What a pleasure it was to deal with Vanessa and her husband. Our new custom sectional and chair are perfect, Vanessa was so knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect decisions, from fabric, down choices and size. She was always available to answer all of our questions (which were a lot). The pieces arrived very fast and the men that delivered it where also nice and professional. Our whole experience with Sofas Tables and More was very positive. I can’t wait to save some more money and come back to buy more pieces for my home, since they can make everything anyone would ever need. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

Searched everywhere for months and had Vanessa make a custom Restoration Hardware piece for our house for an ¹⁄₈ of the cost and it couldn’t have come out better. All around amazing, easy experience from ordering to picking out fabric to the delivery. Our sectional came 3 weeks earlier than expected (2 weeks for a custom sectional is unheard of!) and has amazing fabric and is super comfy. Couldn’t be happier!

There seems to be some discrepancies on what actually occurred but I will chalk it up to miscommunication. I liked your store. I liked your products and I’m sure we would have had a different experience if we had ordered custom. But we didn’t. We ordered a simple table and chairs from a catalog. Sure, we could have fixed the issue ourselves but that shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. Along with some other things.
I realize you are trying to run a nice family business and I wish you the best. Thanks for fixing the issue eventually and we do like the product, even though it is budget friendly.

I have never been happier with the purchase of furniture! My hubby and I are pretty indecisive people, but it only took us two visits before we finally decided on what we wanted.
The only thing we knew going into this process, was that we wanted a deep couch and chair, and we wanted them to be comfortable, and unique. We got just that. Vanessa and Gabriel are both very patient and sweet, and they made great recommendations for the pieces we selected. We have an odd living room because it is long and narrow, so we had to do some measuring to make sure we got everything right. In the end, we chose to get a big chair and a couch for our living room, and they are perfect. The fabrics we chose are durable, beautiful, and so comfortable. Our dog is so stoked about the new furniture. He spends a ton of time napping on them. It’s adorable and I envy him as I walk by him to go to work everyday.
Vanessa and Gabriel can make anything. They duplicate top-​of-​the-​line furniture from stores I could never dream of shopping at. In the end, you are buying truly custom pieces for your home, and the prices are fair for custom furniture pieces. Oh! I almost forgot about the awesome deliver guys. These are the best delivery guys ice ever worked with. They were on time, super friendly, and managed to maneuver the huge couch through my wacky staircase, without touching the walls. In short, I love Sofas, Tables, & More, and I will come back for future furniture needs.

. They always have awesome referrals and this was awesome as well. Vanessa and Gabriel can make any custom couch that you’d like. And they’ll help you figure out what that is depending upon your needs and taste. I was looking for sort of a mid century look but super deep and also short to fit into a small room. They were able to take the standard couch I wanted and make it the size I needed. They have a beautiful selection of fabric and were both patient and helpful when trying to decide what I wanted. And they have good taste. When there was a mix up with my order they were happy to fix it. The couch was made and delivered in afew weeks and I love it! Highly recommend.

A few months ago I had been looking for a new sofa and chair for a few months. One day, one of my clients cancelled and I found myself with some spare time to fill. So, I looked for local furniture stores in the area that I was in, as it wasn’t too far from my home. Sofas Tables and More showed up on my phone and had great reviews here on Unilocal,so I stopped by. I have to say that I’m very happy I did. I was instantly greeted by Gabriel, who asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told him what I had in mind and it turns out that they were able to create a sofa to my specifications. He and his wife, Vannesa, were very professional and accommodating. I/​we had gone back and forth on several options such as cushion filling and fabrics, but they were very patient. So much so that I decided to have a wing back chair made as well. I’m very glad I did… Love them both. The only thing I’m debating on (which is not their fault and they told me that I could change) is the seat cushion filling on the sofa. I’m still trying to decide if I would like it more structured and squared edge than casual and soft around the edges to retain it’s shape after being sat on. Again, this is no fault of theirs, just a personal preference. I would advise anyone that is looking for well made furniture at a reasonable price with excellent customer service to go here. Our new sectional was just delivered and I could NOT be happier. Vanessa was fantastic in working with us. I have lived with a chronic illness RSD and Fibromyalgia and comfort was our main concern. We shared with Vanessa and Holy Toledo she came through big time. I cried after the delivery guys left. I am just so happy. I highly recommend Sofas Tables and More. I ordered a sectional from Sofas Tables and More a few months ago. The piece is BEATUFUL and seems to be great quality! However, I was not the biggest fan of the fabric. The original fabric we wanted was out of stock, and we were told we would have to wait if we wanted this fabric. Vanessa recommended a similar fabric that was in stock, so we decided to go with that. We could only see a small fabric swatch and I thought it would be fine, but once the sectional was finished the fabric felt a little too much like corduroy for my taste. The original fabric we wanted was much softer and more breathable.
Sofas Tables and More does quality custom work for a great price! Vanessa is very knowledgeable, and gave us great suggestions based on our input. Any custom change you can think of, they will accommodate. Our sectional is great quality, and seems like it is going to last years! I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality custom furniture on a budget.

I needed to purchase a bed for my guest room. I visited tons of stores and could not find one that I liked. (I’m fairly picky.) Finally, I visited Sofas, Tables, and More where I met Vanessa, the owner of the store. I explained to her the style and look that I wanted, and she was able to find a bed that was almost perfect. She was able to customize the bed so that it was exactly what I was looking for. After a few short weeks my bed was delivered by two very nice gentlemen. I have to say the bed exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful and I love it. Thank you Vanessa for helping me find the perfect bed.

I was brought in by a friend who had purchased a couch a year or so ago. I can’t begin to explain how happy I am that she did (she also loved her pieces)!
I had just moved from NYC and was in dire need of new furniture. This place was amazing. I worked with Vanessa to design a couch and dining room table. We also purchased a coffee table as well. Everything came out beautifully. This experience was a 1000% better than shopping from a regular furniture store and now I have furniture that I totally am in love with rather than ‘just settled for’. My wife and I had been looking for a bedroom set for our newly remodeled home. Going to places like Living Spaces, Ashley and Jeromes, we could not find anything that met all our wants. Everything we saw would involve compromise in color, style, wood type and quality. Then we found Sofas, Tables and More…
We brought in a picture of a bedroom set we loved but it was in the wrong color, showed it to Vannesa. She said she could make the bed exactly as is or customize anything to our liking. We changed the legs of the bed, dresser, and night stands to our liking. We also were able to customize the night stands to add a second drawer which the picture only had one. Perfect! Then we got to pick our color from a pile of hundreds of woods samples with different finishes and colors. This was this most difficult part because of the amount of options to choose from. If they don’t have a color you want I’m sure it doesn’t exist or I bet they would be able to recreate it.
I am not going to lie, I was anxious about how everything would turn out. I just paid for a bedroom set I technical have not seen. Then it arrived… The bedroom set way exceeded my expectations! I can’t believe how well it’s made and how it precisely met our vision. It was perfect! The color, style quality was amazing! Even the delivery guys were awesome. They were very nice and respectful. They took the utmost care in making sure they did not ding my newly painted walls when maneuvering through tight hallways.
We will definitely be back one day for a media center and coffee table. I won’t waste my time at all these other furniture places again.

I am beyond happy with my experience shopping here. I have been searching for a couch to my specifications at a great price for quite a while. Yes you can go to Thomasville and order a custom couch but it will cost you (about 3 times as much).
I actually took the options sheet from Thomasville here and was able to build my custom couch. I wanted 110″ in one piece-​no problem, I wanted a higher back-​no problem. They were so patient with me as there are so many decisions to be made, and they were helpful in guiding me to make the right decision for me.
I think it only took 2 weeks to have my couch available for delivery which I knew would be an interesting experience being 110″!
The two delivery guys were fantastic, again patient and willing to do whatever it took to get this beast in the house. They had to go around the back of the house, remove one side of a sliding door and maneuver around my pool.
Been living with my purchase a few weeks to be sure I love it before I posted review– I’m still in love.

After difficulty finding anything we liked in the dimensions we needed, our friends recommended Sofas Tables and more, which is where they purchased their custom sofa years ago. We liked theirs so we decided to check it out and are so happy that we did! We just had our sofa delivered today (two weeks after purchase. Sure beats the 3 – 4 MONTHS other stores quoted us) and LOVE IT! Vanessa was great to work with and we will definitely be recommending her to friends and family. Wish we had found this place sooner!

Ordered a custom sofa bed Sat. 8/​22, with expectation set that Vannesa would confirm delivery based on fabric avail. She would call vendor on Monday to confirm. We got a call mid-​week telling us that fabric was on back order and would arrive in October. We were given the option to select other fabric or wait. We opted to wait. She said they would build our couch, sans fabric, while awaiting fabric, to expedite delivery date. We were contacted on Thursday ⁹⁄₃ that the couch was ready and would be delivered on Saturday ⁹⁄₅ — 2 weeks!!! Couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised. Couch, along with a gorgeous media table and 2 poufs, were delivered by 2 very professional delivery guys. Nice, clean, set everything up for us, and pulled out the bed to show us. They were quick and on time. They called 1 hour ahead to confirm their eta.
Our room feels and looks amazing! We love our new furniture. We’ve subsequently asked if they would reupholster our old couch, which is a high quality down, custom-​made couch, albeit, 12 yrs. old. They will do the work for us and at a reasonable, price, including fabric. I’ve shopped around for over a year, but never trusted anyone would do a good job. I’ve finally found our people.
I can’t say enough about these 2. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’m not a pushover, I’m always looking for value. I have always had high expectations and I always expect premium service. I also believe in being a good customer, giving clear direction, ensuring that I understand everything communicated to me and making sure I’m genuinely nice too. Can’t get without giving. One thing I love is they really sit down with you and take the time to really make sure you are ordering exactly what you want! The options are endless on the custom furniture I’ve ordered! My husband and I stumbled across ST&M by accident when we were shopping for some other home stuff. We saw their showroom and were really impressed! The furniture is very high quality and well made. They have PLENTY of fabric and wood choices to choose from.
I was a little nervous after reading their Unilocal reviews because we needed our furniture in exactly 4 weeks time for a housewarming party. We loved the furniture (and so affordable!!) and so we decided to take a chance. And I’m glad we did!
We ordered 2 large couches, 1 entryway table, and 1 pedestal table. We had everything delivered in 3 weeks time, and we were pleasantly surprised when each couch came with two matching pillows.
Vannesa was very responsive when we text to see how we were doing on our timeline. The pieces came and everything was perfect. We received so many compliments on all of the pieces we received from them. I really can’t say anything bad about my experience with ST&M.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom furniture and will use them again!

Pros:
–Some of the furniture is absolutely beautiful at pretty good prices
Cons:
–Pricing can be random/​unexpected (Vannesa knew I was getting two deliveries when I placed my order, put one delivery charge on my invoice and then unexpectedly charged me for the second delivery — but, it was her mistake and she should have had it listed on the invoice from the start)
–They don’t check the furniture for imperfections before they deliver it to you (I have a console with uneven doors, a chair with a stain + a malfunctioning glider and a couch with a loose seam from this store)
–They will resist and sometimes deny fixing their imperfections/​mistakes (to this day, 3 out of the 6 pieces have imperfections that Vannesa knows about)
–Horrible customer service (when I first met Vannesa and Gabriel I thought they were great but they quickly turned very defensive and down-​right mean when I simply asked to fix their mistakes)
OTHER
–Be aware that Vannesa is not an interior designer/​decorator (some of her suggestions were whack)

I enjoyed the whole experience of ordering custom sofas, a desk and rugs with Vanessa and Gabriel. I got to choose my fabrics, dimensions and even added a sofa bed to my love seat. I was literally in furniture nirvana. The items were delivered right when I expected them and were just what I expected. The delivery service was done by two very polite gentlemen who unpacked, placed the furniture where directed and left with the packing material. If I had thought about it I would have ordered my headboard from them.
Excellent customer service and excellent quality of goods. Do yourself a favor and forgo the big box stores. Get Vanessa and Gabriel to make you a truly custom piece that will only be available in your home.
