Wow, I called his number & someone answered hello. When I asked if Scott was available, he just asked who I was in a rude manner. Very unprofessional, don’t bother.

Once again Mr. I CAN FIX ANYTHING came to my rescue and had my computer up and running in a flash. I can’t say enough about Scott. Five stars aren’t enough!

My experiences have not been positive. He was irritated on the phone. I am an advanced computer user with a complex problem. Certain facts he didn’t even know.

After having some issues with my laptop having multiple popups whenever I tried to open a website and the fact I couldn’t open Internet Explorer anymore, I decided I need to have someone that knows what they were doing come over. I run a business out of my home as well, so having to take my computer somewhere and leave it for a few days is not an option. A friend of mine suggested the Geek Squad from Best Buy, but when I saw that the earliest they could come out would be 3 weeks, that was another dead end.
Jumped on Unilocal and found Scott’s company. Called him in the morning, he answered right away and was over at my house within an hour. After working his magic, he told me my laptop had contracted a virus in September of 2012 and he erased 68, what he calls, «critters» from my laptop. He also installed some anti-​malware software to keep things in check and had my machine running smoothly in about 45 minutes. All of my web browsers now run great and it seems like everything else is running faster than before. And, I though his fee for the house call and repair was very reasonable.
If I have any future computer issues, I would not hesitate to call Scott again!

I called Scott after spending a few hours dealing with low memory caused by a bad graphics card driver on my Acer Windows 8.1. He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes, charged nothing, and gave advice. SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT YOU!

Scott saved my iTunes. A quick call on the bat phone and he provided an easy fix with my programing. Thanks Scott as u saved my 2000K+ songs on my old craptop.

When your computer system goes down you get that sick, panic feeling of helplessness. Your business comes to a complete standstill and all you can focus on is trying to function. This has happened to me on several occasions but fortunately having Scott McIntyre as my resource and «go to» guy to get my business back up and running provides a tremendous sense of security. But I am pleased to say I have finally found an exceptional, dependable IT service! My Computer EMT is without question the best computer service we’ve ever used. Since being introduced to Scott McIntyre three years ago, we rarely have tech problems because the work is done right the first time. He has designed new equipment and service old. And when we do have a problem, Scott quickly shows up and resolves it. Scott is very knowledgeable and current, and I trust him implicitly. This man is a pro and I haven’t had a headache in three years!

My Dell laptop had some software issues… I found Scott here on Unilocal today and contacted him via phone… I left him a voicemail, and he returned my call very quickly — like 15 – 20 minutes later. We talked about the laptop’s issues issues for a bit, talked about pricing, and luckily, he could fit me in today. We agreed on a time, and he was like 10 minutes early… it was like 30 seconds after I’d got home. Scott got right to work and got my ailing laptop up and running again… and for such a reasonable price! Scott knows his stuff… I highly recommend him!

I have used several computer service professionals over the years, and My Computer EMT, vis a vis Scott McIntyre, is by far the best. Scott has more computer and anti-​malware knowledge in his pinky nail than his competitors have in their heads. Plus he responds FAST. When you’ve been hit by some nasty virus, most people go into panic mode. 90% of the time, he answers the phone personally when you call. If you happen to get his voicemail, you WILL get a call back promptly. Highly recommend.

I called Scott after watching my computer quickly become useless. Scott was able to guide me over the phone through the steps needed to revive my computer. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He will also come to your home or business if needed to revive your computer and bring it back to life! I met Scott at a networking club and then had a computer problem a few weeks later. He seemed the type you could trust to be in your home or office. My instinct was right. He did a super job, and earned our trust and respect. I admire Scott, a word I don’t use often. He is always upbeat, efficient, works to give value and fix a problem quickly. We have referred him to our other family and friends, all of whom shared similar conclusions. My Mother in law said she just «loves» him, he handles all the computers now for her business as well. Do yourself a favor, if you have a computer problem 1. call Scott 2. try to emulate his formula and watch your business be better also. He has a winning formula.
