Fresh Window Tint

So I got the Carbon Carbon Ceramic Tint on my C63 AMG and it looks amazing!!! The Quality is outstanding! Customer Service is FIVE STARS! I went to three other Tinting companies down the street, talk to them and got some quotes nothing was like fresh, they range from different tint Qualities you want and i knew this was the right place for me! I got a chance to meet the owner and i haven’t met anyone so humble and friendly, great guy! I highly recommend going to Fresh Window Tint if you want the job done right the first time!

I am so thankful to have done business with these guys. The owner is the most honest, caring genuine person I have ever encountered in any business dealing. Really, really amazing service. I can truly say that I am a better person because of the brief conversations I had with him. The way that he runs his business is an example to everyone. I will never be going anywhere else for tint, and will definitely recommend Fresh to anyone who asks!

An excellent experience here at this place! The owner is great and so are the service staff. My vehicles turned out great and no shoddy work here; all was done with the utmost care and quality. On both occasions I was taken in on the spot and two techs banged out the tint on my Prius in 30 minutes with precision… Don’t bother going anywhere else unless you want a potential bad experience… This guy owns over 6 shops so it’s obvious his operation is fluid and successful!

Only thing I have to say about Fresh Window Tints is amazing. Owner is the most genuine, caring, honest person I have meet in this business. Service unbelievable. I commend people who start a business and stay true to there roots. Only thing I am mad about is I DID NOT COME HERE SOONER!
The job they did exceeds my expectations by galaxies. Not a single bubble, stain, streak on my windows. Seats and door sills clean. Man, words can not describe this place.
I have found a place in Thousand Oaks that I will be bringing all my cars back.

I came here several years ago and had a great experience, even referred my significant other, and my kids, however, over the last couple of years the level of customer care and service has DRAMATICALLY declined. When I questioned them about why the crappy service, they said they were in the middle of trying to find new technicians. Sorry, not a valid excuse in my book and certainly not the customers problem. You either run a business or you don’t.
My experiences:
I bought a window tint gift certificate for my daughter last year. When she went to use it, they told her the appt would be about 2 weeks out, maybe more, they would call her to confirm. No call, no nothing. Strike 1.
I got a new car earlier this year. I went back to them in person, to set an appt because calling was pointless, the phone just rang & range; the front door to the shop was wide open and NO ONE was around. Waited for about 25 minutes but no one bothered to come out and take care of business. I called the next day, explained that no one was around but I’d like to set an appt. to get my windows tinted. The guy said he didn’t have anyone in Thousand Oaks to do the tint, but I could go to the other shop in Reseda. Now, why would you tell your customers to drive another 20+ minutes. The common sense thing to do was pull a technician to the TO shop and do the windows at the customer’s convenience. Strike 2!
My daughter recently got a ticket for window tint, and since she had her car originally done here, she went back to remove tint and have replaced. She called and explained what she wanted to do, and «the guy» told her to come in the following morning. She showed up, but doors were locked and no one around. When she called the shop number, someone answered like they’d just got out of bed and said she could come in later in the week. UNPROFESSIONAL. Strike 3.
3 Strikes, YOU’RE OUT! I will never return here, nor will I refer any of my family or friends. And here’s the more disturbing news: between myself and my family members we’ve spent over $ 1,000 here. Won’t ever happen AGAIN!

Very positive experience doing business with Fresh Tint. Called around to several places and found that Fresh Tint was the most upfront and honest about their products and prices. They carry an excellent range from basic to very high quality tints to fit your needs and budget. Workmanship was top notch and my car looks great. Overall extremely pleased with the customer service from the initial quote to the completion of the work.

I had my brand new Infiniti QX80 limited done here this week. I opted for the 35% tint with Huber Optic. These guys did an amazing job on my car and I am thoroughly impressed. My car looks awesome and I couldn’t be happier. The owner was also really nice and took his time explaining the different tints and grades of tint to me.
I would definitely bring any new car I had back to them.

Prices were competitive and their service was fast and quality. When I have another vehicle needing tint work, I would go here.

Let me start off by saying that fresh auto tint has great customer service and will totally go out of their way to please. That being said, I had a good experience here, my windows look good and I would definitely recommend them.

Fresh Window Tint has done it again! Bought my 2^nd vehicle in today for a tint job. I was going to go with Huper Optik (which I had before on my previous car). But I opted, for Prestige Photo Sync Film (55% all around and 75% windshield) for Lexus IS250 2014, and it came out FRESH!
Let me tell you why I came back to Fresh Window Tint. First, and foremost the top notch customer service that is provided. Secondly, the quality work you get (let’s face it people with quality comes price) «don’t settle for less… when you can have the best!» Right now, there’s only two places that offer Photo Sync film. Fresh is the place to go hands down!
I really appreciated Jose sincerely due to he cares about his customers, and his quality work. I highly recommended you check out his shop (which ever location you go to, you’ll get quality work).

LOVE my windows! Service and quality outstanding. Steve was fantastic. Very welcoming and downright nice, even offered to give me a ride back home, but I decided to take advantage of the local shops nearby. It only took 2 hours (barely enough time for a mani-​pedi and lunch on the Blvd :-) Steve was knowledgeable and informative. I didn’t feel pressured with any type of up-​sale tactics., «just the facts ma’am». With that I was able to make an educated choice and as a result my windows are perfect! Just what I envisioned.
The level of service was beyond my expectations. The storefront was easily approachable, not intimidating at all. The reception area is comfortable and coffee, snacks and movies are thoughtfully provided. All in all a great experience and I’d highly recommend. Thanks Steve!

I went to Fresh Window Tint based on these Unilocal reviews. My service was anything but great. Not even worth one star honestly.
I had to wait many more hours than estimated, I had to return 5 different times to fix issues, I purchased the higher priced tint and I believe I was given the lesser quality, they scratched my brand new, 2 week old truck and denied it — not even an offer to pay half to fix it. Jose started out very nice but turned rude when I told him his tinter scratched my truck.
My original review was «not recommended» so I shortened it. I believe everyone should see that this place is not as great as the reviews show and my one star should be factored in to their overall score. In my opinion, this is NOT the place to go for window tint! Buyer Beware!

Let me just start by saying this place is THE place to get your car tinted. I read the reviews and decided to give this place my business. Well let me assure you, all the nice things previous reviewers had to say about Fresh Tinting and Jose are 100% accurate.
Jose greeted me warmly upon my arrival. He was very helpful in describing the different high quality tint options that he carries. This made making a decision very easy. He only carries the highest quality of tint. I know, because I’ve done the research.
The waiting room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Service was fast too. This place is the very best place to get your car tinted folks, I promise. I can’t say enough about how special Jose made me feel as his customer. I feel 100% confident referring all of my friends and family to Fresh Tinting. Jose is a special kind of guy. I wish more local businesses were run by enthusiastic, friendly people like Jose.

So I wanted to get my wife’s new Altima windows tinted as a Christmas Gift. I bought a Conejo Deal and made an appointment on a Friday for a Saturday morning appointment. Jose was there when I got there and walked me through what he had available (without my wife). He and his guy were very knowledgeable and did not try to up-​sell me to something I did not need. This was my wife’s car so nothing too dark.
Jose called me back about 3 hours later to say the car was ready. My wife and I showed up at the shop and teh car looked great but the front windows even though light were to dark for my wife. Jose then said he would retint them with a lighter tint free of charge. 30 minutes we came back and the car was done. 3 weeks later and the windows look great. No bubbles and my wife is in love with how her car looks.
We also took my mother in law’s car (also and Altima) in the following week (she has never had tinting) and she loves it and it very satisfied. BTW, I was able to get an appt on a Sunday due to my mother in laws hectic schedule. Thank god… I have a very happy mother in law now!
