Moran’s Jewelers’ friendly staff was able to size my watch quickly size my watch ($ 15) and even fixed it following a misunderstanding.

I was extremely impressed with the staff and jewelry quality at Morgan’s. I started going to Morgan’s a few years ago to have my engagement ring assessed (in order to stay within the warranty requirements from another jeweler). They were always so friendly to me and never gave me a hard time about having this free service performed. I never felt like they were too busy for me or as if they were pressuring me to buy something just because I was in their store.
Recently my husband and I decided to «upgrade» my engagement ring so I started the inquiry process at Morgan’s. Thess took care of me from the moment I walked in. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find a loose pink sapphire stone in the exact size I was looking for. She ordered the stone for me and, when I came back to the store to see it, she also sat with me for over an hour to show me ring settings that would look good with my stone. Her knowledge and expertise was extremely useful in helping me pick the perfect setting for my new ring. She explained everything thoroughly, including how the wax model is made and how long everything would take. She also measured the diamonds in my wedding band to ensure that the halo diamonds in my new ring would be the same size.
It was an exciting and nerve-​wracking experience but I felt comfortable with Thess on my side. Once my ring was ready (about 4 weeks after the initial inquiry) I went to the store and she had it all ready in a nice jewelry box. I opened the box and could not believe my eyes. It was exactly what I had envisioned and more! I was also able to meet the man who made my ring — I don’t recall his name but he is amazing at what he does.
I will absolutely go back to Morgan’s for all of my jewelry needs and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I had a great experience at Morgan’s purchasing my first «high end» watch. The service was exceptional and their product knowledge as well. Definitely recommend Morgan’s Jewelers to anyone looking for jewelry in the South Bay.

Morgan’s is simply the best in service and quality.
When I began shopping for an engagement ring, I went to a number of stores and looked online, but I’m so happy I ended my experience at Morgan’s. Russ and all the staff at Morgan’s were extremely helpful throughout the process. I described what I was looking for and they immediately had a few settings in mind. After walking me through the comparisons of the different options, I selected the most beautiful setting to go with a stone I got online. They even offered to try and beat the price I got on my diamond (something everyone should ask them to do, if you go that route because they will try their best). The quality is simply unmatched by any of the other chain stores I visited.
The amazing experience didn’t stop after I purchased the ring. Being the procrastinator that I usually am, I was hoping to use this custom ring a little over a week later. I knew it was a large task, but Russ said he could do it. The staff kept me informed of the progress throughout the week as they finished and set the ring in my rush timetable. When I got the call that it was ready a week later, I was excited to see the final product.
I cannot describe how amazing the ring looked, and my fiancée was thrilled with it. She gets stopped all the time by people complimenting the ring. I can’t thank Russ and the Morgan’s staff enough. It is the most beautiful ring I’ve seen and numerous strangers agree! No engagement ring shopping experience is complete without at least a stop at Morgan’s. The quality of the jewelry is not even comparable to the other stores. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help you out.
If you’re looking for beautiful jewelry and a staff that will provide you with advice and treat you like family, you HAVE to stop by Morgan’s.

Pretty good service! Morgan’s is a Ritani authorized jeweler, so I purchased a ring online and set up a preview at Morgan’s. I took a look at the ring and loved it immediately and didn’t ask to have it examined further. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Will come back again. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Morgan’s for about 10 years and never had a problem. I’ve never been able to afford to purchase a major piece of jewelry from them but I have to say, they have done all my repairs and reduced rings for me that other jewelers have told me were absolutely impossible to be done. The end results have been perfect. They overhauled my grandmothers watch so I could wear it and installed a self winding mechanism but returned the original parts so that I could maintain it’s value should I ever want to sell it, ergo, put it back to it’s original workings. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ll never go anywhere else. They’re the best!

I came in today for a ring preview. Tess helped me to look at the ring. I asked her to show me the inclusions and other pin points weren’t shown on the Certificate. She is very professional setting up the microscope and showed me where to look. She also had shown me like 10 different watches. She is patient and pleasant. I will definitely come back soon!

Went here to get a new battery for my watch. When I got it back the leather strap was ripped!

Came here to buy a ring on a recommendation. Morgans is a family run business with ~70 yrs of experience. I had the opportunity to meet the owner Russ and he was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. The quality of the stone was excellent and the service was seamless. Happy customer!

I stopped by to look for a new engagement ring setting for my 5 year anniversary. I was with my 4 year old daughter. First of all, I rang the buzzer and they didn’t buzz me in. I waited and waited while I watched them just walk right by while looking at me. As I was beginning to think that they were just busy, a couple came out so I let myself in. The store was pretty empty… so I don’t see why it was difficult for them to buzz me in. I didn’t want this to ruin my experience so I just walked around looking for rings and a watch for my pilot husband… I was not even given a glance 1 time.
After looking around for about 20 minutes, I wanted to look at rings but there was nobody there to help me. My daughter eventually needed to use the restroom and so I asked an employee if they had one and she said that we’ll just have to wait since it’s a private bathroom.
During this time, 2 older sets of couples walked in and got assistance right away.
Ugh.
I got so fed up that I just left. And as I was driving away, I had a nasty gut feeling in my stomach. I realized that I had never felt discrimination like that until today. I have never felt racism and discrimination like that after living in Torrance for 25 years. I couldn’t shake the realization that the only people being assisted were older white people.
I guess next time I need to dress up in order to get buzzed into this place and perhaps put my annual income on my forehead if I want them to even acknowledge me.
The only part that upsets me is that I had experienced pretty good service here 5 years ago and I even recommended other doctors from work to come here and they had purchased very high end pieces because of my recommendation.
I’m hoping that it was a one time thing today, but based on the other reviews, it doesn’t seem like it is. I won’t be recommending Morgan’s anymore, in fear of my friends being mistreated.

My fiancé replaced my original Tiffany setting engagement ring with a halo setting instead. He stumbled upon Morgan’s and was very pleased with the outstanding customer service they provided. They managed to set my diamond and let my fiancé sit and watch while educating him in some in depths knowledge of diamond setting 101 :)

A great store to do business with, DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION to some of these RACIST REVIEWS on this page. I have dealt with MORGAN’S many times and have always been impressed with their customer service and the technical knowledge. I will use them again & again !!!

My fiancé and I went to Morgan’s for our wedding bands. We went in a few times to make sure we really knew what we wanted and the staff remembered us each time. It was a warm and inviting experience. They never pressured us into making a decision, and cleaned my engagement ring every time :)
We finally went with them, and our rings came in much faster than they quoted and we couldn’t be happier. They even threw in a complimentary appraisal! We will definitely be coming back here!

Terrible customer service!
I wanted to have my wedding ring set (engagement ring and two eternity bands) appraised so I called Morgan’s. The rate they quoted was $ 175 for the first piece and $ 100 for each additional piece. The price is pretty comparable to other locations that I have called, however the way they handled themselves on the phone and the way they represented their business was just atrocious.
First of all the person that answered the phone seemed to be in a huge hurry! I must have called during break time or something because this place is never busy!
Second when I told him what I wanted he didn’t ask any questions just told me the price and that it was the best rate in town in a snappy tone.
Third I asked when I could come in and how long it would take to get appraised, he snapped it doesn’t work like that «you drop it off and we get to it when we get to it» WHOA! I was shocked, so I asked nicely how long does it usually take? His response was «it could take 1 day to a week» WHOA again! Your telling me that it can be done in a day but they choose to sit on it for a week, well I don’t know about most people but i don’t want to leave my wedding ring out of my site for a whole week, and definitely not with that guy! All in all the customer service experience was just awful.

Great experience here. Bought a high-​end watch, and the experience couldn’t have been better. I worked with Chase, the sales manager, who not only helped me get the exact watch I wanted, but also gave me a great deal. He also happens to be very knowledgable about watches, and able to explain the differences between many of the high end movements found in swiss luxury watches. He is more knowledgable than many dealers in other parts of Los Angeles, including Geary’s in Century City, with is an official «Rolex Boutique». Note that Morgan’s IS an authorized Rolex dealer, just not the «Rolex Boutique». Highly recommend anyone looking for a high-​end*** watch to stop by.
***high-end=Rolex, Breitling, Omega. Don’t think they have Patek or Vacheron Constantine (both of which I would consider Ultra high-​end) at Morgans but I could be wrong.

Visited Morgan’s while engagement ring shopping with my boyfriend. They have so many beautiful things at this store, and their diamond jewelry selection is all quality.
We were assisted by Chase Geissel, who was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. He showed us a number of beautiful rings & stressed how most of their items are made custom, so that each customer will get exactly what they are looking for.
I felt very comfortable & well taken care of while in this store. My fiancé did not end up purchasing my ring here, but I will definitely keep Morgan’s on the list for future fine jewelry purchases.

My first visit to Morgans. Lovely jewelry. Thankfully, I was just getting my ring resized and not shopping, not even window shopping. Dangerous!
