I went here for my 91 honda civic hood damage and got a quote from Adrian, less than half of the other place i had checked first. Was very happy with the price as well as quality of the work. I definitely would recommend this shop as well as frequent it for future needs!

I came here through my state farm claim insurance for my Mercedes C250 2013. I was given a list of auto repair shops, after thorough research, I found that Gordon’s auto repair was the best choice out the list that was given to me. The manager carefully examined my car for every detail that was wrong with my car. They fixed everything that was wrong with my car to the last detail and now my car runs better than it ever has. Also to top off their great service they gave me a life time warranty for what they repaired. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done to my car and I would come here again and I would recommend it to all my friends and family. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ thank you guys!

I had scheduled an appointment with my dealership to have a cracked windshield replaced, but when I showed up they did not have the windshield and they wanted to charge me $ 700 to order it! I had taken the day off from work for the appointment and didn’t want to waste my time or money. I called several places and Gordon’s was the only one that could see me within an hour and gave me a reasonable quote of $ 285. When I arrived, Adrian took the car to be worked on right away and offered me a beverage while I was waiting. They replaced the windshield within 30 minutes and then I stayed a recommended 20 more minutes to allow the glue to dry. Price was as quoted. As good as getting a windshield replaced can be! Thank you so much!

I took my Prius in for headlight restoration. Amazing work for a reasonable price in timely fashion. Pleasant and professional service by the manager Adrian. Would recommend.

Came on a trip all the way from AZ, and I had a problem with my car, so I found Adrian who was so helpful, he fixed it right away!

The service was great and Adrian made sure to provide me with the up to date information on my car. I enjoyed the receptionist attentiveness. It was a good experience choosing Gordon’s of Torrance!

VERY DISHONEST, POORLY MANAGED:
We brought our car in after it was damaged in a hit and run. «Adrian» the manager took the car in, said it would be a couple of days before he could give an estimate. Two days later we received the estimate. Adrian said he would start working on the car in a couple of days and it would be ready in about a week or 10 days. We called after three days to check the progress, Adrian said he and his guys were working on it. I was suspicious. Something wasn’t right. Several days after Adrian said he would start work on the car, we stopped by to check on the progress (we needed our car, we were renting a car until Gordon’s of Torrance could repair our car). We were SHOCKED to see our car parked in the back of Gordon’s garage, covered in dust, with employee’s clothes stored inside!!! Also, we noticed that someone at Gordon’s PUT A LARGE DENT IN THE SIDE DOOR OF OUR CAR with heavy equipment! Unbelievable. Adrian denied the dent, but after looking at my «before pictures» he couldn’t deny it. His employee’s clothes in our car??? The dust? The lie that he said he already started the work when he clearly didn’t??? We are empathetic people, Adrian was relatively new, he had a young family, he was trying his best. We believe he was probably NOT GETTING THE SUPPORT HE NEEDED FROM MANAGEMENT OR THE OWNERS. Whatever the case, Adrian lied. The entire experience was horrible. After the car was repaired (after almost 2 weeks) we noticed that the interior of our car smelled like paint thinner and paint. And, they damaged our interior driver side door (they promised to fix it). Again, this is NOT the signs of a well organized company. To be fair, Adrian did pay for our rental car for the time it took to repair our car. BUT, WE ENCOURAGE PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLISION REPAIR «SPECIALIST» to do your research. Find out more about the company. If not, you might regret it. You can be the judge about Gordon’s of Torrance…

Unfortunately someone pulled out of their driveway and hit my car, I was just driving by! I chose Gordon’s Body Shop, mostly because State Farm recommended it but once I got there i was delighted in every way. The manager, Adrian, is great. I had no experience with accidents so I didn’t really know how to proceed, he walked me thru everything. Apparently if the accident is not your fault you don’t need to go thru your own insurance, you can get the other party’s insurance (Mercury) to handle it, no deductible on my part and Mercury even paid for a rental car. It couldn’t have been easier, I was even able to return the rental car to Gordon’s and they took care of getting it back to Enterprise. My car was repaired perfectly and it was cleaner than the day I bought it. I highly recommend Gordon’s if you ever need body work on your car.

After getting into a small accident, I dropped off my car at Gordon’s for the repair. I had to replace the door for a passanger’s side rear door, and this shop did a great job! Gordon’s did a wonderful job matching my car’s paint color so that this new door is blending well with the rest of the car.
Since it was my first time dropping my car off at the repair shop, I was a bit worried but Adrian was very patient with me and treated me with a great customer service.
I would love to give 5 stars for the recent experience since I didn’t have to worry about the cost (I went through an insurance of someone who caused this car accident). However, I took off a star because they took about 2 weeks to fix my car, and that was longer than the projected time; I wouldn’t be too happy if I didn’t have the insurance company to cover the fee for my rental car. Regardless, thank you Gordon’s of Torrance! I truly appreciate your work :)

I have visited this business 3 times for help with a minor repair to my bumper. Each time, they have worked on my car immediately and fixed the problem quickly. They did not want to even charge me for the repair, even though it took their technician over a half hour to fix. I insisted on tipping the person who did the work, but was totally shocked that in this day and age, a business would be so kind in their attitude towards their customers. Was very pleased with how my car turned out. I got rear ended and Gordon’s did a great job of keeping me updated of its progress. My car was clean and washed when I picked it up, added bonus they found a lipstick I thought I’d lost. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Gordon’s always goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. My Honda CRV was rear-​ended and they fixed everything like brand new. It was rear-​ended a month later and they fived it again. Great paint job. My dad always took his car here and so do I. You can’t beat the quality or their desire to make you a satisfied customer.

If you are looking for great reliable service this shop is it. Took my car in last week to fix the rear bumper. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a car shop and the turn around in service was pretty fast. Staff was super courteous and attentive to my concerns and they made me feel so at ease with trusting them with the care of my car. Thanks to Adrian and his team for such amazing service.

This shop did flawless work on my car! I took it in to have body work on my driver side rear door because somebody but a huge dent in it in a parking lot. I came across this shop and wasn’t disappointed.
I was a bit worried on them matching my car’s paint color because a shop in the past did not do so well but Gordon’s did an amazing job with color match and blending. Adrian was helpful and even fixed my key fob because the plastic broke and wasn’t able to be put on a keychain.
I highly recommend. I took off a star because they took longer than the projected time I was told to pick up my car, but no big deal.

Absolutely the worst experience. I took my new 2015 Honda Fit after having someone run into me. They said it would take a week, enbed up taking about 2 weeks. When my car was finished I came to pick it up and noticed a couple things, a film of small spots on my touch screen dash, looked like hairspray and difficult to remove so I had to go back and get it removed– which I still see spots on, new bumps on the car body which they just fixed– went back a second time– he just waxed it and basically said that no one can see the bumps so it’s not a big deal and my passenger side mirror was rebroken. When I got into my car the guidelines were way off and did not line up correctly. I wish I had not brought my car here and regret it deeply. Although they tried to fix the errors and was courteous in doing so I do not recommend this place to anyone I know.

I brought my BMW in for headlight restoration. They did a great job, costs $ 45 and took about 40 minutes. Very happy with results, would recommend to friends.

I damaged a neighbor’s car by backing into her front bumper. I purchased two Gordon certificates from Amazon local at about the same time. The certificates cost $ 200 total, and their value for service at Gordan’s would be $ 400. My neighbor, without my knowledge took her car elsewhere for an estimate. The estimate she recfeived was approx. $ 500.
I told her to take her car to Gordan’s for the repairs, but Gordon’s estimate was over $ 1,000.
I told her to forget Gordon’s. I, naturally cancelled the Amazon certificates
