i went in yesterday for my consultation (breast augmentation) and everything went great and very smooth!!! Everyone there was so friendly and nice! It was such a quick process i loved it, i had very bad experiences before with waiting time (with another Dr.) and i was very surprised at how quickly Dr. Kryger saw me. I was very happy with my consultation and with the costs of the procedure! Dr. Kryger took the time to explain pros and cons of two different procedures and recommended what was best for my body. I am moving forward with Dr. Kryger and can not wait til i get the body and boobs I’ve been dreaming of! I will have an updated review after my procedure is done! Thanks to everyone at Kryger for being so polite and friendly!!!

FTM Top Surgery Review — Overall I am really satisfied with the results. I had had a breast reduction previously and so Dr. Zol Kryger re-​used all my previous incisions and removed the nasty dog ears from my prior surgery. He was really aware of scarring possibilities and took whatever means possible, including special stitches to ensure minimal scarring. He had to re-​attach my nipples and I have to say they look natural, even though it will take a little bit of time for their natural color to come back. I am so happy with the results and would recommend Dr. Kryger to all my friends. His office staff is also fantastic! Allowing me to e-​mail pictures, post surgery, with questions, and putting through my insurance claim without issue. Special shout-​out to Nisha, Courtney, and Jordan — because I bugged them alot before and after surgery with questions – and they were so friendly through everything!

I looked great for four months. Now I’m the preying mantis. They lied to me. When I went back they told me I needed more time. I had a stroke. Was that enough time?

Zol & Gill Kryger are fabulous doctors!!! I have had 2 surgeries with them. The 1^st was a breast lift with augmentation and the 2^nd a tummy tuck.
I am a 62 year old woman. The 2 procedures took me from being a flabby old lady to a body that I am proud to display at the beach in a bikini. I even have a new navel ring to show off my flat stomach and perky breasts.
I had a minor complication during the 2^nd surgery. The doctors were sweet, kind and understanding and resolved the complication quickly. I’m 6 months post surgery and could not have asked for a better result. The scars are healing nicely and will hardly be visible with a little time.
Soooooo… if your thinking about a little modification, these are your guys. They have their owns surgical center which makes things even easier. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.
Me??? Maybe a face lift next!

Awesome. Great choice for rhinoplasty. They were so kind and Dr Kryger did such a great job. I’m very happy with the outcome and feel so comfortable with their staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Zol, his staff & the facility. He is very knowledgeable, gave me an excellent treatment plan, and was willing to answer all of my questions. The office staff and surgical staff are friendly, and at all times made me feel cared for. I’m not yet 24 hours post-​op, and will write a separate review with my results. The Kryger’s are the very best at what they do! My girlfriend works in the surgical field and she has known them for years and had two surgeries with them — one for her hand and one for a breast reconstruction and lift, tummy tuck and thigh lipo. Both times her results were outstanding. Everyone compliments her amazing figure now. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I was a little skeptical at first coming in for rhinoplasty as I didn’t see too many reviews for it. I chose the Kryger Institute of Plastic Surgery after 4 different consultations with different doctors and I could not be happier with my choice! The entire crew was extremely helpful throughout every step of the procedure… From Judy and Yvette in the office, the anesthesiologist (AMAZING), and of course the Doctors. I had surgery 2 weeks ago, and I am so pleased with the results! The doctors did AN AMAZING job! I had hardly any bruising and absolutely no pain, and not to mention I love the shape of my new and improved nose.

«First of all, doctors GIl and Zol are very kind, professional, confident, and answer your questions in a way that is comprehensible to you. I had a breast reduction. The surgery was like a work of art. What they did for me was truly amazing. The recovery was similarly very fast. My recovery just had minor pain. Dr. Gil and Zol were great, just as their staff were very professional and sweet. They know how to handle insurance paperwork very well. The doctors answer your phone calls and make great contact before and after surgery. Their bedside manners are perfect. I highly recommend them for any surgery.»

They are good surgeons but it is all about the money. If you pay cash the price is good. If they bill your insurance it is 10 X that amount. This is why health insurance is so expensive.

I am one day post-​op on my breast augmentation done at the Kryger Institute and I can not tell you enough how pleased I am with my results! From the moment I walked in the office for my consultation to the time I left yesterday after surgery has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Gil & Dr. Zol were so professional & straight forward. They answered every single question I had with complete honesty & I never once felt like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear so they could get my money.
The staff from the receptionist in the front, to Judy the patient coordinator were so polite & friendly. Never once did I feel like just «another patient». My nurse Will was comforting & funny & really made me feel at ease when I was really nervous & frankly scared to have the surgery.
All in all I could not be happier with my results & I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anybody looking for an amazing plastic surgeon. If there was anyway to give a 10 star review on here I would do it! Thank you Kryger Institute for making my experience so amazing!

Dr. Kreager is an incredible surgeon and a true artist I feel beyond blessed to have found such a great Doctor.
I did liposuction and Brazilian butt and I’m amazed with my result, it is beyond my expectation… it makes such a big difference everything came so easy bc he was just so organized and meticulous about how he did things which I loved ! He is so personable and has a great bedside manner. Knows just what to say to make you get a smile on your face. He always answers my question and even answers some before I even ask. His follow up care after the surgery is also excellent. Especially when you are quite out of it. I never felt rushed for my appointment or did I have to wait to be seen. The staff are excellent especially Judy, She is so nice and will answer your questions. She is also very reachable… Overall I rate the DR as excellent and the Staff as very good. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I am extremely happy with the results of my breast implant exchange on June 20^th. After doing extensive research, I chose Dr Kryger to perform my surgery. They did an amazing job and the results are fantastic.

After numerous pregnancies (all healthy babies) and the many months of breast feeding all my children… I decided it was time to reclaim my body!
I met with several different plastic surgeons, listened to their opinions and looked at their quotes. After meeting with both Dr. Krygers, I decided that they were they best match for what I wanted my outcome to be. One thing that impressed me most was the fact that they discovered that I had numerous abdominal hernias… something that none of the other surgeons even mentioned.
I needed a breast augmentation and wanted implants. They took the time to sit and talk with me about scars, types of implants and sizes of implants. I wanted to look attractive, but not like a porn star… they helped me determine the best size for my petite stature.
I also wanted a tummy tuck and lipo. Again, they discussed scarring and where I thought the scar should be… considering how I wore my bikini. Wow… they were really thinking about me and my future. I was super impressed!
The patient coordinator, Judy was amazing! She is super friendly, open and honest. She was willing to answer any and all questions from the stand point of a previous patient herself.
I felt very comfortable in the hands of these two surgeons and their facility.
The surgery was outpatient. They called my home later in the day to talk to me and see how I was feeling. They make their patients feel very important. After my surgery, if I had any questions and concerns… which I did… I would call their office and get a response from them almost immediately.
I am now six weeks out after my surgery. I LOVE my results! My scars are beautiful. The scars are all straight… not jagged. Everything is healing wonderfully. My new breast are gorgeous! My flat stomach is fabulous!
I have already recommended the Kryger Institute to several of my friends who also want a mommy-​makeover.
I have a beautiful new body, PLUS my hernias have all be repaired. Today I was given the okay to start exercising. I can’t wait to do sit ups!

Most people do not realize that plastic surgery is more than cosmetic surgery. Much of a plastic surgeon’s profession is based in reconstructive procedures as well. I had a large ventral hernia that developed after a prior abdominal surgery 3 years ago. The hernia had grown so large, that its size was equal to a full term baby’s head that protruded outward from under my right breast. I read that most hernia repairs fail, often leaving the patient to endure multiple surgeries for subsequent hernias that develop. My question, why? I knew immediately I didn’t want this to happen to me.
I chose to seek a plastic surgeon because I wanted a doctor with expertise on human anatomy; I reasoned that if my weakened abdominal wall was responsible for the hernia, I needed someone who fully understood how to repair and reconstruct any defects. I knew that a general surgeon would be able to repair the hernia but success was limited, due to the significant hernia reoccurrence rate.
It was obvious to me upon meeting Dr. Zol that his expertise on hernias was extensive as he explained the best way to repair and make whole my abdominal wall. However, repairing the abdominal wall was only part of the surgery that he felt was necessary. He suggested I read about a particular type of surgery, «component separation» and stated that he had wished more doctors performed this type of surgery when hernias were repaired. I understood then that his approach was multifaceted; his vision was to amalgamate the hernia repair along with strengthening the abdominal muscles. Through reading, I discovered that Dr. Zol’s combined surgical approach gave me the best possible outcome for a full recovery with little chance that a new hernia would develop.
I had my surgery on March 13, 2014. Both Dr. Zol and Dr. Gil, a brother duo, operated alongside one another during my hernia repair and component separation surgery. I knew beforehand the surgery was extensive and challenging. I am pleased to say I had no complications and have healed extremely well. Dr. Zol is absolutely wonderful and I can honestly say my results exceeded my expectations. To my astonishment, Dr. Zol and Dr. Gil were able to eliminate the past surgical scar I was left with after the abdominal surgery I had 3 years ago, therefore I have affectionately dubbed them «the miracle workers» to all my family and friends.
I truly believe if more people knew the benefits in seeking the expertise of a plastic surgeon, patient outcomes would dramatically improve. I am and will be eternally grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Zol has afforded me. A million, zillion Thank You’s aren’t even enough. Sheila Swan

Down here in Southern CA there are tons of very qualified, very well publicized, and very fair priced plastic surgeons. After narrowing it down to 3 (very qualified) surgeons I ended up going with Dr (s) Kryger (brothers) because I really like the fact that they work together as a team which means less time under anesthesia.
Dr. Kryger (Zol) is very professional, driven, serious, and up on the latest research and practices. Given that he is of this nature, his bedside manner suffers a bit (i.e. he is all business). When he looked at me I think I could hear the wheels turning and measurements being calculated in his mind. While his intense focus leaves something to be desired in the warm and fuzzy department, I felt 100% confident in his skill and ability levels based on the questions he asked, the explanations he gave, and the method to his process. On a side note, his brother, while I only briefly got to meet him, seems to have more of an outgoing personality (sorry I am a psychologist, I cannot help but to analyze them).
One of the things that concerned me a tad bit was the fact that it seems they do a lot of reconstructive work in addition to cosmetic. I had no doubt they were very skilled surgeons but I wondered if they were as good at the aesthetics of things. But I no longer have this doubt. I am beyond thrilled with my result.
The doctors, and my experience exceeded all expectations I had!!! I would recommend them to anyone considering surgery in the Southern CA region. Since I was an out of town patient my experience was a bit untraditional, for example, I had my consult and pre op via Face Time and did not have the opportunity to meet my doctor (s) in person until surgery day. They fully accommodated my schedule and the limitations associated with my geographical distance from them.
Dr (s) Kryger… you rock and I intend to shout it from the (virtual) mountain tops! Thank you so much for the hard work you put in on this mother of 4’s run down body!
