Nails & Spa Today

Great pedicure and manicure. Very nice. However at the very end they told me the total and I asked about the sign on the door. That said 15% off manicures and pedicures and they wouldn’t honor it. Why post a sign on the door to entice customers in and don’t honor it after services are rendered? Probably should take that down, otherwise… bate and switch!

Great service at a great price! My husband and I love coming here every two weeks for our pedicures. We prefer Sundays since they are less busy and walk-​ins are welcomed. I recommend the heavenly spa pedicure. It includes hot stone treatment, a skin scrub, lotion with a hot towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment. For an extra $ 10 you can add 10 minutes of reflexology. I highly recommend it! The leg and foot massage you will receive is divine! My legs & feet feel fabulous afterwards. They also offer wine, sodas or water for your refreshment while you sit in their comfortable massage chairs. The atmosphere is soothing with nice soft music playing. They do have TVs but on caption only so as to not interfere with your relaxation. They are very clean too. Their instruments are sterilized and they use liners in their spa foot sinks. They have a large selection of name brand nail polishes such as Essie & OPI. They do more than mani/​pedis too. They do waxing and massages as well.

Today was my first visit to Nails and Spa Today. I highly recommend it based on this experience. It is very clean and all the ladies are so nice. Seems slightly pricey for shellac French manicure and a regular pedicure, but they did a great job on my nails and it is a very nice atmosphere. (The price even included 10% off for pedicures on Mon., Tues. and Wed.) I paid about the same for «the works» recently at a place in Tomball (shellac French manicure w/​wax and pedicure w/​wax and a good shoulder massage). I just didn’t feel good about the cleanliness of that place though and my nails did not look as good as they do today. I’ll forego the extras there and come back here in the future! Tina did my manicure and Jane did my pedicure. Both were very sweet and friendly, and several of the other ladies spoke to me and were very sweet too. The cleanliness and general atmosphere is definitely worth a lot to me. The salon is located just off of Woodlands Parkway across from the YMCA on Ashlane Way and in a little strip center next to the Valero station.

Beware of one main thing:
Everything adds up and they don’t tell you up front.
While I love attention to detail there is a fine line between taking your time to get it right and taking your time and still doing mediocre work. I have one hand that looks like a pro and the other looks like a novice did it. For the cost, chances are slim on my return.
For three colors it was $ 55. Ok I understand that.
Then $ 5 for a design. I get that too.
But $ 5 to put gel clear coat? Everywhere else I have been doesn’t charge?!
And she kept answering her cell phone.
That being said, she hand painted a spider web beautifully but communication between the tech and customer about pricing needs to be more clear.

The ladies are so nice. They will generally go slow but if you ask them to speed it up they will. They do push you for a flower or extra long massage, which cost extra money, but they don’t act rude when you turn it down! I’m not sure how artistic they can be with nails other than flowers… I find the pricing amazing and service friendly. Favorite salon in The Woodlands

I LOVE my nails. Tracy did an awesome job. She takes her time and does an amazing job on my nails. For years they have provided consistent quality and the prices are lower than most. places in The Woodlands.

Very nice place and the girls that work here are quiet for the most part.

I love this place! The owner, Tracy, does an amazing job with the pink & white refill and the price is very good at $ 26. She is very careful and it always looks perfect. All of the nail technicians are wonderful as well. I think the price is very reasonable.
