Our Company:

Sunset Hills Home Inspection is owned and operated by Bruce Brotcke. Bruce is the Conejo Valleys only Certified Master Inspector. He takes extreme pride in every inspection performed. As an active member in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Bruce Brotcke performs every home inspection personally. After retiring from the International Brother Hood of Electrical Workers union Local 11 Bruce started Sunset Hill Home Inspection. With over 30 years construction experience Including 25 of which as a licensed electrical contractor you can not find a more knowledgeable and qualified Inspector.

2 Tilt up buildings in Santa Clarita totaling 500,000 sq. ft., including all street improvements.

3 Tilt up buildings in Westlake Village totaling 800,000 sq. ft., including all street improvements for 2 miles of new streets.
