I GOT SCAMMED STAY AWAY SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I purchased a Groupon for laser foot treatment. I called to schedule an appointments and was given very limited choices as to when I could come in. So I had take a day off work to make the appointment. Once I arrived I was greeted very rudely and she asked where my Groupon was. She didn’t waste anytime scanning my Groupon and making sure she got her money. Then I was told it would be 15 minutes I waited for over a half hour.
Once I was brought back to the exam room I was told that this was only the initial prescreen and that I have to make an appointment for another day. She told me how tough the funguses is and difficult it would be to remove but if I wanted the treatment to be effective I needed two or three additional laser treatments and that I needed to purchase them now in order to take advantage of her special pricing. When I told her I wasn’t interested she became even more rude and the consultation gave me a piece of paper and told me to call and schedule my laser for treatment in a month.
It took multiple phone calls to scheduled the actual laser treatment that I paid for. I thought this was the end and I would get the service I paid for.
So I had taken time off work once again to get my laser for treatment only to be cancelled on last minute due to a family emergency. I’m understanding of family emergencies as I have four kids but this happened on three separate occasions.
The final appointment I confirmed that morning to make sure I wouldn’t be cancelled on once again. So I arrived 10 minutes early her staff told me she would be in shortly, then after 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was told she would not be in. Then she had the audacity to send me a bill for $ 50 due to a missed appointment WTF.

I purchased a groupon for toenail lazer treatment for Dr. Eshragi. She said I needed 2 additional treatments so based on her suggestions I purchased two more. On my second visit she now suggested I have my toenail removed. She said it would only cost $ 125 if my insurance didn’t cover it. I agreed to the price. A few weeks later I received a bill for almost $ 300 dollars. More than twice as much as she said it would cost. I also came to find out she has you purchase foot cream from her at almost 3 times what you can buy it at the store.
I just got off the phone with someone from her office trying to dispute my bill and they literally told me the Dr. said «she can’t do anything for you.» Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!

I went to Dr. Eshraghi following a foot injury I received while playing Rugby. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and she was able to not only control it, but give me treatments so I could get back to action in a short amount of time. I appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. She explained her entire plan of care in a way that was easy to understand and only recommended what she felt was most appropriate. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Eshraghi is the most unprofessional doctor we have ever gone to. Both my husband and I went to Dr. Eshraghi after purchasing a coupon for toenail fungus removal through Conejo Deals (big mistake). She performed laser treatment on each of us and gave us an instruction sheet for how we were to treat topically daily. She said that I would only need the one treatment ($ 299.00) and my husband would need to come back in 6 months for another, which had to be paid in advance ($ 598.00). She also told me that I should return with my husband so that she could see how I progressed. We recently had that appointment. First of all we had to wait for nearly an hour past our appointment time, both having to leave our business early in order to make the appointment. Then, once we were finally called in she wanted to know why I was there, since I didn’t have an appointment. She never apologized for the wait. She abruptly looked at my toenails and said that I would need another treatment and my husband another, also, pre-​paid.
