Nice Nails

If I could give ⁰⁄₅ stars I would. I went on groupon to find a nice pedicure, once I had purchased it I went to the salon and got the callus removal pedicure. I developed a skin infection (doctors believe it was a staph infection) from Nice Nails. I did not witness them sanitize their pedicure bath sinks after 2 people had used them! I started to feel unsafe that mine wasn’t either but waited it out during my pedicure. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday I had 13 «boils» that all had a white-​head with puss coming out. This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting & unacceptable. I took pictures for proof!

I also get a fab puedo and mani here, techs are great! My French tips always last for weeks.
Cuticles are done really good. Polish too. They always have specials even though it’s been a while since I’ve been in here, they always recognize me.

Had an appointment, sat with my feet in lukewarm water for 40 minutes… With no service! Besides being sat down, had no other interactions. I wouldn’t waste your time.

They are super nice! I love my nails every time. Price is not comparable and I work right across the street. I’ve gotten gel polish and acrylics :) happy customer

First time here and last. The man cut me to the point of bleeding, twice! When I asked for someone else she was horrible. They wanted to charge me an extra 5 $ for a callous treatment after they could barely stop my bleeding toe. Unreal. Stay away.

I would give zero stars if i could!!! I wish I had read the reviews, TERRIBLE customer service… or lack there of.

I would not come back to this salon. I came to get a gel manicure. The man doing my manicure was not paying attention the entire time. My nails were crooked so I asked him to file them down again. Then when he was buffing my nails, he did it so hard that he cut a few of my cuticles. After the manicure, I noticed that there was cotton under the gel polish on two of my fingers. And some nails were long and some were short. I will have to file them to match when I get home. All in all, this was not a good experience.

Purchased 2 Groupons for my fiancé and I to check them out. Scheduled 2 appointments and asked specifically that they be together. They were done one after the other. Mine was first and took 40 minutes, my finance’s was second and they rushed through it in 25 minutes! That is not enough time to comfortably fit in all they were supposed to (mineral mask, callus remover, sea-​salt treatment, sugar scrub, hot stone massage, clipping and painting), and they forgot to put on clear coat. When I got home and looked at my nails there were small spots on the sides that were missed and the finish was not smooth. Nice people but I would not recommend them.

Very disappointed. I got my nails done 4 days ago and they chipped the next day and they are all chipped off now. The lady cut into my nails causing 3 nails to break! I got gel nails so this shouldn’t have happened at all. While I was there they were rushing and it was a very unprofessional atmosphere.

I purchased a groupon for this place for a Deluxe spa pedicure that included a mineral mask, cooling and moisturizing sea gel, sea-​salt treatment, and sugar scrub. The experience was horrible. They are understaffed and very busy. I didn’t enjoy it because the nail technician was rushing and at one point forgot to put the mineral mask on my feet. She did it eventually because I addressed it. What really upset me was she stopped in the middle of my pedicure to clean a pedicure chair that her coworker had finished using, she then proceeded to finish my pedicure and did not change her gloves. I rather spend more money and get better service somewhere else.

Reasonable prices and good customer service. In and out in 30 minutes for pedicure service.

Came in haven’t purchased my groupon yet but there was a get 10 dollars off 20 any deal on groupon the nail tech didn’t understand this and still wanted that I pay the 27 deal offer. Either I pay with them or do the groupon. so I did the groupon with the 10 off and got the deal for 17. then just showed them the voucher then everything was OK. after that they did a great job with the pedicure spa deal.

Went in here with a friend yesterday and was greeted horrible. We got the basic manicure and my 2 year old niece could’ve done a better job. Waste of money and time. They didn’t even repaint my nail because it had bubbles in it. Terrible.

Very disappointed with this salon. I got a full set, acrylic gel two days ago. The very next morning one of my nails broke. I went to a different salon to have it fixed because i went out of town. That same night another nail on my other hand broke. I went back to this salon and told them what had happened. The guy that works there, not sure of his name agreed to fix my nail. He fixed the broken nail, but pained it with regular polish. When i told him that i have gel he told me, «Oh don’t worry you come back in a week anyways for a fill». He didn’t want to do gel, which I paid for. The nail is so bumpy and very poorly done. Its such a disappointment to get this low of a service.

NAIL SHOP WANTS QUANTITY VS QUALITY
After the 3^rd visit in a row of broken acrylic nail after broken acrylic nail. I decided that I should share my awful experience of these rushed nail techs that will give you less than what you expect so they can get you in and out so they can take more customers in! Forget about the smeared nail polish and the uneven acrylic, they just want to rush mine to get the customer who agreed to get a gel mani/​pedi ($ 50) service vs my basic fill ($ 22). They were just unkind when I kept pointing out the things I wanted fix! Just horrible service all around!

I needed a place close to work. I ran in they got me done superquick and were really nice. however I’m not sure that I would go back. my nails don’t look the best. just okay

Angel gives an excellent pedicure for a great price! You can walk in or call ahead. The pedicure is through and well done.

Nail shop located in a busy strip mall. Daily specials on spa packages. I’ve had two experiences here. The first one I wanted to call the owner to tell say «Please Change the Company Name.» As the service was NOT nice nor was my pedicure. It was a rush service by an employee who was not friendly and she painted my toe nails as bad as a three year would. However, I decided to give them a try as I did not want to allow one employee to ruin it from the business.
My second experience was today. A gentleman who I presume would be the owner was very friendly when I walked through the door. I decided to only do a pedicure again. They had a special for $ 30 which included hot rocks, sugar scrub, callus removal and French tips. I was not impressed by the nail tech. Not only was he slow he seemed like he just learn to paint nails. It is not that hard to give a basic pedicure but this young man did not do the job. I am not too picky and gave only one direction which he could not get that right on how I wanted them painted. Even the massaging of the legs and feet was not a pleasure.
The only thing nice about this place was the greeting I got when I walked in the door and the price point.

Got a full pedicure that included the chair massage, sugar scrub, mask, hot stone and hot towel plus a moisturizer, i picked a color and she asked Id like a flower which she made her own… I also got a gel manicure added to my visit All for only $ 50, quick service, very sweet ladies will definitely be back soon

After reading my review the owner has offered me revisit to thier salon to correct my botched nail job. He was very nice and I have yet to visit again, but I appreciate them trying to correct the service and being involved enough to read their reviews.
