They arrived just ahead of time. Explained the work to be done and offered useful advice for additional work I can do myself. They performed the required fix to the chimney flashing efficiently and so far no issues with the recent rain.

All Surface Roofing and Construction was great from the time I called to have someone come out to check the roof for a leak over the window after window salesman told me the roof was cause of the leak inside the house next to window frame. Person from ASR&C informed me after checking the roof that roof was in great shape and was completely dry under the tiles. He even checked the window frame outside to make sure there wasn’t any leak. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, on time, and very professional. If I ever have to use a roofing company, I will be calling All Surface Roofing!

All Surface Roofing and Construction was great from the time I called to get an estimate through the repair. They got me into the schedule and fixed my roof the first time. They were affordable and professional. If you are wondering why the 4 stars, the person who came out said to me if I had any questions about the repair to call the office and they would put me in touch with him. I called twice but never got a response back. If I ever needed work on my roof, I would reach out to All Surface Roofing again.

We have used this company on three jobs ranging from $ 300-​$ 3,000. They are good. We plan on using them again. Great to deal with.

No one LOVES doing house maintenance: it’s spendy, there are other things to do with $$$, and it’s easy to put off until there’s a disaster looming. I’d called All Surface about getting my deck sanded (no one provides that service, apparently) and I was super impressed by the estimator who came out: thorough, took time, explained why they didn’t do this, and was very courteous. So when, after 5 years in my home, it was clear that I was cultivating a living-​roof unintentionally, I remembered All Surface and called for another estimate — again, super great customer focus. No pressure, and after comparing other offers, they got my business. I’m delighted, my roof looks great and whoever came out did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards!

Had a great experience with the all surface team. I live downtown in a there story townhome. Other companies wouldn’t come to my house for multiple reasons. All surface came with a team of three, explained their service and even took pictures for me so I could see the roof top. They have me a great quote for future annual maintence and I plan to call them after all the leaves fall! Great experience all around from the appointment setting to the time at my home!

We had All Surface add a new downspout, clean the gutters, and roof. Also a roof moss treatment. The crew was professional and prompt. The office staff, Amy, was the BEST! I work in customer service and Amy was first-​class! Anything I needed she assisted promptly. This is an amazing company! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

All Surface recommended replacing our valley flashing to fix a leak situation. We agreed and expected a $ 1200 job. When the crews came to do the job, however, one of the roofers pointed out that the shingles overlapping the valley flashing had not been installed correctly, and simply cutting them to the proper angle would fix the problem. This saved several hours of work, and also the necessity of patching our roof with mis-​matched shingles, since the original kind is no longer available. All Surface Roofing’s honesty and expertise cost them some income, and saved me money. That’s real integrity, in my view.
PS A previous roofer last fall had already failed to fix the problem. I am confident that All Surface identified the real issue and that my attic will be dry next winter. I highly recommend them.

Very reliable and honest company. Alton came out to give us an estimate for a condensation issue we were having in our attic. He was very helpful and saved us a lot of unnecessary money that would not have solved our problem. We had two roofers come out before All Surface that gave us incorrect information and tried to get us to install unnecessary vents, so I’m so glad that I called All Surface to come out when we did. Great service — professional. Estimator provided a helpful review of our roof situation and options for addressing our problems. There was one small gutter area that they missed, but they came back immediately and took care of it. Very happpy and will use them again.

I had my deck cleaned and stained by this company. They did a fabulous job. The workers arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was satisfied. I’d recommend them if you have a deck that needs to be cleaned and stained. The cost was very reasonable.

Very highest recommendation. I’ve contracted with the people at All Surface for four different services: Complete new roof, new gutters, gutter cleaning, and power washing. In every instance they competed the work on time, exactly as promised and with no financial surprises. Once I asked them to come back to handle something that I thought had been missed. I had forgotten that I had previously decided to not include it the project. So it was my error. But they came back and handled it anyway at no cost to me! Good people, easy to work with, good work. Recently purchased a home with a large amount of moss on the roof and very dirty gutters. Call All Surface and a few other local roofing companies for quotes on cleaning up our roof situation. All Surface’s quote gave us a few options to choose from (very much appreciated) and had a quick turnaround on service. We went with them and our roof looked wonderful after they were done and the price was what they quoted. Will definitely use again in the future!

They were courteous, timely and professional. The price was exactly as quoted. It’s not cheap — we had gutters cleaned on a big and high house, as well as a bunch of moss cleaned off and a treatment to protect the roof. But I have no complaints.
