Very unprofessional! Rude as hell! The Philippino man is a disgusting person. The workers need to be trained by the lady working there… She knows what customer service is.

Still not great at any advertising or having what they are advertising. They never have what they say they do, and never have any clues on the advertised specials.

I use to frequent this 7 – 11 every single morning. For about a year and this 7 – 11 was getting a quarter of my pay check from purchasing coffee, or random snacks to eat while at work, lol. Recently, maybe a 5 – 6 months ago, a new worker started working there that seemed to take over a young lady that worked mornings who I loved. She kept the store clean, new what the customer wanted and was very professional. However there is a very very very loud man that works mornings who is annoying as heck. Did I say he was VERYLOUD!!! He speaks loudly in the store AT customers which is extremely unprofessional and he is pretty rude and doesn’t carry any customer service skills. Mind you, I have been coming to this 7 – 11 for 3 years now and have NEVER had a problem until today. I went in to get coffee, and I like a lot of cream. Because of time, I usually don’t have time to just stand there and make my coffee to my liking so I take the cream with me. Well today that very very very loud man yelled at me and stated that I couldn’t take all the cream(I had about 10 lil creamers) …nothing unusual then what I would normally take from back in the day. So I said okay and said I would put them back. He then he said I could take two. Since when does 7 – 11 count how many creams a customer uses? I said okay… its 430am and I didn’t feel like arguing with this man over cream this morning. Then he reiterated himself and said everything again and even louder than before and I said I heard you the first time! This rude man said it a 3rd time, and I had to pray to the heavens above because at this moment I was tempted to throw my coffee at him. Once again I told him he didn’t have to repeat himself, I understood him the first time. I left the cream of course, and as I walked out he was still mumbling the same information like a robot on repeat. Sadly I WILLNEVERVISITTHIS7 – 11ASLONGASLIVE. I will be going to the 7 – 11 located a few miles away. It’s a bit out of the way from my job, but I know I won’t be getting talked at or yelled at from a place of business.

I come in here just about everyday. They have the best deals on cigarettes and of course all the typical junk. Unlike some of the 711s I’ve seen, this place sells liquor not just beer and wine. I don’t know why people are saying it’s in a ghetto area. You’re not that deep enough into the harbor gateway if at all. I’ve been here at all times and have never had anyone say anything to me. All the staff know me and we say what’s up to another. Solid store.

This is one attractive 7 eleven down here in Torrance area. located in a little bit ghetto area, it’s sometimes dangerous to come here especially at night. The people are good here, so is the owner anil but the manager ‘sam’ is an a*shole. His treatment to other employees and customers is worst.

The girl that works afternoons that knows me by asking for the cheese only pizza or my yummy, fresh egg salad sandwiches that they make daily. She has a tiny Not offensive piercing on the corner of her lip. Very nice helpful sweet lady. Most of the staff is very friendly.

I love this 7-Eleven! Very different from other 7-Eleven. Very great customer service. All food, drinks and other items are well stocked. I love their Slurpee machine. The Slurpee is never too watery, it’s just too perfect. I also love coming to this 7-Eleven cause its just only 5 minutes(walking distance) away from where I live. And what I love about 7-Eleven, ITNEVERCLOSES!!! OPENS24⁄7! Even it opens on Holidays!!!

This is a 7-eleven with typical junk food, booze, lottery tickets, and cigarettes. There is nothing extraordinary about this store, except that it looks nicer than average.

I come to this 7⁄11 for one thing and one thing only THELOTTERY. I tend to be the person who is walking around and trying to get people to give $ 5 or $ 10 to the Lottery pool. This 7⁄11 is right in the heart of Torrance and there is always a line of folk shopping or playing the lottery. The parking is hit or miss. I am a picky eater and would never trust food out of a place like this. I have picked up a drink or two at this place before, I guess it is your typical 7⁄11. The last time we played a work pool Lottery here we played 30 tickets and did not win on a single one so that means I will be taking my lottery money elsewhere next time.

When San Pedro food trucks got me up and in the car way earlier than my norm on a Saturday, 7-Eleven’s Mountain Dark Roast coffee woke me up! It was surprisingly bold — not a Coffee Bean or Starbucks replacement by any means, but better than the last coffee I remember having here. Considering it took me all of 5 minutes to get it, and cost me $ 2-ish, and I got a friendly good morning from the cashier — it was just what I needed! Oh, and they had the red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing that ARE actually yummy by the register :) — nice to know for next time!

From the outside, it looks like a HUGE7 – 11 with the tall glass windows and bright lights. Very convenient– fruits are laid out in the front as soon as you enter and look super fresh. This looks like it was newly opened– everything is so clean & check out is efficient!

Architecturally unique among your common 7-Elevens. A very nice glassy, airy, and open layout. Stock is your normal stuff. The staff is personable in the morning and this place keeps very busy. Somewhat an anchor for this new mini-mall.

This 7-Eleven store just opened near my office. The store was very clean(hopefully, it stays that way) and actually had a good variety of stuff. They had quite a bit of quick food available from many different kinds of hot dogs to deli sandwiches to salads to even sushi that was(thankfully) non-raw fish(though I guess it is not sushi then). By the way, I don’t know if they do this every year, but on 7⁄11(July 11th), they offer free slushies(the cup is about the size of a kid’s Frosty at Wendy’s). I didn’t really care for the flavor of the Hawaiian Punch slushie there(maybe the mix of ice and syrup was a little off).
