Had the best customer service experience here. Joseph came out and helped me with my headlight which I knew nothing about and was very happy to have to feel someone go out of their way to help. Thanks Joseph.

Our tires were nearly flat, and our tire gauge was malfunctioning. Went into the store, but the gauge we wanted was not in stock. Joseph took his and came out to the parking lot and tried to inflate our tires with a portable tire inflator, but it was taking too long. So Joseph let us take his gauge to a nearby gas station so we could inflate all tires. By the time we got back to the store, the gauge had come in, which we purchased. Talk about good customer service!

Joseph went above and beyond to help me. I went in looking for AC charge in a can, but when I read the instructions on Thx label, I wasn’t sure I wanted to tackle it. Joseph came outside, measured the levels & recharged the AC for me. All with a great attitude. Thank you!

Needed a good set of long (20 ft) jumper cables. They hd what I needed at a reasonable price

This is the place i go for local auto parts. When I suspected a bad alternator, they’re replacement was reasonably priced, in stock and came with a limited lifetime warranty… the sales person even offered to check my battery (after it was drained) to see if it would still hold a charge and, charged it up for me, free of charge! I go back here for all my supplies.

John S., you’re an idiot. Return policies are the return policies, whether the item is $ 5 or $ 500. I’ve been a customer of this store for almost 20 years during its previous incarnations as Chief Auto Parts and Kragen Auto Parts. I don’t recall the names of the people that have very helpful to me through the years, except one is a middle-​aged Caucasian fellow with a crew cut you can set your watch to, another is a middle-​aged fellow of middle-​eastern descent, and a another is a younger African-​American. All three have gone the extra mile and more in helping me find the right parts for my vehicles through the years. If they don’t have it in the store, they call around to direct me to another location. They give me sound automotive advice and have even alerted me of sales to help me save money. They even offered to call and email me whenever my favorite synthetic oil is on sale, so I could save money. It’s so easy to get ripped off when you’re fixing your vehicle, but I’ve never had to worry about it with this store because the staff has an old school demeanor where the customer still means something.

Great service and they had exactly what I needed. Bernardo found the battery and directed me to the terminals that I also needed to replace… In and out in five minutes. Thanks guys!

Friendly and helpful staff greeted me as I entered and suggested the products I needed to clean my car. Plenty of free parking.
