Appointment was easy to make and the exam was fine. They have a wide range of prices and the prices were pretty reasonable. We ordered rimless glasses with standard lenses. About four days after we placed the order, we received a call stating that we owe $ 40 more because the rimless glasses require upgraded lenses. They asked if this was okay — meaning the order hadn’t been placed yet. Initially we were told it would take 7 – 10 days to receive the glasses. After about 14 days we were told the lenses are on back order. It has now been three weeks. I called their office today (Thursday) and was told that the glasses arrived at their other location and that we could pick the glasses up on Saturday (two more days from now) when the doctor brings them from the other location. We aren’t allowed to go to the other location because our file isn’t there. Never thought I’d say this, but I will go back to Walmart Vision Center next time. Glasses are always received within a week — I’ve never had lenses on back order and have never been told I owe more than I initially paid.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Richardson for about four years. Love the new office!!! The staff is very friendly and always efficient. They are very thorough and interested in taking excellent care of their patients. I rarely have to wait to be seen. Dr. Richardson listens and takes time to explain things. Great selection of designer frames and lots of help making the right selection. The whole office makes me feel special. I would definitely recommend this office!!!
