Was involved in an accident and brought my suv here for repairs. We’ve used them on the past for other repairs and always have been very satisfied with their work. They have an Allstate insurance area there so it made working with our insurance so much easier.
I worked with Patricia and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. They had my car back to me the day they expected and it looked like new again. The place is easy to find and not ever a long wait. I like performance paint and would highly recommend them for any repair needed for their car.

Part 2
So Greg calls on Thursday and says the car is ready tomorrow, Friday 2÷5÷2016, and it was. We were out of town and when we came back, we picked up the car. The back bumper looks great, and the replaced side panel looks great, and they made it look even with the front panel. Despite the little bump we had earlier with Greg, one of the great thing is that their employee diagnosed a problem that two previous shops could not, that the rack and pinion was cracked and that is why is was making a squeaky noise. Lo and behold, when we got it back to the mechanic, that was the problem and got fixed. THANKS !!!

So I took my 4 month old car to this place due to the fact they actually did a good job on our other car. All I can say is the service I received this time was beyond a joke. First I was told by Greg that he fought to get me a new bumper for my car and he said he did. Well according to my insurance company my bumper was repaired. Then they used the broken sensors in my bumper. The also ordered an installed the wrong grill for my car. The sensors and sonar kept going off in my car. I too the car back to them and they ended up taking the bumper off and did absolutely nothing. Still had the same problem. Never even made it out of their driveway. Jason (manager) told me I would have to take it to Acura. Performance paid them to fix and correct what they could not. Now I received a warranty from Performance for the life of the repair of my car as long as I own it. Well that was a lie. The front bumper start to move out of alignment so I took it back to them. The receptionist stated Jason was not there could I bring it back the next day. I did as she said. Jason was not there at that time so I was asked to wait 15 minutes. Well an hour went by and no Jason. Greg came out an I showed him what was going on. He took my car to the back and I started to wait again. Jason comes into the office an states that if he knew it was me he would have told me take my car back to Acura seeing they were the last ones to touch my bumper even though Performance paid them to fix it because they could not. They had already taken my bumper off while I was there so Jason had them put it back on. I ended up taking my car to Pacific Elite where they fix everything that Performance should have.
I want my insurance company to go back to them and get a refund for doing a poor job and not honoring their warranty.
Do not take your vehicle to this poor business.

I was rear-​ended by a kid texting and driving and smashed the rear end of my BMW. I went through my insurance company and they recommended this shop for the repairs… Before I had even hung up the phone I received a call from this shop and from there they had the ball rolling. My guy Greg was by far one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever worked with. I expected to be updated throughout the process and he went above and beyond, making sure that I was involved every step of the way. Now you would expect this from a great repair shop, but when my car came out, it looked better then the day I bought it. Absolutely flawless work. If I could give a 6^th star I would. They worked seamlessly with my insurance (USAA) and got it done on time. I was blown away. Thank you guys for making such a pain in the ass process a no brainer and as painless as can be. Kudos gentleman.

Nele O, who reviewed Performance Body in 2014, is spot on. Performance Paint & Body did the same sneaky BS to us. This was our experience:
A woman hit our family’s parked car when we were in a parking lot. This damaged our REAR door. (Keep this in mind, as the importance of the rear vs. front is of utmost importance to this review.) This driver sent us to Performance Paint & Body an their estimate was 16% higher than other body shops. We decided to give them benefit of the doubt, because they came highly recommended from the other family that hit us.
Lo and behold, when we picked up our car, our driver’s side FRONT window was making a lot of noise. It would rattle whenever we tried to raise or lower it. We told the manager at Performance and he told us to come back for another repair.
The next day, instead of fixing the noisy window up FRONT, Performance’s shop manager came out and told us that our FRONT car window was originally like this when they received the car. He even showed me a photograph of the FRONT door when they took it apart, saying that they were missing a plastic guide for the window. We never had a problem or damaged the driver’s side front door, so why would they be taking the FRONT door apart and photographing it?
Our guess is that they took the front door apart to use parts from the front door, (i.e., the plastic guide) to repair the rear door. We took our car to our own mechanic, who confirmed that this was his guess as well.
Bottom line, beware.

Had major paint job on my Mercedes after dust storm in Arizona. The quality of the work was superb. They kept me updated in a very timely manner. Was my second time there, the work is consistently good.

Performance Paint and Body do an excellent job! I especially want to complement and commend Mr. Greg Kivien and the other staff for the expertise and help! The whole process could not have been easier. We were even pleased that we got a ride home after we dropped our sad vehicle off. We will definitely be coming back if need be. We highly recommend Greg and Performance Paint and Body at this location!!! :) Thanks so much.

Allow me to provide a more recent review.
I can here after a car accident which left my entire left front side as well as the fender completely demolished! Once I brought my car in, they had it for a week and it looked as if I bought a new car. It has no problems and the staff was very understanding. I really do recommend them. The other reviews are about 5 years old. Take it from a more recent review! GO HERE!

My car was rear ended and these guys not only did a wonderful job repairing it but fought for us to make sure the crasher’s insurance took care of the repairs. Very professional and a wonderful final product.

I highly recommend Performance Paint & Body.
We had someone rear end our Nissan truck and Jack Im took care of us all the way through the process. Jack called everyday and made sure everything was done correctly.
Our bumper and rear end looks brand new again and their customer service was great.

Seriously fabulous, professional, and personable service. Not to mention these guys know what they are doing. My husband’s car came out of this shop looking brand new and it’s ten years old. He takes impeccable care of his car, so when someone hit it and did a pretty good job on the bumper, he wasn’t happy. Insurance had us take it to Performance and we’re so glad they did. The work was done on time, communication was great and the price was definitely fair. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough. PS Greg was the pro who took care of our car. Big shout out to him.

Over the years, I’ve had some work done to my vehicles, but I’ve never had quite the job just completed on my 2012 Nissan Altima.
Greg & Performance did the best job that I’ve ever had done on a vehicle. From the very beginning, Greg told me my car would be ready in 3 days, and it was ready for pick up in 3 days.
I would highly recommend Performance Paint & Body to anyone who’s looking to have auto body work completed both professionally & timely.

Awesome body shop. Dropped my car off on Monday and got it back Friday. Great quality of work. They were very friendly and they kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I have always been happy with the service I get from Performance Paint & Body; the staff is friendly and professional, the work is excellent and done in a timely manner. They keep you updated with any new findings (for insurance claims) to ensure the job is done properly and completely. The office can arrange rental car pickup which is very convenient. The completed work is always excellent; your car is cleaned and looks like it did the day it rolled off the assembly line.
I have been a return customer and will always return the next time some yahoo hits my car. I highly recommend Performance Paint & Body to anyone who wants excellent body repairs. It has always been a pleasure doing business with them.

We repaired the bumper on our Yukon Denali back in 2007 and when we picked up our truck our back camera sensor did not work. Then the representative immediately tried to tell me that it never worked per his mechanic. Furious and in disbelief I looked at my sensor wire and called him and his mechanic a liar and demanded that they repaired my sensor as they cut the wire to remove my bumper instead of detaching my sensor wire. They fixed it after I showed them that they cut my wire and then the rep told me I didn’t need to write a review. Lastly, when I asked for the mechanics name, the rep said Jose and then added, «we have several mechanics and they are all named Jose.» No integrity. Be aware and don’t say you weren’t warned.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, they damage the paint on my car, they placed some type of tape coverage when repairing and it left some damage on it. I kept calling and no return calls, they are liars here. They don’t care about anything but you signing off on approval for repair. I even dealt with the owner, he was rude he didn’t care about anything, he had already gotten paid. This place is awful, go at your own risk. Btw this damage has been on my car for months now, review done late. Oh and just to add had to bring my car back three times, waste of time, plus they took forever to get back to me in a reasonable time. This place is total crap.

Got my car fixed here after someone rear ended me. Dropped off my car on a monday and come thursday it was ready!
Patty was on top of giving me daily updates which was really amazing because I didn’t have to do anything. The entire process was easy and everyone was nice and friendly.
When I went to pick up my car I let them know I was on a time crunch for work and they were so prompt and got me in and out, I even made it to work early!
My car looks great! They did an amazing job.
The only downside is they were so fast I didn’t get to drive the rental car for long which I was enjoying ;) haha.

Bought a brand new 2013 Accent and a month later, debris from an accident I wasnt involved in but happened to be by at the wrong time, completely destroyed my front end, windshield and ac compressor. I have USAA insurance who gave me a list of places close by to me that they work with. I chose Performance to take care of my repairs, and after a couple of weeks worth of work, everything was back to brand new.
I see a lot of complaints about Jason, but I never had a bad interaction with him. It was ALWAYS positive. The one time I took it back to have one problem spot I noticed that hadnt been there when I initially took it in, he was more than willing to get my car in and out of the shop asap. My guess with peoples conplaints about him, is that they dont understand the use of humor and sarcasm, cuz this guy was funny and totally nice.
As far as the work goes, I cant complain. There was thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car and it took awhile to finish the work on it, but I had a call about every other day with an update of completed work and things they were waiting on. The girls in the office were awesome, super friendly and helpful. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about the work or the people. Heaven forbid I have another wrong place wrong time accident, but if I do, I wont hesitate to go back here :)

I recently had rear bumper damage and front curb damage on my brand new 2014 Avalon in PEARL WHITE. I was so bummed because it’s a specialty Toyota color and I was worried it would be hard to match.
My car looks brand new again and their customer service was great. They put my worries at ease and had my car back to me in a timely manner without breaking the bank.
