They moved my Firebird restoration project exactly to plan/​schedule and was one of the lowest rates I had found. Customer service guy was helpful and followed through. I’ll use them again.

This was my first and worst transport service experience. I do not wanted to write a negative review and waited for more than month after my car delivery if they resolve my issue or hear me and reply back. I was in contact with Rick at Passage Auto While booking my vehicle he was nice and polite and answering my call and mails, after booking my Vehicle It was a different story in fact when my car was shipped and I found it damaged my experience became pathetic. At the time of Delivery of my car (Ground Force One), I found my car bumper damaged and when I asked driver about that He said he had no idea and start misbehaving in fact when I asked him to provide claim number for that he loaded my car back to his truck and said that now you talk to company they will only deliver my vehicle not me, he was really made me angry. Somehow I thought of paying him and get my car else I do not know when they will again deliver my car and in what shape. I tried calling Rick several time at passage auto as they only booked my vehicle but no response. I contacted ground force one they asked me send pictures of damage, I sent pictures and got the claim number from them, after that I wrote mail /​called/​SMS about issue to Rick but no reply. Only once Rick picked my phone and said nothing in his hand I had to contact Ground Force One only, I have made several attempt to contacting them but no fruitful reply as every time they are saying will come back to me in next two three day. Last time I was told that John Bell (claim person0 will call me on Friday for sure, but did not get any call or mail. I am driving my car with hanging bumper at side and now after a month of following up with them I decided to write this review so at least other people know what are all can happen. One more thing its no door to door and you may need to whole day at the day of deliver as Driver will keep switching time from 9:00 to 11:00 and then 1:30…and so on.

Car Damaged /​Items Stolen /​Picked late and Delivered Very Late /​Saga of False Promises.
This is regarding my Car move from Houston TX to Bellevue WA (Quote 33 688-​LM).
I have had number of Issues since the start of my dealing with your organization. I regret today that I made a choice with Passage Auto Transport. To start with, initially I was given a quote of $ 925 and then raised to $ 1025. However I still decided to go with Passage as I can’t change a moving company in the last minute.
Now here comes, some of most unacceptable problems that I faced.
· Post booking, I was offered 0 – 5 days of Car Pick up from the origin. However my car was picked up only after 7 days.
· The delivery of the car was promised in 4 – 5 days from Texas to Washington post the car was picked up.
· I got my car after a mammoth 16 DAYS. Completely unacceptable.
· There were no updates, no phones calls, no messages sent to me on where my car was. Every time I had to follow up with you guys or the Driver to check where my car was.
· On numerous occasions none of you guys were reachable and provided me no update on my car. The Driver of the trailer barred all incoming calls for the last 10 days.
NOW COMES THE MOST UNACCEPTABLE /​UNIMAGINABLY /​MOST FRUSTRATING /​MOST ATROCIOUS PART OF THIS MOVE
· My car was driven for 1500+ miles. I gave my car at 43.1K Miles and my car was returned at 44.7K Miles.
· I have a strict suspicion on why the car delivery was delayed as my car was either used for 1500+ Miles or it was driven for more than half the way and delivered to me.
· The car was driven with empty Oil Tank. YES LET ME REPEAT THIS AGAIN, THE CAR WAS DRIVEN WITHOUT THE OIL.
· My Sunglasses (Worth $ 250) and some cash ($ 35) were stolen from my locked dashboard.
· The car had food packets and Drink bottles inside, which clearly indicates the kind of people that drove my car in inhuman conditions.
· There are scratches, dents on the car and on the back boot. Let me know if you need to see the pictures, I have taken them.
· The Fuel tank was completely empty when the car was delivered. I had more than half the tank there, However the car was driven for 1500+ Miles as said earlier, so this is very obvious.
· The guy who delivered the car, wouldn’t allow to check the car and give keys until the full cash was paid. Once the cash was paid, he fled the scene like a robber does after he sees the Cops.
Moreover I was told to spend money on Rental Cars /​Taxis /​Buy day to day needs whatever was there in the car that I needed and I was promised that my car would be delivered free of charge. Once my car was delivered I was told that no discount can be made. What the Hell? I was told to pay full amount and words were just spoken in the Air. That is completely atrocious after spending a mammoth $ 700 on rental Cars /​taxis. This is like typical fraud.

Here is your signed contract. We are only the broker and legally not responsible for any fees except our deposit which was already refunded to you. Legally any fees or damages must be made to the carrier. Thank you.

Everything was great except the transparency on the price. Wasn’t 100% clear that the quote was for the driver price only, didn’t include the $ 75 deposit/​fee to Passage. Other than that, was great to work with.

I’m not sure what experience everyone else had but my experience was great! Mike was very easy to work with. He was able to get my car picked up and delivered to me within 3 days total. I had my car shipped from Atlanta to Maryland. It was the easiest and least stressful way to ship my car and I would recommend them to everyone.

Just as the S.M. said. They are not honest and on top of that very rude. Calling my wife obnoxious for contacting them for updates because they’ve been trying to get a truck for the past week? By the way, Allen likes to just hang up on people that he doesn’t feel like talking to. Not even an attempt to remedy the situation. I guess that’s how they make their profit though. Just make people sign a contract for $ 100.00 deposit and keeping it. If they are in the customer service business isn’t it normal to have the customer call and ask about the status? Obviously not for Allen because he told me my wife was obnoxious. Allen wasn’t happy at all when my wife called to cancel because they couldn’t meet the timeline they promised. Again, he just hung up on my wife because she wanted to cancel and get the deposit refunded. I called back and tried to get some more info but he just hung up. Called back cussed at him for calling my wife names and he said «oh~ tough guy huh?» and just hung up again. These people are dishonest and it doesn’t help that they are rude also. People, do your research before contacting shady businesses. It cost us $ 100.00 to learn the hard way.

Their «F» with the Better Business Bureau says only half the story. Now I’ve added my own BBB complaint. Passage Auto took a $ 100 deposit of a written, contracted price from my father, sub-​contracted the work to another carrier. & then hid the deposit. They required the full amount to be paid upon delivery without deducting the deposit. That was before he told my father that it would cost an additional $ 100 if he expected the on-​time pick-​up time that was on the contract. Brian at Passage Auto Transport has not returned any messages or requests for the refund yet. If you value an honest business transaction to ship your vehicle first check them out — don’t trust what they write on their own website.

BE AFRAID!!! BE VERY AFRAID!!!
We hired this company to bring a car from Florida to RI. We were very specific that we wanted a closed container for this car. When they showed up with an open container, the salesperson Armani tried pressuring us into using the open container because he did not have access to a closed container (funny time to mention). We have since on many occasions tried to get refunded our $$$ but have been informed by customer service that the only way to do this was to email their accounts department. When I questioned the man in Customer Service why I could not call, he informed me that I was wasting his time and hung up on me when I told him he was being rude and asked to speak to his supervisor. I never did receive that email address and it cannot be found on their website and they will not answer the phone when I’ve tried to call back. So they have my $$$ and did not do the job… so please take my advice BE AFRAID!!! BE VERY AFRAID!!!
