I used to work here and I loved it! Everyone is very nice and the food is always done well! The ice cream is still my favorite even months after I stopped working there! Management is great and all very nice. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Only come here for ice cream. Went through the drive thru, and was greeted with an attitude. She also started giggling to some one else and went silent for a good minute. The food wasn’t good, obviously just premade frozen garbage, that turns soggy when cooked. I gotta say the ice cream is the only reason I’d come back.

I will never visit this location ever again. All of the employees lack customer service skills. One of the young men handed me a completely melted sundae and when I asked for him to remake it, he tried to charge me again. This is just one of my many horror stories I have from this braums location. The quality of food at this Braums is not the great Braums quality that I have loved over the years. The dining room is not comfortable to eat in because it’s so dirty.

All opinion… Terrible service they always ask you to wait to take your order in the drive through. Cross contamination of your food with others. Order a vanilla shake you’ll have someone’s other flavor at the bottom. Stale burgers and cold coffee at times.

Staff was super rude! Came in at 1030 and they literally gave us the think eye… Wth, you don’t close till 11, so get over it and serve us! Because they had prematurely cleaned up the siting are, they refused to let us sit down. Really? So avoid this place or go before 12. HORRIBLE!

rude rude rude! apparently they close at 1030 not 11 because we went in and they were done cleaning up. yes i get you want to go home, but youre open till 11.
walked in got angry stairs because they were mopping early and all the ice cream was put up i mean… i get it if i walked in at 1059 but i did not. come here if you like rude service, because after getting our ice cream, they wouldnt even let us sit in the sections. rude rude rude.

Only 2 reviews in 20 years of service, non-​sense. It must be that people want to keep this a secret. Or, they are too busy eating an ice cream, no, really into it, and fall deep into a food coma. Yeah, that’s it.
Amazing, super duper, wonderful, beautiful, ice cream. My fav, birthday cake. It’s creamy, with little bits of cake and candy goodies. Did I say amazing? They have at least 31 other flavors to beat the competition!
Aside from that, they have fast food (which I heard is great), is very clean, has a little market that has most everything, and service is very nice. They have a nice size seating area, too.
What can be better? Whenever I am in The Colony, this is a must stop.

I usually won’t bother Unilocaling a chain restaurant but I’ve been going to this Braum’s for a couple years and I have to disagree with it being dirty. Everytime I’ve been here it’s been clean and well run. I’m not saying it’s 100% spotless all the time but compared to some other Braum’s I’ve been to this one is like going to 5-​star restaurant.
Food is good and is fast to boot.
