I had to get my battery checked at 9:30 at night and Matthew was very nice and was able to determine I needed a new battery and replace it in 15 minutes. I really appreciated his attitude and kindness toward me especially since I was there at the end of their day. Karen Brown

I don’t have heightened or unrealistic expectations of O’Reilly. They pretty much all carry the same inventory. I buy my race car parts from Summit when I can or buy dealers parts which I get at 40% discount. I buy belts, hoses, fluids and occasional random small things. I don’t ask for advice or help as I know more than any of them. But thats every auto parts store, not just this one. Never had any problems with any of the employees! Have returned stuff with no hassle. All good!

I’ve come here probably a hundred times, they rarely have what I need in stock cause the store is so small.
I really only like 2 of the staff members Richard and José, they are really friendly and always willing to help.
One of the staff members really has an attitude towards customers and he always gives this stupid look when you ask for a part.
There is another staff member that really gets on my nerves. She is a huge hassle when it comes to warranties and returns. Had replaced my a/​c compressor and it started leaking about 5 months later. It had a 2 year warranty, and I had to fight for the replacement, while she tried to accuse me of installing it incorrectly, when I know I correctly installed it. The second one has lasted about 3 years with no problems.
The only real reason I still go here is because the location is only down the road, and I have been actually just ordering stuff online lately just so I don’t have to deal with the headaches.
