If I could provide no stars for this place I would. Very poor customer service. The bartender served alcohol to a minor, the owner doesn’t take ownership, doesn’t provide any type of apologize. There are no lights in the parking lot, there are no ADA accommodations for disable people.

DONOT!!! I REPEATDONOTBOOKTHISPLACE!!! My only child turns 21 only once and if I was able to do it again I would because this night was a freaking night mare! The staff is rude and nasty all night. I was in the upper level of the location and the AC was not turned on until I called the owner. After speaking with her on the phone she asked me to follow up with an email and once she replied back she said she was surprised I had a bad time on Saturday. She watched the video and everyone was having a good time. PLEASE, she wasn’t there she has no idea how hot it was in there, how rude her employees were, and then there was no lighting in the parking lot she claims she had no idea there was no lighting but the bartender stated they know the lights don’t work. What a joke, dare not ask for any type of refund because the Owner Gia will dance around that and give you some BS answer and ask that you come in and look at the video of that night. HELLNO I WASTHERE! SEEYOUINCOURT.

Prett bad experience with these event planners. Rented a 10×10 tent from them last minute and it was missing the tent cover! Just legs… Only offered half a refund after the party was over.

Read all the low-scoring google reviews; they are absolutely on point. If I could leave a zero star, I would. Sloppy communication prior to the event. Food items stated on the website not provided during the event. Poor follow through with communication afterward. No conversation with the customer regarding adjustments to security deposit prior to the check being written. Owner does not appear to understand that word of mouth is probably one of the best marketing tools for a business in a town this size. I have shared my experience with anyone who will listen from coworkers to clients to friends. I see my experience with them isn’t unique and my heart goes out to those with less resources or command of proper business practice. What could have been a simple resolution has escalated into something almost unbelievable. Next stop for me is the Better Business Bureau and attorney general’s office.
