Established in 2015.

My desire to make the best BBQ possible has led me to actively compete in various BBQ competitions. Staying awake for 24+ hours during competitions, honing my craft, demonstrates my commitment to excellence.

Ever since the late 1980’s I have been involved with BBQ. My grandfather owned a BBQ restaurant in Hayward, CA. He stressed the importance of quality ingredients and helped me appreciate his desire to provide delicious food at an affordable price. It is a great sense of pride to watch people eat my BBQ because I believe that they can tell the attention to detail and taste that the food I cook is made with love.
