Bought a groupon for laser hair removal about 8 months ago and was a bit skeptical because my initial calls to make an appointment were not answered and calls not returned. When I did finally get a hold of someone to make my initial appointment it was somewhat difficult to find the location because it wasn’t easily identifiable. However, over my 6 month treatment a new sign was put on the outside of the building and my interactions with the staff and treatments went absolutely smoothly. I am very satisfied with my experience at this facility.

New manager Jessica is awesome! Bought a groupon and had my doubts about this place since my phone calls weren’t being answered and there was a lot of miscommunication, but since it’s been under new management it’s great! Absolutely recommend this place. Kathrine is great.

These guys are AMAZING!! scheduling was super easy and the procedure was fast and easy. The manager Jennifer was very personable and sweet and helped a lot with my stay. The RN doing the procedure was professional and funny at the same time. Will definitely be coming back for more LAZER HAIR REMOVAL!!! woot woot!

My first appointment for laser hair removal was back in May and my first impression wasn’t the best for a few reasons. But I absolutely loved my nurse Jamie. She made my over an hour wait (with appointment) totally worth it. Since then I saw a few bad Unilocal reviews and was hesitant about my purchase, but when I returned today for my follow up I found out they are now under new management and the place did a complete 180. I scheduled my appointment again with Jamie, and she’s totally amazing. Couldn’t of asked for a better nurse! They are definitely stepping up their game and making this a great business. I would definitely recommend them!

New Management: Bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and purchase B12 shots. The new manager Jennifer is great very professional. Prior to new management the ONLY reason I keep coming back was for nurse Jamie she’s AMAZING!!! It’s a TOTALLY different experience these ladies rock and give you excellent service. GIVE IT A TRY THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT :) IT’S TOTALLY different vibe from two weeks ago.

NEW MANAGEMENT! Everything is so much more organized and professional. Jennifer, the new office manager, was so sweet and helpful. Office was very clean as well. Jennifer has given VIP a complete makeover. Im so excited to start my laser hair removal package. I hesitated when I first read negative Unilocal reviews but this place is definitely worth giving a second chance if you’ve had a bad experience in the past

Scammers. Bought a groupon for laser hair removal and scheduled an appointment. Arrived to find they were closed. Called a thousand times, left a dozen messages, no call back. Fly by night operation. Luckily groupon has had other complaints about them, so I was able to get a refund.
