Our expert training staff provide you with personal training, small group workouts, and CrossFit strength and conditioning classes. We combine the best parts of weightlifting, sprinting, kettlebells, calisthenics, bodyweight movements and beyond, into efficient, intense workouts which change every day. Additionally, our very own Registered, Licensed, and Board Certified Dietitian provides you with practical nutrition guidance so that you can get the very best results from your fitness program.
History
Established in 2011.
CrossFit Tigard P.A.W. was founded in November 2011 out of a passion for functional training, smart programming, community environment, and getting clients’ results. It has quickly become recognized as the premier Tualatin Valley training facility for both the serious athlete and the rank novice.
Meet the Business Owner
Phil M.
Business Owner
Coach PJ brings a mix of formal education, medical background, and over 10 years of practical coaching experience. He was an accomplished wrestler, collegiate lacrosse fielder, and amateur boxer.
Always passionate about fitness and health, PJ was 14 when he first picked up a book on strength training and nutrition in the hopes of becoming a better athlete.
He went on to earn honors in a Nutrition and Exercise Science degree from Oregon State, where he also interned for the Bone Research Lab in the College of Health and Human Sciences. He then entered a dietetics internship with the Air Force and became a Registered Dietitian with specialization in sports nutrition.
PJ started coaching CrossFit in 2008 while working with military fitness programs at Ramstein Airbase, Germany.
