History

Established in 2000.

Mark Mockensturm founded Mockensturm Limited. After graduating from law school in 1993, he worked for several firms in the Toledo area that specialized in employment litigation and real estate transactions. During that time people who learned of his training as a CPA sought his advice in their dealings with the IRS and other tax authorities. He was often able to help these people resolve their issues quickly and favorably. So in late 1999, Mark decided to offer his help to a list of people who recently received notice of IRS liens filings. The response was overwhelming and Mark soon found there was more work than he could handle on a part-​time basis. Starting with one secretary, he left his employer and moved into a building he purchased with a friend in downtown Toledo. Within a couple of years, the practice outgrew that location and he moved to his current location on Adams Street.

Mark is a CPA and Attorney at Law born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He and his staff deal with a full range of tax issues, including IRS Collections and Audits, State and Local Collections and Audits, Offers in Compromise, Installment Plans and discharge of certain taxes in Bankruptcy. We also offer a whole range of business, estate planning and probate matters.
