When the optometrist came in to do my eye exam I felt quite rushed. When I got my glasses they don’t seem to be the proper prescription for me because we went through the whole situation so fast. I feel like the fact that I was on Medicaid insurance instead of paid for insurance has a lot to do with how I was treated. I will say the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was quite friendly and courteous. The optometrist not so much.
