Business Owner
I have over 15 years’ experience doing repairperson type work. After retiring from the US Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and later a facilities manager I went on to work for a small private college here in Tempe. While working there I did all manner of work maintaining a 50,000 sq. ft. building. I remodeled numerous classrooms and practical labs, took out and built walls, installed new plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems. After 10 years there, I decided I wanted to use my expertise in a different way. So I started SML Property Services LLC and have now started to work for myself.
