Oaks Natural Spa & Nail Bar

While trying to waste time with a girlfriend we walked past this place and decided on getting mani/​pedis. First of all this place is so well decorated! I absolutely love the fact that it’s an all natural organic spa. They don’t use any harsh chemicals! So no acrylics! We both got the basic $ 25 mani pedi and there’s nothing basic about it ! They did a lemon scrub on me and a mango on my friend. A 5 minute timed massage so I know it was for the full time. The two ladies who helped us were very friendly and engaged in conversation. I’ll end this by saying I’m very happy I found this place!

Beautiful salon, wonderful service. Love how they use organic products and aromatherapy. No harsh chemicals here! It’s the perfect neighborhood spa getaway.

Okay I have no idea why this place has such a great reviews. They are not welcoming what so ever. You walk in and they don’t even greet you. They just stare at you in a rude way. I’m sorry but if I’m going to pay some good money to get my nails done I expect customer service to be good heck great! I’m sticking to top nails in westlake. This place sucks!
Also when I was getting my nails done this lady comes in and they did exactly what I mentioned above and she was so uncomfortable that she left and the ladies working there started laughing at her! So unprofessional.

Got a gel manicure here today (gelish, $ 25) and it was pretty good! It was a clean spa, didn’t smell like chemicals which is lovely.
My manicurist was nice aside of the seemingly obligatory comment that I look like I’m in middle school when in fact I am graduating from college. I guess I should be used to it by now.
I will come back to try out one of their pedicures as they sound lovely.
My manicure was pretty no frills, a small hand massage at the end.

Pedicures with Michelle are ah-​mazing! I get the hot milk & honey pedi which I highly recommend however they have a huge menu to choose from.
I’ve never been to such a zen nail salon before — so relaxing. No blaring TV’s or yelling. Just relaxing spa music, the sound of bubbling water from the water features. Comfortable massage chairs. Super clean. The bowls are lined for each client with disposable plastic liner — very sanitary.
Maybe I should have led with this, but one of my favorite things about this salon is that they have all Zoya polishes. They are the most amazing polishes! The color selections are beyond, but they are also healthy for you & your nails. I’ve been a long time Zoya fan so to find a salon using their polishes is a treat!

I’ve been to this nail salon twice and have had lovely service both times! The girls that work there are so friendly and really give a great pedicure! The hot stone pedicure was very relaxing and I definitely recommend it! Also, they use zoya products! Big plus!

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now, and I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else since! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. If you like a super clean atmosphere, this is definitely the best option.

I used to love it here but the tall skinny girl that works here is a total B she is not nice at all should consider hiring someone else that is more pleasant to their customers!!!

The best place in town. I’m glad I found this place after tying out many different nail salons. They are extremely clean and attentive. Michele and Katrina are both wonderful. I love coming here, is relaxing.

Was talked into a hot oil manicure by the manicurist. From what she described I expected a more luxurious experience. It essentially was an express manicure with oil on my hands that were placed in mits that were warm at best. There was no scrub which the less expensive manicures included. The actual manicure was decent– tools clean, loved the polish selection. Overall though I was disappointed and if I knew this was how the service was going to be, I would have gotten the express manicure. Extremely overpriced!

Katrina is so great! She is sweet but also a great manicurist! The shop is very cute and extremely clean (a must) and tucked into a corner so you don’t feel like a thousand people are staring at you as they walk by.
It’s right next to Home Goods and the perfect stop after a long day on your feet. Love this place! :)

I went in for a gel mani and polish change in my toes. I am very particular about my nails, the length, shape and color. I was skeptical to try a new salon but since I just moved down here I didn’t have much of a choice to take a leap of faith and pick a salon.
I am SO glad I found this place. Not only is it an organic and natural nail spa, but it is so clean and calming inside. Katrina was the gal that took care of me and I highly recommend her if it is your first time. She is so sweet and did a fabulous job! I can’t wait to come back again, plus they offer free touch ups on gel manis for a week if something happens to them. A very thoughtful gesture.
Can’t wait to try their waxing next! Two thumbs up.

By far, this is the cleanest, quietest, and most relaxing salon I have ever been to.
Great colors and organic scrubs to choose from, and the best chairs for a massage during my pedicure!

Great atmosphere, upscale décor but not snooty, clean and newly decorated. They have nail samples for each displayed color so you can hold it up to your skin tone. The manicurists are kind and patient. They also did my husband and daughters mani pedis. We were all happy with the outcome. This is absolutely my fav nail spa in the area. Must try if you like to feel pampered. I got the citrus mani pedi and they added little floating flower petals to my pedi water. Very nice touch!

So a natural nail salon that uses non-​toxic nail polish is right up my alley. I noticed that this place is located in the same shopping center as Ralph’s, so even better that I can go in and grab a menu of services & pricing breakdown before my next grocery trip & investigate what service I want to get there before I call for an appointment.
I go in and there’s one lady working and she’s with a customer. She asks me, «What do you want?» I tell her that I’m just coming in to grab a menu. She starts to say something but then the phone rings and she picks it up and starts talking. Mind you, this is while she’s working on a customer as well. So I wait a few seconds to see if she’s going to complete whatever she started to say to me but she keeps talking on the phone. Ummm, I need to leave and I don’t know how long her conversation is going to take.
So I pick up the menu and walk out of the shop towards my car. Cue her RUNNING after me across the parking lot saying «No! You can’t take the menu!!!»
What?! She made me feel like I walked out of the store without paying for merchandise or something. I’m appalled at this display and explain to her that I just want to have the service info and pricing. Her reply? «Go online. Just go online. All info there.» So I hand over the menu and am just utterly perplexed as to why a salon/​spa place would be this CRAZY protective over their menus. Normally they LOVE to pass these things out.
Is this place trying to be green, cut down on paper waste? Maybe, but that alone doesn’t justify this type of reaction to a potential customer.
So maybe it’s just really bad customer service?
Or maybe they just don’t want their prices publicized or known before people walk into their store? Seems shady. Even the spa at the Four Seasons in Westlake publishes their prices!
Oh, and by the way, their website DOESN’T have all their prices listed for their services. Look at the Mani/​Pedi Enhancements, Facials and VIP sections in the Menu page. They clearly don’t list all the prices for the treatments.
I’ve seriously never been treated like that by a business and I just don’t trust any place that reacts like that to a customer… which is a real shame because I really wanted to like this place.

Clean. Relaxing ambiance. Attention to detail. I never used to get my nails done regularly, I used a coupon for my first visit and I continue to come back monthly now. I make an appointment 24 hours in advanced to be sure I get the artist I like.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves credit.

My gels last a solid 3 weeks of wear. It’s worth the $$.

Katrina did a wonderful job on my nails! she took the time to make sure every detail was beautiful and precise, and she even added some extra glitter to my toes to match my finger nails that had silver tape on them! I definitely appreciated the hard work she put into them. And she was cute as can be!
Overall, everyone was super friendly and sweet there! Just wish I lived a little closer.

Seriously the best nail salon I’ve been to. ALL NATURAL!!! Perfect for pregnancy. Highly recommend to any mama wanting a more natural, pampering session.

This is a very nice place for a mani-​pedi. I got a gel manicure and citrus pedicure. Both look great. Tiffany and Katrina did a wonderful job. I will definitely come back.

I made an appointment for my 3 friends and I to have pedicures at 4:30 (which we were on time to) and we waited around until 4:50 and they only started 2 of us. It wasn’t until 5:10 that the 3^rd was taken and I (being the 4^th) still didn’t have anyone even INTENDING to take me by 5:35, so I decided not to do mine since everyone else would be done by the time I STARTED mine.
Not sure the point of making an appointment if you’re not taken on time or enough manicurists to take everyone in the first place.
To top it all off the manicurist was extremely rude and insulting when I refused to stay for a pedicure almost at hour after my appointment. They did offer to upgrade my pedicure but I shouldn’t even have to pay after this insanity. Wouldn’t go back even if you paid me now.

This was the second visit for my daughter and me. It is a lovely place and we really enjoyed our first visit. Sadly after today, we won’t be returning. We arrived at 12:15 and got out of there at 1:45 because there were only 3 technicians. The one working on me left to do something in the backroom for a client who arrived way after we were sitting there.
I should have checked with them since I wrongly assumed others were at lunch. My daughter had a mani-​spa pedicure yet they started on me for just the pedicure.
We love to support local businesses and especially a Natural spa. However, we will never go there again or recommend them.

This place was just what we needed! We were able to book 2 pedicures on short notice and thankful we were able to!
From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed! Beautifully decorated and it flows nicely. They have an amazing selection of Zoya nail polishes. Once I selected my color I headed over to the chair Michelle was at. She did an amazing job. The massage was perfect as well as the exfoliating. My polish has never looked this good!
I am not from the area but every time I am down I am going to make sure to stop off!

Perfect atmosphere for a relaxing pedicure and had the best foot massage that I have ever had by Katrina, my toes looked so great and was very happy with the wide Zoya color selections they had — we highly recommend this salon and definitely plan to become a regular here!

I randomly walked into this nail salon one day and needed a pedicure really bad. It is so gorgeous inside, very beautifully decorated, high end spa chairs with no televisions, only a peaceful spa like music in the background and the sound of a water fountain.
Also, I noticed how clean and neat everything was too. The two ladies were sweet and did a great job on my nails. They are a bit pricier than the average nail salon but I think it’s totally worth the extra couple of dollars.
I am so over the typical nail salons where the nail technicians speak in their native tongue the entire time and have either news channel or some other horrible TV show on. This felt like going to an actual spa. I am pretty sure I have found my new go to nail salon. :)

Based on other people’s reviews I expected a great experience, no such luck. I needed to get my nails done before a weekend trip and I couldn’t get into my normal shop so I tried this place based on the reviews. This was by far the WORST mani/​pedi I have ever had. I had gel put on my nails… they look like they have been growing at least a week because the guy didn’t paint all the way to the beginning of the nail bed. Nails are not consistently shaped and cuticles are not tended to properly. My toes LITERALLY look like a kindergartner painted them; the woman straight up painted my skin, top coat and all. She didn’t even cut my toenails; when I asked the her to cut them a bit she cut one of them and not the other; at that point it want worth saying anything.
They made me pay at the beginning of my service, which meant in had to give a top without knowing the quality of the work. That irritated me when I saw the finished product.
I would give this place zero stars, but it’s not an option. I will NEVER go back.

I Unilocaled and I am SO GLAD I DID!!! The salon uses natural products, and the smells, textures and feeling of the creams and scrubs were just amazing!!!
Michelle was my artist, and she is fantastic! Her massage actually put me to sleep! The tea and flower on my toes were both such unexpected and lovely touches! I will make the trek out here just to see Michelle again!!! I want to come back and have a facial too. Seriously blown away.
My sister worked with Tiffany and her toes looked amazing and my sis said her massage was superb!!!
