Need Computer Help

I took my pc in to see if I was bogged down by viruses or I needed a new one. Len had one of the guys (I worked with Ryan and Nick) look at it and promised to have it back the next day. It was overloaded with viruses. I got it home the next day and found that it was still operating poorly. I did a remote session with Nick to find I did not have enough ram to support my needs. Nick quoted me on a refurbished pc and said it would be in the next week. I sent Len a message as I was a frustrated that my problem had not been resolved with my first visit as I would have chunked the old one and bought a refurbished to begin with and asked if he would work with me price wise on the new one. He said he would and indeed he did. I’m happy with my new pc and when I needed anything beyond the data transfer that they performed Ryan was knowledgeable and quick to do a remote session to resolve my issues at that moment.
True customer service is often shown in how a business handles a problem. Len was ready to right my frustration. Their customer support is top notch. These are the things I look for when searching for vendors to help with my business. I will be a return customer for Len and the guys.

Very good service. I had an old Apple TV which is not compatible with the current version of iTunes. Seriously, iTunes isn’t backwards compatible with old Apple TVs! I had a lot of photos of the family that I could not get off the Apple TV onto my computer. I tried and it’s not possible, read the forums. I took my Apple TV in and they figured out how to get the photos off of it onto a hard drive. Nice people, competent and quick.

Jason & Len showed knowledge and gave options on how to fix my laptops and my computers were ready the following day! they threw in an extra part to replace my worn out one at no cost just because they had an extra one, now that’s taking care of your customers!

AMAZING! Totally happy with the service. My 95 lb. dog stepped on my laptop and cracked the screen. Tech Pods fixed it in under a week for under $ 170. Very professional and kind. He also made a recovery disk, free of charge. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Very pleased. And the price he quoted me was the exact price I paid.

5 stars, excellent service. Honest people. I talked to Tom over the phone and explained I needed a hard drive swap/​upgrade for my late 2008 Mac. He quoted a very reasonable price and super quick turnaround. neat work. There was some additional work needed but he did not go over the quoted price. I will uses their service again and again. Great service! The tech (been a couple of weeks, I think his name is Tom??) was very courteous and helpful. He quoted me a very fair price on a problem that would cost as much as a new computer.
The problem was my screen had completely come off of my Dell XPS 17. It’s a sweet computer, but like most of Dell’s stuff, it’s very poorly engineered. I won’t be buying another Dell and with MS’s new version of Windows, I’ll probably jump to a Mac on my next purchase… I digress.
The computer screen was replaced and the whole thing is like new, for less than $ 200. Tom showed me pictures of the «surgery» and how intricate it was. He also gave me some tips on cleaning up the desktop to get it to boot quicker.

Had the good fortune of calling TechPods this week based on other Unilocal reviews. Not only did Tom resolve my computer problem in a timely and cost effective manner, he came to my home to set up my computer and made sure that everything worked properly before he left. It was a very professional experience and I would recommend Tom and TechPods highly.

I just had the most pleasant experience with this company. Calling just before closing on a Friday afternoon, I happened to get the owner on the phone.
He listened carefully to the problem I was having with my wife’s computer. It did not seem to be recognizing her wireless card … she could not connect to the Internet.
He was patient and proficient at walking me through Windows 8 — not the OS I use and one that I hate!
He helped solve the problem over the phone. My call record shows that we spent 34 minutes working with various solutions, rebooting, etc. etc.
He then refused payment! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I’m pretty good at reading manuals and setting up home computer stuff by myself.
