My Window Solutions did not do the kind of repairs I needed help with. But, they were very friendly and helpful and educational.
They recommended Oak Stone Glass (805) 495‑0441 in Newbury Park. This company was able to help get what I needed done quickly and was extremely reasonably priced. Oak Stone also informed me that My Windows Solutions was very competitively priced for when we DO need their services. Which we plan to now, based on both of our experiences.

Great experience overall. Chuck was very attentive, professional. He made this experience so easy, I was hesitating to change my windows as it was my first time doing it. I am so glad I did it, as he made it such a great positive experience. The guys that installed the windows were very professional, it was fast and pretty much no mess. I love my new windows, the noise level has reduced and they look great!

Chose this company thanks to Unilocal,good prices, good service, gave me options on less expensive windows. Very pleased; one word of caution they are very busy in the summer so you can’t be in a hurry with the installation date. If you are, order at another time of the year.

Overall a very good experience with Parry and MWS. He was very helpful and very patient answering my TONS of questions about the windows and design. He also put up with several design changes/​revisions I made along the way. In general, a very professional, knowledgable, and great guy to work with.
Got Simonton DaylightMax windows, and they look great (not installed yet, will be soon).
Only reason they are not getting 5 stars was that things didn’t go as wonderfully when it came time to make the appt /​get bid for the install labor. I won’t state the price here, but suffice it to say that the quoted price for install labor was significantly more than I was expecting. Also, it worked out to about $ 120/​man hour of labor charged for the work, when I am sure these workers aren’t getting much over 20 bucks per hour. I would have loved to use MWS for the install, but not with exorbitant labor rates — found another experienced install crew for about half the labor cost. Maybe it’s just me, b/​c obviously lots of people are using their install services, they were booked up weeks in advance for the installation. It’s amazing what some contractors charge for labor here in LA and the range you see, I have seen everything from stucco guys, to carpenters, to window installers charging the gamut from $ 35/​hour for their labor to $ 120+/hour for labor, as I was quote from MWS.
If the install price had been what I consider to be fair, then the experience would have been 5 stars plus plus. With the small negative about the install cost excepted, I am still pleased overall with my experience with MWS and Parry.

I am very very pleased with the professional job I had done by Window Solutions. From the owner, Parry, who came out to give me my bid to his workers that spent about nine hours at my home replacing a new outside door and reviving my french doors to withstand El Niño.
The workers Henry and Jeremy we’re not only very polite and pleasant but did a fantastic job and cleaned up well afterwards! They actually went above and beyond what I contracted for so I tipped handsomely. It’s rare when you can get such good service these days so I very much appreciate this company. What impressed me the most is that these two employees raved about their boss. That says it all.

I can’t believe that good customer service and professionalism still exists in Southern CA. I have been trying to find a company to build a doggy door into our side-​light on our french doors since 2008! After wasting a ridiculous amount of time with «Quality Windows», even paying them and getting nothing done, as well as other window and door companies flaking, I found «My Window Solutions» on Unilocal and with little hope but gave them a call. Parry came out, with a good attitude and confidence looked at the situation and took measurements. Within a few weeks, Lonnie came out and personally installed the doggy door which was the best doggy door I have ever seen, auto seal and efficient. He did a seamless and perfect job of building it into the side light. I had actually come to think it wasn’t even possible but not only was My Windows Solutions all about «We can make it work» but they also made it work absolutely perfectly. Not to mention Lonnie was awesome, great attitude, friendly and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to into getting windows or that needs work done on their windows. My wife and i were 100% satisfied with these guys!

Parry from My Window Solutions was wonderful all the way around. He is honest, knowledgeable and responsive, and our experience was outstanding. We got exactly what we wanted. Additionally, the installation crew was top notch.

Based on their customer service on the phone — I spoke with Perry who very politely listened to my request and advised that he would be unable to help as they could not assist with my broken window. He even referred me to a glass repair company (Oakstone Glass Company), who was equally friendly and will be coming by to give me a quote today. Thank you for being polite and referring me elsewhere — it’s a lost art!

This review is on behalf of my father, who had his windows done with Window Solutions over 7 years ago. What prompted this review is the fact that they came back to our home, 7 years later, to fix a ripped screen and a door handle that had some issue. My dad said he is very «impressed by their prompt, accommodating, and pleasant» demeanor, and was happy that they graciously came back to do this for us after this many years.

Starting with the company’s sales rep, my experience with the company was a positive one. Thank you Chuck for your expert guidance in helping me choose the right windows for my needs. At least 10 of the 13 windows I was replacing were very large picture windows and I wanted to make sure I replaced them with windows that gave the same daylight and views of the old windows. Chuck was attentive to all my concerns and took the time to explain everything with no-​pressure. After going through all the options I settled on the Simonton brand which had the day-​light max features, high quality and best product guarantee that I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the choice.
The windows were ready as scheduled and installation day went smoother than any other remodel project I have done on the house. I was most impressed with the supervisor/​partner Lonnie who showed up both days and went over the work in detail to make sure that everything was done right. I really appreciate that you care about the quality of the work and take the time to come out while the work is taking place. It is great for the customers to know that your company has such a high standard for your workers. It shows in the way the whole process went so seamlessly.
There are so many choices of window replacement companies, but I was looking for a one that has a great record for quality of work, workers, product, and customer care and I found it in My Window Solutions. Thank you Unilocalers for keeping it real.

I highly recommend this company for windows. Prior to calling Parry I had a couple of other companies come out and provide me with bids. The two that came out provided estimates on the spot and would give a discount if I signed that date. That’s a big red flag in my book.
After looking into Unilocal I found Window Solutions and read their reviews. Parry came out and provided me an estimate in two days detailing the least expensive, mid range and high end. I felt the estimate was fair and signed on. His bid was also lower than the other two using the same type of windows.
His crew is professional, clean and courteous. They did two French doors and 8 windows and I am very pleased with the install, products (Milgard and Simonton) and follow up afterwards.
I’m thankful there is an app like Unilocal that can point folks in the right direction as well as warn them of bad business operations. Thanks again for the great work Parry.

Perry came out and check my window. He was very professional and gave me a quote. There scheduler William called and set an install date. Lannie and William came out, on time and with drop cloths and vacuum Did a beautiful job.

My Window Solutions is great to work with. Parry came out to my house and showed me many window examples that could work in my house. He followed with a very competitive bid. The windows arrived before scheduled and were installed as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We just had all of our windows replaced plus a sliding door and a set of French doors. Parry came out quickly and got the estimate to me in a timely manner. They were by far the best price. Parry was honest and didn’t try to upsell m on anything.
The installation was scheduled a few weeks out because the windows had to be ordered and because I needed them al ldone in one day (I have dogs and a baby so it was easier for us to have it done in one day). They were very nice about setting it up so all of the crew could come and get it done in one day.
The day of installation they shoed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. All the workers were very nice. They all put tarps or cardboard down so that my floors didn’t get dirty. On the day of the install, they showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything before they left for the day.
I even had a couple of changes that Lonnie came out to fix right away. I also wanted wider trim so I wouldn’t have to paint the walls. They added it or me at no extra charge and Lonnie came out a few days later to install it.
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing business wit them again as we need a new front door. I will also recommend them to anyone I know. They were a great price and the windows look amazing. Wonderful experience with them!

We just had 3 bedroom windows replaced by Windows Solutions. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience! They came out for an estimate right away and answered all of my questions.
They were very honest and did not try to up sell me on anything I didn’t need. They gave me three different price options so I could see the difference, and have a great show room in Newbury Park where you can try out the windows yourself.
On the day of the install, they showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very conscience of their work space and cleaned up everything before they left. You couldn’t even tell they had been there.

We needed 2 new windows to replace our very old ones. I did a lot of research and these Unilocal reviews are right on!!! Window Solutions is everything that everyone said and then some. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We love our new windows so much that we decided to buy a new door from them also! They really took their time and took care of every detail. No rushing here. Goodbye to those horrible 1950 casement windows! We had been collecting quotes for months, ranging from $ 12k to $ 30k (yes $ 30k) for 12 windows in our house.
I got to talking with our neighbors and they said they got their windows done by Window Solutions and had great feedback.
Here’s how it worked:
Monday I called Parry. He said he would call me back. Within an hour, Donna called me, nice as can be, and scheduled an estimate for the next day at 4:30.
Next day 4:30, Chuck is at my house. Measures, spends about ten minutes telling me about the brands they carry and the warrantees. He wasn’t overbearing like some other contractors were and didn’t push the sale (some other quotes we got, they literally wouldn’t leave and pushed the sale until I told them to go).
Chuck promptly responded to all of my (surely obnoxious) emails and gave me all the info I needed to make the decision.
Windows ordered! I was a little nervous about the installation process. We have a dog and cats and they can get spooked and run around. The crew of four was totally understanding and made sure to get one room done and cleaned so the pets can stay in there. They did such a fantastic job with the install and clean up afterward. They were super friendly and didn’t mind me looking over their shoulders while they worked so I could see how it’s done!
We have had the windows for a week now and we are soooooo happy. Nothing has gone wrong and we have gotten so many compliments about how clean and beautiful the install is.
Some closing points: when you’re purchasing something you will use for more than 20 years, you want a reputable company that will value the relationship with their customer for the long run. Some of the places that I got quotes from were reasonably priced but I felt uncomfortable calling for the THIRD time to check on my quote. They sounded annoyed, they are unfriendly. Would I feel comfortable calling them if I had a problem a few years down the line? NO. I wanted a company that I could work well with, not someone that is already rude and short with me before they have even made a sale.
I got a wonderful impression from EVERY PERSON I SPOKE TO at Window Solutions. Their timeliness and professionalism was fantastic, everything I could ask for with such a big purchase. I commend this organization on their customer service and couldn’t say enough about it.
Side note, their price was the best of all the quotes I got and they did an immaculate job.
I wish I knew about this place before but it’s never too late! If you need windows don’t waste your time, call them and see for yourself!
Oh and in case you’re wondering, I got the Simonton windows. BEAUTIFUL.

We had bids from three companies and we selected the low bidder but the other reviewers gave us the confidence that they could do the work. I would like to add another review.
I seldom review unless it is extra ordinary and this business is that — from the owner Parry who came to check the completion of work, to Dave, our knowledgeable sales person, to Lonnie, Mike, Brett and Willy who all did quality work. The crew installed the windows on the scheduled start date and finished within their estimated time, were punctual, and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Window Solutions to my best friend.

They came, they measured, they installed, and they conquered this project. I am typically fairly skeptical when it comes to any home repair projects because my experience with a number of contractors has been bad in the past. From the initial free in-​house estimate all the way through the completion of the installation, the process was smooth, fairly priced, and the best part is after the installers left, there was no dirt left anywhere and the windows sparkled.
I highly recommend using this company for any of your window projects, per my experience.

If you have had any kind of work done on your home you know how difficult it can be to find a company that does good work at reasonable prices. If you are looking for windows, STOP LOOKING and call these guys. Their service, quality of work, timeliness and pricing are all top notch. This company is fantastic. I never would have believed that they could do everything they said included matching the pattern of the outside stucco where we enlarged two windows but they did just that. They were on time, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up afterwards and we couldn’t be happier. Seriously, don’t waste any more time with the others. Why spend the extra money and take the risk of not getting what you are expecting? I would rate them 10 stars if I could. The best home improvement job we have ever had done.
