I wanted to take the time to say thank you to the nice gentleman who corrected my drinks last Sunday. I went to a different dunkin donuts and got my drinks through the drive thru and drive off. After taking a couples sips, found the drinks were watered down and not made to my liking. I was already on the highway so I decided to stop by the next dunkins I saw to see if they’d be willing and able to redo my drinks although I didn’t have my receipt. The gentleman was polite and remade the drinks, which were delicious. I had the proof on my app if needed. I just appreciate nice service with no hassle. Thank you again!

Easily the worst one in the area. Prime time drive thru is the most painful morning experience of my week. Idk why they can’t just hire one more person to work the drive thru? Every time it’s at least a 7 minute process. Even going inside is useless. This place could kill it but I often go across the street, much quicker

alright… i go here just about everytime i have a 6am shift. although i dont expect the employees to be wide awake and happy as hell at 5:30am, i do expect them to speak english. theres one lady. shes chinese. every. single. time. i order something, it ends up wrong without fail. I could order something as simple as a small iced regular and end up with an egg and cheese croissant and a box of munchkins. its unreal. today i asked for a wake up wrap and ended up with a chocolate glazed donut. i honestly no longer go here expecting them to get my order right the first time, its almost for a good laugh and an item i didnt expect to have for breakfast.

Alright, Dunkin Donuts. Service is OK, never wait too long. Coffee is nothing special. I think the Dunkin Donuts at the 1900 block of Main Street brews better coffee, even though its the same brand.

You literally burned my bagel. It’s not like you have to slave over a hot stove or like there’s a steep learning curve to cooking a bagel; turn the knob on the toaster and wait for the bagel to cook itself. If it burns then get a new bagel, pop it in the toaster, and adjust the knob accordingly. Not rocket science. Hell, this isn’t even cooking, you meatballs.
