I went in to get my glasses adjusted even though I didn’t get my glasses from here. They were really nice, helpful, and informative! They have great customer service.

Dr. Fleming has been my eye doctor for more than 10 years. He is the type of doctors all eye doctors in his profession should strive to emulate and provides great care.
From trying glasses to contact lenses, he is always there giving his best objective advice and always provides numerous pamphlets and information to better help your choice!
I’ve never felt pressured by him to buy anything, he always makes sure I’m getting the best product for my lifestyle and current desires. We’ve switched from glasses to hard contacts to dailies to 2-​week contacts, and I’ve been happy each time.
He’s not only a great doctor but a kind and wonderful person. He remembers how I’m doing in school and other little bits of information. Make sure to ask him about his kids! He’s obviously a proud father.
Came here recently to pick up another package of contacts. Ordered over the phone, and the receptionist was lovely and warm. She told me it would be here in a couple days, but it was actually here the next day! Great service and they always over deliver.
My whole family comes here, and we are happy to support a business with somebody who obviously cares about his craft! A great quality doctor and person!

I have been going to Scott Fleming for several years. He updates his technology and I like the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Fleming. My brother finally starting seeing Dr. Fleming and wasn’t disappointed either.

My family has been going to him for hers and went to his father before him. He is very good at what he does and is very friendly. He also has helped me out several times when I have had trouble paying and didn’t have insurance. Definitely the best in optometrist in the South Bay.

I have been going to Dr. Fleming for almost 20 years now. He held my hand when I had LASIK. Couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor. He is very up-​to-​date on all the latest. Kind. Considerate. Caring. Great office staff. Now my husband goes to him, too.

The office staff is kind, courteous and professional, with a great sense of humor. All experiences are excellent. THey go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience there, and also with follow-​up. I can drop by anytime to get my glasses adjusted… Keep up the great work, guys. See you today. Dr. Fleming is fantastic. Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I would have given him 5 stars but because of Cynthia, it falls to 3. Ordered a pair of glasses for my son. When we went in to get them, they were the wrong color. Was told they would call the next day with an update. No call so we called at 3:30 and was told our call would be returned. After over an hour, still no call so we called back. «Cynthia» was very snooty and said they were still busy and that’s just how it is in a doctors office and began to reprimand my husband on proper phone etiquette. At that point, I called back and cancelled the order.
Dr. Fleming is fantastic but he may lose patients if he allows Cynthia to deal with current and new customers.

Had my annual check-​up with Dr. Flemming today. I can’t reiterate enough how great this guy’s office is.
Clean as a whistle. The reception staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Flemming has made sure to upgrade his technology with the times, as he’s got a new retinal scanner on the premises.
He always gives a thorough exam and explains all treatment options plainly and succinctly. I’ve been with him for over 2 years now and have no intention of taking my eyes or my business elsewhere. Again, highly recommended!

The last time I went to an eye doctor was 4 years ago. I did not have a good experience. They didn’t take the time to explain any of the exams, I was pressured to get eyeglass frames that I didn’t like and I felt rushed the whole time.
After 4 years, I needed to get my eyes checked and wanted to go back to contact lenses. After finding Dr. Fleming through my insurance, I checked him out here on Unilocal and made an appointment. I’m so glad I did.
Dr Fleming and his staff instantly put me at ease. The office is small but not cluttered. The receptionist was very polite and I had a very short wait time. Cynthia took great care of me, explained what all of the exam machines did and what I was supposed to do. Dr. Fleming did the actual eye exam and answered all of my questions and we were able to discuss the option of contact lenses in detail. He suggested a couple of options that fit my budget and I was very satisfied with what I ended up with.
Making an appointment was very easy, plus they are open on Saturday which is great if you can’t get time off work. They text appointment reminders 2 days before which I appreciate. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to go back to the eye doctor. I will be a regular patient of Dr. Flemings from now on.

Dr. Fleming and his staff deliver a level of personal service that is rare in today’s world of managed health care. He told me that he schedules no more than 11 patients per day to ensure that all receive the same high level of care. When my first pair of glasses came back, they had a distortion in them, and I brought them back to the office. When Dr. Fleming saw me, he dropped what he was doing and insisted on giving me a personal re-​exam on the spot, to correct the prescription. I got my correct glasses back a few days ago, and I’m seeing great!

I have been going to Dr. Flemings for over 13 years now. My children are also patients and really enjoy the people here. All the staff is helpful, and very flexible. My son destroyed his pair of glasses over the weekend. On monday I ordered a new pair and they were ready on Wed. This emergency was put out by their flexibility and willingness to work with their clients. Saturday hours are great when picking up and fitting glasses. Dr. Fleming is always very informative and provides all the answers to every question. Parking is in a shopping center so you might have to look around during the busy hours. I highly recommend them for your eye car needs.

So, I lied. When Unilocal asked if I had a current crush, I replied that my husband could be the only one, from now into eternity. That’s not entirely true. I first visited Dr. Fleming when I was eighteen-​years-​old, and I’ve been madly in love with him ever since. This is a man who knows what he’s doing, will answer every question without rushing you through the door, and will make sure that you’re absolutely satisfied with any product that he’s sold to you. I adore him, and would almost prefer to go blind rather than visit anyone else.

I have to agree with a previous reviewer: I have been a patient of Dr. Fleming for years and I should have written this a long time ago. The doctor and staff are very accommodating and friendly, they really care. The level of service reminds me of a time that no longer exists, when doctors cared more for their patients than meeting some quota that an insurance company sets. There is a familial feel about this place, there is always a warm atmosphere there. On top of that they take Saturday appointments!
Dr. Fleming is very professional and it seems like he is riding the curve when it comes to technology. He takes time to make sure that your lenses are correct and that they are correcting your vision, he doesn’t pass it off to some lackey to do. Case in point, my last visit yielded a prescription that didn’t work — partly my fault because I was hesitant to use progressive lenses — and Dr. Fleming took the time at the end of a long day to make sure I ended up with a new set of lenses that worked. All this without an extra fee.
I cannot say enough about the doctor or his staff. They are all 5-​star performers!

Just came back from my eye appointment with Dr. Fleming and it occurred to me I should write a review about how awesome he is! We have been seeing Dr. Fleming for 4 years now and I can honestly say that what I will write about today is what I would have written about 4 years ago, meaning, the level of quality has been consistent.
First office, his office staff is very organized, efficient, very sweet, and helpful. I can usually make an apointment to see the doctor within a week or two and when I go to the office the atmosphere is very relaxing, he does not patients WAITING and waiting like many offices do. LOVE this about the office visits because time is precious and I can get so annoyed when office have their people wait. Not Dr. Fleming, he is always there ready and waiting for you with a big smile!
Then, the actual examination is always done by Dr. Fleming. He has spent easily up to an hour with me checking my eyes, running tests, and answering my questions. I never feel hurried or like my questions are dumb. Oh, that’s another thing, he can explain the medical things in a way that I can understand. He is awesome!
I have to say he is a perfectionist about getting the precise prescription for your eyes. I love this about him! The contact lenses fit great, he always has free sample of stuff to give out, and a great selection of eye wear should you want to get a new pair of eye glasses.
All and all I give his office a perfect 10, without question! No dount about it, you will enjoy your experience at Dr. Fleming’s office. Cool fish tank too: D

I’ve been to other offices, but Dr. Fleming’s office is by far the best. Up to date technology, great service, and friendly staff. The best selection of frames too! I would highly recommend!

This place is great! I’ve been going to Dr. Fleming’s about past 3 years. Has been a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and so professional with everything. I’ll be visiting again in couple of weeks to get my current glasses replaced and get a check up.
