Giving thsi location a 1 is too much if they had 0 it would be the rating I would give, I’ve cashed my check there previous and never had an issue the teller Maria a Phillipino lady took a look at my i. d and chk didn’t even have the desency to smile as if she’s unhappy about doing her job, and went to her Mgr after a few minutes returns and tells me they can’t cash my chk are u kidding me? My passport has the same name as my i. d for the exception of my new married name. but like I said I’ve the same exact i. d same exact name I n the chk all of the sudden it’s an issue? I asked to speak to a Mgr not sure of her name an African American lady that gave me same response. seriously bad service would never open an acct with this bank

I called here to open a business checking account for our small family owned business. Mayra, the bank manager, was very friendly and helpful. She found our business online and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She answered all my questions with patience and respect. I felt like COMERICA actually cared if I used them as my business bank.
