Center

Awesome party!! we enjoyed ourselves! Space was open and had enough lighting and chairs for all our guests. Food was really good. We would recommend this venue to everyone looking for a space to hold a party or special event. Staff was helpful and were able to help us with all our requirements and I had a lot of requests and changes along the way. They were very accommodating

This place has definitely took a turn around. I contacted Temecula Valley Event center back in 2015. The guy I spoke to was not very helpful at all. We then booked our event with a different venue that wasn’t able to hold up their end of the bargain so we cancelled. I decided to give Temecula Valley Event center another try and learned that it was new owners. I was so pleased with the service we got from the very first phone call. Raquel and her business partner have been so helpful. We love how professional they are, the cleanliness of the place. The beautiful VIP room just to mention a few. We have yet to have our event but I feel so at ease knowing that they have handled everything so professional to this point. Raquel was also kind enough to offer ideas for centerpieces even though we are creating our own. We are so excited about our upcoming event. Thank you

I was a guest at a previous event at this center. I had a great time. The bartender Eric was excellent and very knowledgeable of his drinks and took great care of us the entire evening. Fabulous venue, will definitely recommend.

Hi my name is Taylor, my fiancé and I just booked this venue for my February wedding and I cannot be more excited! The place is beautiful and the owner is fantastic! My fiancé and I were warmly greeted, shown around with lots of care and attention to detail, and given all of our options as far as pricing and add-​ons. The new owner Raquel is so great to work with and after seeing the location I willingly lost my deposit at a different venue and switched to this one. I still have a few months before my wedding takes place but I have no qualms about this venue. Definitely a must see for any event in Temecula, I recommend it 100%!

Just had my wedding here because it’s a nice venue and location I’ll give 2 stars. The bartender was a drunk idiot that rip off my guest, lied about drinks running out or the keg being switch out, meatless to say he was worthless. He uses the bar as his personal pick up joint and was very unprofessional. The cleaning crew was a joke I had to go in the day before to wash the patio area and clean tables and chair because they were so dirty. Only recommended this place if you could hire your own staff!

i won’t give them 1 star because i don’t know what the facility is like, and I don’t know if this place is still renting out the spot, but they are VERY HARD to get in touch with. I have sent two emails to the address listed on the actual website, one message to the Temecula Valley Event center FB page and one message to the owner, with no reply from either one. Other places have gotten back to me within a day or two, but its been over a week later and still nothing. And no, these emails where not sent out on the same day or back to back.
So I’m not sure if this place is still up and running or not. This is only based on my experience

If you need a place to hold your special gathering or event, this is the place to be! Your guests will enjoy the size of the facility. Lots of parking space, nice bar, courteous service by Janice. You’ll enjoy working with the management. Janice Nolan took good care of all our needs before and during the event. They were accommodating and communication was excellent.

If you need an amazing location or venue for a wedding or corporate event in the greater Temecula area, check out this place. They are super nice and very accommodating to your needs.

Service sucks. Just ordered my drink for the 3^rd time… waiting to see if I get it… it has only been an hour.

The Love & Sax show was awesome! The musicians saved the night! Great venue for that up close and personal feel. The food was marginal, but the servers get a A for effort. I think that with a little love, this could be something special. I’ll definitely give it another go.

If i could give this place negative stars on this site i would. They take no accountability in their contracts and will not fulfill any obligation that they make with you! From the owner that clearly does not know how to run this establishment and manager who has no idea what is going on at all, they have ruined their reputation! There are too many complaints to list but I will never seek out this venue ever again nor will I ever recommend them for anything! Run for your Lives or lose your money.

The facility itself is not bad. It’s an old Hooter’s restaurant and it might seem vaguely familiar to anyone who’s been to a Hooters. However, I can’t recommend this facility due to the management.
The property manager constantly gave misinformation about various details. For instance, she told us that our event required 2 security guards and that it was factored into the price. So, we planned our event accordingly. We would have a security guard monitor the door rather than have a volunteer do so. On the day of the event, the manager told us that we didn’t pay for a security guard and told him that he didn’t have to come in.
We also asked that no alcohol be served. We discussed this a week before the event. At the time she told us that it would be no problem. The day off our event, the bartender sold alcohol in spite of our wishes and both the bartender and manager nagged us until we gave in.
At one point, the manager literally tore up our contract when confronted with the discrepancies in the contract. She also complained about how my Syrian co-​host was trying to «Jew» her on the price (the manager’s term, not mine).
Given how stressful dealing with the management made this event, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. In fact, I’d have to suggest that people actively avoid this location.

The facility itself is nice and large. Eric the bartender is very professional and assured us that he will take care of us and we will no longer have any more issues with the coordinator. The party ended successfully with no further disruptions.
The cooridinator on the other hand constantly gave misinformation about various details and price and several times would tell me one thing and turn right around and tell my co-​hosts another. The day of the party when confronted why we didn’t have our security guards, she quickly stated it was not in our contract, when i showed her where it was, she quickly got irate and not only tore the contract but also threaten that she would close the doors and started to use foul language. Thanks for Eric (bartender) taking over, we were able to have a successful nite.
