A big plus is that they’re open 24 hours since the food court isn’t. Sometimes it’s either a hit or miss depending on how packed they were. The staff can seem overwhelmed at times but they try to get everything that we needed though they do forget drinks or condiments. I tend to stick to the same things on the menu depending on what I’m in the mood for — either a prime rib platter with mash potatoes and steam vegetables, or a b.l.t sandwich with sliced avocado, or a warm bowl of chili. Their onions rings are good, much better than their fries. Their menudo that they have on the weekend is great too. They also have specials depending on the day like taco tuesday, beef ribs on the weekend though they can run out of those quickly. They also have takeout as well if you want to eat in your hotel room.

I’m giving them 3.5 because its pretty good for what it is and it’s the only sit down restaurant in Pechanga that is open 24⁄7. I’ve been here several times and usually pretty late and the service is good and the food is pretty tasty. I’ve never had any problems here and every time I win big I eat here and if I lose then I eat at the food court. The menu is good because you can order dinner, lunch or breakfast at any time. The restaurant is clean, the food is good and the prices are right.

The best thing about this place is that it is open 24 hours and located right outside the resort guest elevators. Service was good but food was very mediocre. The presentation alone made it unappetizing, enormous and drab. The pancakes were kinda hard to cut, maybe too doughy I don’t know but the buttermilk taste was pretty good. Eggs were overcooked, potatoes and ham were blah, as well as the very tart orange juice. The best thing here was the sausage patties they were charbroiled just right very flavorful. I think they should focus on quality over quantity because food is lacking for such a nice resort, and they give you way too much food.

We stayed at Pechanga a couple of times for a couple of nights, and each time we wound up here for either breakfast or a late night snack. Each time, food was good. We had appetizers and snack food one late night and both breakfast foods for breakfast and late night snack. Service was excellent each time as well. Prices are pretty decent. Since I will be back to Pechanga, I will return here too.

The Pechanga Café is a good choice when you are staying at or playing at Pechanga. They offer breakfast burritos, build your omelette’s, waffles, pancakes, and French toast. For lunch they have good sandwiches, pastrami, tuna, and various burgers. The Cole slaw and fries are both good choices. For dinner I have had the Fajitas with chicken and shrimp twice and it was very good. The fried shrimp or fried chicken are good choices if you feel like going all out!

We went on a busy Friday night, before seeing Ron White, all the fine restaurants were booked and there was not a table to be had! So, we thought we’d go to the Pechanga Café for a quick bite. We thought we’d get a burger or salad… How bad can you mess that up, but when we saw the extensive menu we became adventuresome! Well, we were blown away by the great service and fantastic food! The grilled pork chops were beyond tasty and they were amazingly tender and juicy! The mashed potatoes were just like home made and the veggies were fresh and not over cooked. The bread basket contained three different kinds of rolls/crackers and came with a generous serving of whipped butter! Service was friendly and attentive. Please give this cute little hotel café a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is open 24⁄7 and the food is decent, a little over priced but hey your at a Pachanga. They server breakfast all day and a decent prime rib. Liquor and beer. The service could be a little better with there speed. The food can take a while too. The pork chop entrée is very good. You and your date could split if not too hungry. Good desserts to. Disclaimer: this place is not the oak pit. Also make sure your food is hot! My veggies are always cold. My advise SENDTHATSHIT back. They will fix it. Way better then Denny’s. Managed like one but much better food. So good luck friends. Three card poker is where the $$$ is btw blind bets. Also the drinks are very weak and small. Order wine or shots. :) bye! O! it’s deserves 3.5 stars but maybe they will IMPROVEMANAGMENT!!!

Food and service were eh. We came in on a Saturday night, waited about ten minutes to be seated. The hostess didn’t seem pleased to be there. The menu wasn’t anything special. Continental themed with the occasional surprise: tacos, shrimp scampi, etc. I ordered the fish & chips, which came soggy and lacked flavor. The coleslaw had WAY to much mayo, which basically made it mush. The boyfriend ordered what I wish I did. Pancakes with bacon and eggs. Definitely better than ihop and reasonably priced. My lame fish & chips were $ 16! I can easily see this place being good for late night grub after playing or dancing, but not really as a destination for dinner. Three stars.

2 things I recommend getting here: 1) Prime rib dinner: tender n a nice sized portion 2) breakfast burrito: comes with side of rice, refried beans, sour cream, salsa, & guacamole.

We were here at peak lunch time and they were packed but we got the last booth. Service was ok but very slow. Thank goodness we weren’t in a hurry. By the time we left there were very few people still there. My fish torta was excellent. Large pieces of fish. Cole slaw was standard but not much flavor. Ice tea was good.

We stopped at the Casino when we were passing through the area, and were hungry, so we ate here. It was a great place, not like the typical casino type food. It was great! We would definitely eat there again next time we’re in the area. Nice atmosphere too.

I went to this Café late night and had a good breakner. That’s what I refer to ordering breakfast for dinner. I ordered an omelette with Pechanga potatoes. The omelette was ok, but the potatoes were delicious. Our server Matthew, was really nice, and often asked us if we needed anything else and refilled our waters. Overall, a great café that’s open 24hrs. and is right next to the elevators and lobby.

Food didn’t wow me. It was definitely affordable, but it also tasted that way. I didn’t like that I couldn’t call in an order so I didn’t have to wait. I understand you have room service; but I have been to other casinos that let you call in an order. It’s just easier, especially if you’re gambling and just want to pick up the meal rather than sitting around and waiting for it. The staff was friendly, I assume eating in the place would be nice. I don’t know if I would dine here again, especially since there are a lot of other places to eat here.

Any place that’s open 24⁄7 and serves breakfast all day is pretty awesome in my book! Yay breakfast for dinner! Came in at 9pm and got seated immediately. Although the host told us there were only 2 servers, she decided to take our drink order. Our waitress came by pretty fast and took our orders and within 10 minutes our food was served! Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Eggs, and Sausage. Normally when I go to a restaurant and order chocolate chip pancakes, they make regular pancakes and just put chocolate chips on top! Ummm no, don’t be lazy! But I was happy to find out they did both! However 3 pancakes is a lot! Wish it was only 2, but I definitely shared. Also the sausage patties were really good! Like they weren’t super greasy or bland! The food wasn’t over the top amazing, but it will definitely satisfy any hunger pains! Don’t forget, you can use the points on your card to pay for your meal!

We went here while waiting for Bingo to begin. It did not take long for us to get a table, but after that, the time spent there was way too long. From ordering, to getting our food, it was probably about 30 minutes. After that, it got worse! It took the waitress about 20 minutes to get our check, after our plates were cleared. Once she took our card, we saw her go to the register, and then back and forth to the kitchen bringing out other items and taking orders! It was rude, and showed horrible customer service and even worse time management. On a bright side, the food was good. I ordered the surf and turf salad which was great. The dressing was delicious. I would only go here if we had a different server. She made what could have been a good experience, horrible. Who wants to sit in a café at a casino for 20 minutes just waiting… no one.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service was slow and our waitress was extremely inefficient. She forgot our drink order three times. The buffet is offered but the scrambled eggs looked runny and flat… they also did not offer very much — no oatmeal or other cereal option. And very little choices for the $ 13 cost. We went on a weekend. We’ve had better options at free breakfast buffets. We ordered off the menu and it took almost two hours to get our meals. When we finally got them they were all cold. The menu stated my waffle came with whip cream. It came out without it. Our waitress asked if I would like whip cream. What? It comes with it… of course I do. So, ten minutes later she brings the whip cream. On top of it all I’m spending my day as close to the bathroom as possible because I ended up with food poisoning. Thanks Pechanga Café.

«Hey, we’re thinking about adding a café to the Pechanga Casino.» «Great idea! Got a name?» «We were thinking THEPECHANGACAFE. That way they know they are at a café, but haven’t left Pechanga to go to a different café. But they are still 100% sure it’s an actual café. But also, still 100% sure they’re at Pechanga. We can not allow them to forget either of these crucial details.» «You’re exactly right. Build the Pechanga Café… somewhere between the Pechanga Bar and the Pechanga Bathroom. Now everyone put your hands in and say ‘Pechanga on three…» The precisely named Pechanga Café is fine. It’s not great, it’s not bad. But if you haven’t gambled enough on the casino floor to warrant a free meal, well, then this is your place. I ordered the steak and eggs at about 1AM. Because you know, it was a casino and I felt obliged to do so. I ordered my steak medium rare. It came out somewhere between well done and jerky stick. Aside from that, the coffee was good, the sides were above average and the service was fine. The service probably would have been better, but I imagine the wait staff had more high maintenance customers than me. Likely fresh off a tough night at the black jack table, at least one man was marinating his chicken in tears. Yes waitress, I can wait on my side of fruit. My waitress’s name was Palace. Which is pretty funny. Hopefully it’s some kind of manifest destiny thing for her and she’ll be «Palace in a palace» here in no time. Probably got to get out of Temecula first, but due time people. There is no such thing as overnight success. Be patient with Palace. She was friendly and patient and seemed like the type girl that really had some depth to her. The type that cut a check to ALS but didn’t do the ice bucket challenge because of the drought in California and also didn’t want to make it about her, you know? All in all, if you’re in Pechanga Casino and want to go to a café, well, you’ve got one clear option: THEPECHANGACAFE.

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #199 — #365 Nearest to the hotel elevators was the Pechanga Café, so we decided to grub on some breakfast before playing in their massive casino. The host was friendly and we were seated right away! Our server took our drink orders right away and repeated our order to confirm. Ambiance was casual and the café has a lot of bricks all around the restaurant giving it that urban feel. The food took 20 minutes to get out and it was tasted like any other restaurant you’d find in a Denny’s, IHOP, or any other breakfast diner. I ordered the usual big breakfast and came with: –2 Pancakes –2 Bacon –2 Scrambled Eggs –1 Slice of Ham –Orange Juice(Non-Refillable) The hospitality here was quite impressive and I loved the way they handled my Dad’s friends order because they’re so nit picky on how they wanted their breakfast cooked. Price wise was a bit expensive, you’d expect that eating inside a hotel /casino. If you’re looking for a much cheaper dining option, they have a food court located around the casino. Don’t forget to use your food points on your player’s card!
