P.E.L.A. Design, Inc. (PELA) is a landscape architectural design firm. The name of the firm is an acronym for the primary services we provide: Planning, Environmental Design, and Landscape Architecture. PELA is capable of providing high quality services at various design phases. For over twenty (20) years, PELA has been designing projects located throughout the State of Maryland, adjacent states, as well as overseas. Our central planning/​design goal is to creatively integrate sustainable site design principles into our projects in a cost-​efficient manner, minimizing the impact on our environment.
